Projekt dotyczy budowy i doposażenia Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) w miejscowości Klembów. Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje projekt, roboty budowlane, nadzór, zakup wyposażenia PSZOK, a także działania promocyjne związane z projektem. W PSZOK zbieranych będzie 16 frakcji odp. (zgodnych z Katalogiem odpadów - zał. do Regulaminu konkursu): papier, tworzywa sztuczne, szkło, opakowania wielomateriałowe, zmieszane odp. opakowaniowe, przeterminowane leki, chemikalia oraz zanieczyszczone opakowania, zużyte baterie i akumulatory, zużyty sprzęt elektr. i elektron., meble i inne odpady wielkogabarytowe, odpady budowlane i rozbiórkowe, zużyte opony, odpady zielone, odzież i tekstylia inne niż biodegradowalne, popioły, inne odp. nie wymienione wyżej. W PSZOK będzie funkcjonował punkt napraw oraz punkt przyjmowania rzeczy używanych niestanowiących odpadów, celem ponownego użycia. Planowana jest też promocyjna akcja edukacyjna dot. Selektywnej zbiórki odpadów. Projekt obejmuje 100% mieszkańców gminy Klembów. Zostaną utworzone dwa miejsca pracy. PSZOK otwarty będzie min. 8 godz., 5 dni w tygodniu, w tym sobota, min. do godz. 19:00. W ramach projektu przewiduje się: wykonanie prac związanych z zagospodarowaniem terenu (utwardzenie, nasadzenia zieleni, wiata pod kontenery otwarte), zakup i ustawienie pojemników i kontenerów na odpady, oświetlenie terenu, ogrodzenie, oznakowanie poziome placu, tablice informacyjne i edukacyjne. Dzięki realizacji projektu poprawie ulegnie system gospodarki odpadami w gminie. Planowana inwestycja została wpisana do Planu inwestycyjnego dla województwa mazowieckiego w ramach Planu gospodarki odpadami dla województwa mazowieckiego 2022 i będzie realizowana we wschodnim regionie gospodarki odpadami komunalnymi, gdzie nie uwzględniono komponentu dot. termicznego przekształcania odpadów. The project concerns the construction and retrofitting of the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Klembów. The project covers 100 % of the inhabitants of the municipality of Klembów. Two jobs will be created. PSZOK will be open at least 8 hours, 5 days a week, including Saturday, min. until hours. 19:00 A.M. The project envisages: execution of works related to land management (creating, planting of greens, worlds for open containers), purchase and installation of containers and containers for waste, land lighting, fence, horizontal marking of the square, information and educational boards. The project will improve the waste management system in the commune. The planned investment was included in the Investment Plan for Mazowieckie voivodship as part of the Waste Management Plan for Mazowieckie voivodship 2022 and will be implemented in the eastern region of municipal waste management, where the component for thermal waste conversion is not included. Le projet concerne la construction et la modernisation du point de collecte sélective des déchets municipaux (PSZOK) à Klembów. Le projet comprend le projet, les travaux de construction, la supervision, l’achat d’équipement PSZOK, ainsi que des activités promotionnelles liées au projet. 16 fractions seront collectées en PSZOK. PSZOK disposera d’un point de réparation et d’un point de réception pour les marchandises non déchet utilisées en vue de leur réutilisation. Une action éducative promotionnelle est également prévue. Collecte séparée des déchets. Le projet couvre 100 % des habitants de la commune de Klembów. Deux emplois seront créés. PSZOK sera ouvert au moins 8 heures, 5 jours par semaine, y compris le samedi, min. 19:00. Le projet prévoit: construction d’ouvrages liés à l’aménagement du territoire (durcissement, plantation de verdure, abri pour conteneurs ouverts), achat et installation de conteneurs et conteneurs de déchets, éclairage du terrain, clôture, marquage carré, information et signalisation éducative. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, le système de gestion des déchets dans la municipalité sera amélioré. Das Projekt umfasst Projekt, Bauarbeiten, Überwachung, Beschaffung von PSZOK-Ausrüstung sowie Werbemaßnahmen im Zusammenhang mit dem Projekt. 16 Fraktionen werden in PSZOK gesammelt. (im Einklang mit dem Abfallkatalog – Anhang der Wettbewerbsordnung): Papier, Kunststoffe, Glas, Mehrstoffverpackungen, gemischte Verpackungen, abgelaufene Arzneimittel, Chemikalien und kontaminierte Verpackungen, Altbatterien und Akkumulatoren, Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte, Möbel und andere sperrige Abfälle, Bau- und Abbruchabfälle, gebrauchte Reifen, grüne Abfälle, Bekleidung und Textilien, ausgenommen biologisch abbaubare Asche, andere als die oben genannten. PSZOK verfügt über eine Reparaturstelle und eine Empfangsstelle für nicht abfallverwendete Waren zur Wiederverwendung. Es ist auch eine Werbemaßnahme zur Bildung geplant. Het project betreft de bouw en aanpassing van het selectieve inzamelingspunt voor stedelijk afval (PSZOK) in Klembów. Het project omvat projecten, bouwwerken, toezicht, aankoop van PSZOK-apparatuur en promotieactiviteiten in verband met het project. 16 fracties worden verzameld in PSZOK. (conform de afvalcatalogus — bijlage bij de Mededingingsverordeningen): papier, kunststoffen, glas, verpakkingen voor meerdere materialen, gemengde verpakkingen, verlopen geneesmiddelen, chemicaliën en verontreinigde verpakkingen, afgedankte batterijen en accu’s, afgedankte elektrische en elektronenapparatuur, meubilair en ander omvangrijk afval, bouw- en sloopafval, gebruikte banden, groen afval, kleding en textiel, andere dan biologisch afbreekbaar as, andere dan de hierboven genoemde. PSZOK zal beschikken over een reparatiepunt en een ontvangstpunt voor niet-afval gebruikte goederen voor hergebruik. Er is ook een promotie-educatieve actie gepland. Gescheiden inzameling van afval. Het project bestrijkt 100 % van de inwoners van de gemeente Klembów. Er zullen twee banen worden gecreëerd. PSZOK is minimaal 8 uur, 5 dagen per week geopend, inclusief zaterdag, min. 19:00. Il progetto riguarda la costruzione e l'ammodernamento del punto di raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti urbani (PSZOK) di Klembów. Il progetto comprende progetti, lavori di costruzione, supervisione, acquisto di attrezzature PSZOK, nonché attività promozionali relative al progetto. 16 frazioni saranno raccolte in PSZOK. (conformemente al Catalogo dei Rifiuti — Allegato al Regolamento Concorrenza): carta, plastica, vetro, imballaggi multimateriali, imballaggi misti, medicinali scaduti, prodotti chimici e imballaggi contaminati, rifiuti di pile e accumulatori, rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche, mobili e altri rifiuti ingombranti, rifiuti di costruzione e demolizione, pneumatici usati, rifiuti verdi, abbigliamento e tessili diversi dalla biodegradabilità, ceneri, diversi da quelli sopra menzionati. PSZOK avrà un punto di riparazione e un punto di ricevimento per i beni non usati usati per il riutilizzo. È prevista anche un'azione educativa promozionale. Raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti. Il progetto copre il 100 % degli abitanti del comune di Klembów. Saranno creati due posti di lavoro. PSZOK sarà aperto almeno 8 ore, 5 giorni alla settimana, compreso il sabato, min. 19:00. Il progetto prevede: costruzione di lavori relativi allo sviluppo del territorio (indurimento, impianto verde, riparo per contenitori aperti), acquisto e installazione di contenitori e contenitori per rifiuti, illuminazione del terreno, recinzione, marcatura quadrata, informazione e segnaletica didattica. Grazie all'attuazione del progetto, il sistema di gestione dei rifiuti nel comune sarà migliorato. L'investimento previsto è stato inserito nel piano di investimenti per il voivodato di Mazowieckie nell'ambito del piano di gestione dei rifiuti per il voivodato di Mazowieckie 2022 e sarà attuato nella regione orientale della gestione dei rifiuti urbani, dove non è inclusa la componente di trattamento dei rifiuti termici.
