Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa budynku Przedszkola Samorządowego w Kamionce o powierzchni użytkowej 678,53 m2 (wraz z zagospodarowaniem jego otoczenia), przy ul. Kościelnej 6. W ramach projektu przewidziano następujące zadania: 1) budowa Przedszkola Samorządowego - roboty budowlane, branża sanitarna, instalacja elektryczna, centralne ogrzewanie, maszynownia pompy ciepła z dolnym źródłem, instalowanie wentylacji, 2) rozbiórka starego budynku przedszkola oraz budynku gospodarczego, 3) nadzór budowlany, 4) wykonanie tablic informacyjnych, 5) opracowanie ekspertyz technicznych i dokumentacji projektowej (wraz z kosztorysami) budowy przedszkola oraz rozbiórki starego budynku przedszkola i gospodarczego, 6) opracowanie studium wykonalności. Celem projektu jest zapewnienie dostępności do usług edukacji przedszkolnej, dla dzieci w wieku 3-4 lat, poprzez między innymi poprawę warunków lokalowych. Grupą docelową odbiorców produktów projektu są: - dzieci uczęszczające do przedszkola - 50 osób - dzieci, dla których stworzone zostaną dodatkowe miejsca - 50 osób - nauczyciele i pracownicy obecnie zatrudnieni - 8 osób - nauczyciele i pracownicy, którzy zostaną zatrudnieni poprzez stworzenie nowych miejsc pracy - 6 osób - rodzice dzieci obecnie uczęszczających do przedszkola- rodzice dzieci, dla których stworzone zostaną dodatkowe miejsca. W wyniku realizacji projektu poprawie ulegnie sytuacji wskazanych grup interesariuszy. Realizacja projektu doprowadzi do osiągnięcia w okresie trwałości wskaźników: 1) rezultatu: - "Rzeczywista liczba użytkowników infrastruktury w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi lub infrastruktury edukacyjnej": 100 osób - "Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach": 6 osób 2) produktu: - "Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury przedszkolnej": 1 szt.- "Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami": 1 szt. - "Potencjał objętej wsparciem infrastruktury w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi lub infrastruktury edukacyjnej": 100 osób (Polish)

The subject of the project is the construction of the Local Government Kindergarten building in Kamionka with a usable area of 678.53 m² (including the development of its surroundings), at ul. Ecclesiastical 6. The project envisages the following tasks: 1) construction of Local Government Preschool – construction works, sanitary industry, electrical installation, central heating, engine room of heat pump with lower source, installation of ventilation, 2) demolition of the old kindergarten building and economic building, 3) construction supervision, 4) implementation of information boards, 5) elaboration of technical expertise and design documentation (including cost estimates) of the construction of a kindergarten and demolition of the old kindergarten and business building, 6) elaboration of a feasibility study. The aim of the project is to ensure access to pre-school education services for children aged 3-4 years, through, among other things, improving housing conditions. The target group of the project’s products are: — children attending kindergarten – 50 people – children for whom additional seats will be created – 50 people – teachers and workers currently employed – 8 people – teachers and workers who will be employed by creating new jobs – 6 people – parents of children currently attending kindergarten – parents of children for whom additional places will be created. As a result of the project, the situation of the selected stakeholder groups will improve. L’objet du projet est la construction du bâtiment de la maternelle de l’administration locale à Kamionka d’une superficie utilisable de 678,53 m² (y compris le développement de ses environs), à ul. Église 6. Le projet prévoit les tâches suivantes: 1) construction de jardins d’enfants autonomes — travaux de construction, industrie sanitaire, installation électrique, chauffage central, salle des machines à pompe à chaleur avec source inférieure, installation de ventilation, 2) démolition de l’ancien bâtiment de la maternelle et de la ferme, 3) supervision de la construction, 4) exécution de tableaux d’information, 5) préparation de l’expertise technique et de la documentation de conception (y compris les estimations de coûts) construction de jardins d’enfants et démolition de l’ancienne maternelle et bâtiment économique, 6) élaboration d’une étude de faisabilité. L’objectif de ce projet est d’assurer l’accessibilité aux services d’éducation préscolaire pour les enfants âgés de 3 à 4 ans, notamment en améliorant les conditions de logement. Le public cible des produits du projet est: — les enfants fréquentant la maternelle — 50 personnes — les enfants pour lesquels des places supplémentaires seront créées — 50 personnes — les enseignants et le personnel actuellement en activité — 8 personnes — les enseignants et le personnel qui seront recrutés par la création de nouveaux emplois — 6 personnes — parents d’enfants qui fréquentent actuellement la maternelle — parents d’enfants pour lesquels des places supplémentaires seront créées. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau des Gebäudes des kommunalen Kindergartens in Kamionka mit einer Nutzfläche von 678,53 m² (einschließlich der Entwicklung der Umgebung) in ul. Kirche 6. Das Projekt sieht folgende Aufgaben vor: 1) Bau von Selbstverwaltung Kindergarten – Bauarbeiten, Sanitärindustrie, elektrische Installation, Zentralheizung, Wärmepumpe Maschinenraum mit niedriger Quelle, Installation der Lüftung, 2) Abriss des alten Kindergarten- und Hofgebäudes, 3) Bauaufsicht, 4) Durchführung von Informationstafeln, 5) Vorbereitung der technischen Expertise und Entwurfsdokumentation (einschließlich Kostenschätzungen) Bau des Kindergartens und Abriss des alten Kindergartens und Wirtschaftsgebäudes, 6) Entwicklung der Machbarkeitsstudie. Ziel des Projekts ist es, den Zugang zu Vorschulbildungsdiensten für Kinder im Alter von 3-4 Jahren unter anderem durch Verbesserung der Wohnbedingungen zu gewährleisten. Die Zielgruppe der Projektprodukte ist: — Kinder im Kindergarten – 50 Personen – Kinder, für die zusätzliche Plätze geschaffen werden – 50 Personen – Lehrer und Mitarbeiter, die derzeit im Dienst sind – 8 Personen – Lehrer und Personal, die durch die Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze rekrutiert werden – 6 Personen – Eltern von Kindern, die derzeit einen Kindergarten besuchen – Eltern von Kindern, für die zusätzliche Plätze geschaffen werden. Die Situation der identifizierten Interessengruppen wird durch die Durchführung des Projekts verbessert. Het doel van het project is de bouw van het gebouw van de Local Government Kindergarten in Kamionka met een bruikbare oppervlakte van 678,53 m² (inclusief de ontwikkeling van de omgeving), te ul. Kerk 6. Het project voorziet in de volgende taken: 1) bouw van zelfstandige kleuterschool — bouwwerken, sanitaire industrie, elektrische installatie, centrale verwarming, warmtepomp machinekamer met lagere bron, installatie van ventilatie, 2) sloop van het oude kleutergebouw en boerderijgebouw, 3) bouwtoezicht, 4) uitvoering van informatieborden, 5) voorbereiding van technische expertise en ontwerpdocumentatie (inclusief kostenramingen) bouw van kleuterschool en sloop van de oude kleuterschool en economische bouw, 6) ontwikkeling van haalbaarheidsstudie. Het project heeft tot doel de toegankelijkheid van voorschools onderwijs voor kinderen van 3-4 jaar te waarborgen, onder meer door de huisvestingsomstandigheden te verbeteren. De doelgroep van de projectproducten is: — kinderen die naar de kleuterschool gaan — 50 personen — kinderen voor wie extra plaatsen zullen worden gecreëerd — 50 personen — leerkrachten en personeel dat momenteel in dienst is — 8 personen — leraren en personeel dat zal worden aangeworven door het creëren van nieuwe banen — 6 personen — ouders van kinderen die momenteel kleuterschool volgen — ouders van kinderen voor wie extra plaatsen zullen worden gecreëerd. L'oggetto del progetto è la costruzione dell'edificio dell'asilo del governo locale a Kamionka con una superficie utilizzabile di 678,53 m² (compreso lo sviluppo dei suoi dintorni), a ul. Chiesa 6. Il progetto prevede i seguenti compiti: 1) costruzione dell'asilo autogoverno — lavori di costruzione, industria sanitaria, installazione elettrica, riscaldamento centrale, sala macchine a pompa di calore con sorgente inferiore, installazione di ventilazione, 2) demolizione del vecchio edificio dell'asilo e edificio agricolo, 3) supervisione della costruzione, 4) esecuzione di schede informative, 5) preparazione di competenze tecniche e documentazione di progettazione (comprese le stime dei costi) costruzione della scuola materna e demolizione del vecchio asilo e edificio economico, 6) sviluppo dello studio di fattibilità. L'obiettivo del progetto è garantire l'accessibilità ai servizi di istruzione prescolastica per i bambini di età compresa tra i 3-4 anni migliorando, tra l'altro, le condizioni abitative. Il target dei prodotti del progetto è: — bambini che frequentano la scuola materna — 50 persone — bambini per i quali saranno creati posti aggiuntivi — 50 persone — insegnanti e personale attualmente in servizio — 8 persone — insegnanti e personale che saranno assunti creando nuovi posti di lavoro — 6 persone — genitori di bambini che attualmente frequentano l'asilo — genitori di bambini per i quali saranno creati posti supplementari. La situazione dei gruppi di portatori di interessi individuati sarà migliorata a seguito dell'attuazione del progetto.
