Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej – świetlicy gminnej w Policznej w gminie Policzna. Budynek przede wszystkim wykorzystywany jest do celów społecznych. W budynku funkcjonuje świetlica, gminna biblioteka, Ochotnicza Straż Pożarna, organizacje społeczne. Projekt stanowi element priorytetowy programu zmierzającego do ograniczenia emisji szkodliwych związków z budynków użyteczności publicznej. Zakłada również uporządkowanie gospodarki energią cieplną w tym budynku, który stanowi istotny społecznie obiekt w samym centrum miejscowości Policzna. Powyższy projekt został zgłoszony do realizacji – zgłoszenie budowy w dniu 8.01.2016 r. do Starosty Zwoleńskiego. Zaplanowany w projekcie zakres robót budowlanych obejmuje termomodernizację budynku poprzez poprawę izolacyjności przegród budowlanych, które charakteryzują się dużą energochłonnością: • docieplenie stropodachu, dachu oraz wymianę jego pokrycia, • wykonanie termoizolacyjnych posadzek, • przebudowę systemów wentylacji, • wymiana starych okien i drzwi, • ocieplenie ścian fundamentów i piwnic, • wymiana starej instalacji grzewczej, • remont zewnętrznej elewacji. Podstawowym celem projektu związanego z termomodernizacją budynku świetlicy gminnej w Policznie jest poprawa jakości infrastruktury technicznej, obniżenie zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną w obiektach użyteczności publicznej, a także poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców korzystających z usług komunalnych, społecznych poprzez poprawę dostępności mieszkańców do infrastruktury co dokona się poprzez osiągnięcie możliwie najwyższego komfortu cieplnego w budynkach użyteczności publicznej (szkołach, ośrodkach zdrowia, świetlicach , bibliotekach itp.).. The subject of the project is the thermomodernisation of the public utility building – a communal common room in Policzna commune. The building is primarily used for social purposes. The building has a common room, municipal library, Volunteer Fire Service, social organisations. The project is a priority part of the programme aimed at reducing emissions of harmful compounds from public buildings. It also aims to organise the management of heat energy in this building, which is a socially important object in the very centre of Policzna. The above project was submitted for implementation – construction application on 8.01.2016 to the Starosta Zwolenski. The scope of construction works planned in the project includes the thermal modernisation of the building by improving the insulation of building partitions, which are characterised by high energy intensity: • warming of the ceiling, roof and replacement of its cover, • making thermal insulation floors, • reconstruction of ventilation systems, • replacement of old windows and doors, • warming of the walls of foundations and cellars, • replacement of old heating system, • renovation of the exterior facade. The primary objective of the project related to the thermal modernisation of the municipal common room building in Policzno is to improve the quality of technical infrastructure, to reduce the demand for heat in public utility facilities, as well as to improve the quality of life of residents using municipal and social services by improving the accessibility of residents to the infrastructure, which will be achieved by achieving the highest possible thermal comfort in public buildings (schools, health centres, common rooms, libraries, etc.). L’objet du projet est la thermomodernisation du bâtiment d’utilité publique — le centre communautaire de la municipalité de Policzna. Le bâtiment est principalement utilisé à des fins sociales. L’édifice dispose d’une salle commune, d’une bibliothèque municipale, d’une brigade d’incendie volontaire et d’organismes communautaires. Le projet est un élément prioritaire du programme visant à réduire les émissions de composés nocifs provenant des bâtiments publics. Elle présuppose également l’ordre de la gestion de l’énergie thermique dans ce bâtiment, qui est une installation socialement importante dans le centre même du village de Policzna. Le projet susmentionné a été soumis pour mise en œuvre — notification de la construction à la Starosta Zwoleński le 8 janvier 2016. L’étendue des travaux de construction prévus dans le projet comprend la thermomodernisation du bâtiment en améliorant l’isolation des cloisons de bâtiment, caractérisées par une forte intensité énergétique: • isolation du toit, toiture et remplacement de son revêtement, • sols isolants thermiques, • reconstruction des systèmes de ventilation, • remplacement des vieilles fenêtres et portes, • réchauffement des murs de fondation et de sous-sol, • remplacement de l’ancien système de chauffage, • rénovation de la façade extérieure. L’objectif principal du projet relatif à la thermomodernisation de la construction du centre communautaire municipal de Policzno est d’améliorer la qualité des infrastructures techniques, de réduire la demande d’énergie thermique dans les bâtiments publics et d’améliorer la qualité de vie des habitants utilisant les services municipaux et sociaux en améliorant l’accessibilité des résidents à l’infrastructure, ce qui sera atteint en assurant le plus grand confort thermique possible dans les bâtiments publics (écoles, centres de santé, centres communautaires, bibliothèques, etc.). Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Thermomodernisierung des öffentlichen Versorgungsgebäudes – das Gemeindezentrum in der Gemeinde Policzna. Das Gebäude wird in erster Linie für soziale Zwecke genutzt. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Gemeinschaftsraum, eine städtische Bibliothek, eine Freiwillige Feuerwehr, Gemeinschaftsorganisationen. Das Projekt ist ein vorrangiges Element des Programms zur Verringerung der Emissionen schädlicher Verbindungen aus öffentlichen Gebäuden. Es setzt auch die Reihenfolge des thermischen Energiemanagements in diesem Gebäude voraus, das eine gesellschaftlich wichtige Anlage im Zentrum des Dorfes Policzna ist. Das oben genannte Projekt wurde zur Durchführung vorgelegt – Notifizierung des Baus an die Starosta Zwoleński am 8. Januar 2016. Der Umfang der im Projekt geplanten Bauarbeiten umfasst die Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes durch die Verbesserung der Isolierung von Gebäudetrennwänden, die durch eine hohe Energieintensität gekennzeichnet sind: • Isolierung des Daches, Dach und Ersatz seiner Abdeckung, • Wärmedämmung Böden, • Rekonstruktion von Lüftungssystemen, • Austausch von alten Fenstern und Türen, • Erwärmung der Fundament- und Kellerwände, • Ersatz der alten Heizung, • Renovierung der Außenfassade. Das Hauptziel des Projekts im Zusammenhang mit der Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes des Gemeindezentrums in Policzno besteht darin, die Qualität der technischen Infrastruktur zu verbessern, den Bedarf an thermischer Energie in öffentlichen Gebäuden zu verringern und die Lebensqualität der Bewohner, die kommunale und soziale Dienstleistungen nutzen, zu verbessern, indem die Zugänglichkeit der Bewohner zur Infrastruktur verbessert wird, die durch den größtmöglichen thermischen Komfort in öffentlichen Gebäuden (Schulen, Gesundheitszentren, Gemeindezentren, Bibliotheken usw.) erreicht wird. Het onderwerp van het project is de thermomodernisering van het openbare nutsgebouw — het gemeenschapscentrum in de gemeente Policzna. Het gebouw wordt voornamelijk gebruikt voor sociale doeleinden. Het gebouw heeft een gemeenschappelijke ruimte, gemeentelijke bibliotheek, vrijwillige brandweer, gemeenschapsorganisaties. Het project is een prioritair onderdeel van het programma ter vermindering van de uitstoot van schadelijke verbindingen door openbare gebouwen. Het veronderstelt ook de volgorde van het thermische energiebeheer in dit gebouw, dat een maatschappelijk belangrijke faciliteit is in het centrum van het dorp Policzna. Bovengenoemd project is ter uitvoering voorgelegd — kennisgeving van de bouw aan de Starosta Zwoleński op 8 januari 2016. De omvang van de in het project geplande bouwwerkzaamheden omvat de thermomodernisering van het gebouw door verbetering van de isolatie van de scheidingswanden, die worden gekenmerkt door een hoge energie-intensiteit: • isolatie van het dak, dak en vervanging van de bekleding, • thermische isolatievloeren, • reconstructie van ventilatiesystemen, • vervanging van oude ramen en deuren, • opwarming van funderings- en keldermuren, • vervanging van het oude verwarmingssysteem, • renovatie van de buitengevel. Oggetto del progetto è la termomodernizzazione dell'edificio di pubblica utilità — il centro comunitario nel comune di Policzna. L'edificio è utilizzato principalmente per scopi sociali. L'edificio ha una sala comune, biblioteca comunale, vigili del fuoco volontari, organizzazioni della comunità. Il progetto è un elemento prioritario del programma volto a ridurre le emissioni di composti nocivi provenienti dagli edifici pubblici. Esso presuppone anche l'ordine della gestione dell'energia termica in questo edificio, che è una struttura socialmente importante nel centro del villaggio di Policzna. Il progetto di cui sopra è stato presentato per l'attuazione — notifica della costruzione alla Starosta Zwoleński l'8 gennaio 2016. L'ambito dei lavori di costruzione previsti nel progetto comprende la termomodernizzazione dell'edificio migliorando l'isolamento delle pareti divisorie, che sono caratterizzate da un'elevata intensità energetica: • isolamento del tetto, tetto e sostituzione del suo rivestimento, • pavimenti isolanti termici, • ricostruzione di sistemi di ventilazione, • sostituzione di vecchie finestre e porte, • riscaldamento delle fondamenta e delle pareti interrate, • sostituzione del vecchio impianto di riscaldamento, • ristrutturazione della facciata esterna. L'obiettivo principale del progetto relativo alla termomodernizzazione della costruzione del centro comunale di Policzno è quello di migliorare la qualità delle infrastrutture tecniche, ridurre la domanda di energia termica negli edifici pubblici e migliorare la qualità della vita dei residenti utilizzando i servizi comunali e sociali migliorando l'accessibilità dei residenti alle infrastrutture, che sarà possibile ottenere il massimo comfort termico possibile negli edifici pubblici (scuole, centri sanitari, centri comunitari, biblioteche, ecc.).
