Cel główny: upowszechnienie dostępu, usprawnienie i poprawa jakości świadczeń usług społecznych poprzez stworzenie niezbędnej infrastruktury i aktywizacja społeczna osób starszych. Cele szcz.: zwiększenie zakresu usług społecznych o nowe formy wsparcia; zwiększenie liczby miejsc świadczenia usług; wzrost integracji społecznej; wsparcie zrównoważonego rozwoju gminy w sferze gospodarczej i społecznej poprzez rozwój infrastruktury i aktywizację społeczną mieszkańców. Kluczowe rezultaty: 1.liczba nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy-pozostałe formy [EPC]- 3os.; 2.liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami- 2szt.; 3.Potencjalna/Rzeczywista liczba użytkowników usług aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej świadczonych we wspartych obiektach -30 4.liczba osób objętych szkoleniami/doradztwem w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych- 60os. Grupa docelowa to samorząd gminy, uczestnicy wsparcia w ramach DDPS, lokalni przedsiębiorcy i instytucje umożliwiające realizację projektu. Projekt zlokalizowany w Opolu Lubelskim przy ul. Kolejowej 17. Zakres obejmuje przebudowę i rozbudowę wielofunkcyjnego budynku na Dzienny Dom Pomocy Społecznej, strefę rekreacyjno-sportową i zaplecze sanitarne strefy fitness. Przebudowane i rozebrane będą elementy konstrukcyjne ze zmianą przeznaczenia pomieszczeń. Obiekt będzie powiększony w poziomie z dobudową piętra. Powstaną 2 klatki schodowe, przyłącze energetyczne, wodociągowe i kanalizacyjne. Wykonane będą panele fotowoltaiczne i pompy ciepła do instalacji c.o. i ciepłej wody. Na parterze Dziennego Domu Pomocy Społecznej znajdą się pomieszczenia: sanitarne, porządkowe i socjalne, sale: ogólna i rehabilitacji, gabinet terapii zajęciowej, szatnie, rozdzielnia i zmywalnia, komunikacja. Piętro mieścić będzie: gabinet zabiegowy, sanitariaty, pomieszczenia biurowe, techniczne i komunikację. Otoczenie budynku stanowić będą: ciąg pieszo-jezdny, chodniki, parking, strefa fitness z urządzeniami do ćwiczeń, oświetlenie typu parkowego wykorzystujące OZE. (Polish)

Main objective: increase access to, improve and improve the quality of social services through the creation of the necessary infrastructure and social activation of older people. Key results: 1. number of newly created jobs-other forms [EPC]- 3persons; 2.number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities- 2 pieces; 3.Potential/Actual number of users of socio-occupational activation services provided in supported facilities -30 4.number of persons covered by training/advice in the field of digital competence – 60os. The target group is the municipal self-government, DDPS support participants, local entrepreneurs and institutions enabling the project to be implemented. Project located in Opole Lubelski on ul. The railroad 17. The scope includes the reconstruction and extension of the multifunctional building to the Daily Social Assistance Centre, the recreational and sports area and the sanitary facilities of the fitness area. The construction elements will be reconstructed and dismantled with a change in the use of the premises. The building will be enlarged in a level with an addition to the floor. There will be 2 stairways, power, water and sewage connections. Photovoltaic panels and heat pumps for central heating and hot water installations will be made. On the ground floor of the Daily Social Assistance Centre there will be rooms: sanitary, sanitary and social facilities, halls: general and rehabilitation, occupational therapy, locker rooms, switching room and washing room, communication. The floor will include: treatment room, sanitary facilities, office rooms, technical and communication rooms. Objectif principal: accroître l’accès, l’amélioration et l’amélioration de la qualité des services sociaux grâce à la création des infrastructures nécessaires et à l’activation sociale des personnes âgées. Objectifs: élargir la portée des services sociaux grâce à de nouvelles formes de soutien; l’augmentation du nombre de places pour fournir des services; accroître l’inclusion sociale; soutenir le développement durable de la municipalité dans le domaine économique et social par le développement des infrastructures et l’activation sociale des habitants. Principaux résultats: 1.Nombre d’emplois nouvellement créés — autres formes de [ETP] — 3 personnes; 2.Nombre d’installations adaptées aux besoins des personnes handicapées — 2pcs; 3. Nombre potentiel/réel d’utilisateurs de services d’activation socioprofessionnelle fournis dans des installations bénéficiant d’un soutien -30 4. Nombre de personnes couvertes par des formations/conseils dans le domaine de la compétence numérique — 60 personnes. Le groupe cible est l’administration municipale, les participants au soutien du DDPS, les entrepreneurs locaux et les institutions permettant la mise en œuvre du projet. Projet situé à Opole Lubelski à ul. Chemin de fer 17. Le champ d’application comprend la reconstruction et l’extension du bâtiment multifonctionnel au Daily Welfare House, à l’espace récréatif et sportif et aux installations sanitaires de l’espace de remise en forme. Les éléments structuraux seront reconstruits et démolis avec un changement dans l’objectif des locaux. L’installation sera agrandie horizontalement avec l’ajout d’un plancher. Il y aura 2 escaliers, de l’énergie, de l’approvisionnement en eau et des raccordements d’assainissement. Des panneaux photovoltaïques et des pompes à chaleur pour le chauffage central et l’installation d’eau chaude seront réalisés. Au rez-de-chaussée de la Daily Welfare House, il y aura des chambres: sanitaires, sanitaires et sociaux, chambres: général et rééducation, bureau d’ergothérapie, vestiaire, salle de séparation et salle de lavage, communication. L’étage abritera: salle de traitement, sanitaires, bureaux, salles techniques et de communication. Le bâtiment sera entouré par: randonnée pédestre, trottoirs, parking, zone de remise en forme avec équipement d’exercice, éclairage de type parc à l’aide de RES. (French)

Ziele: Ausweitung des Anwendungsbereichs sozialer Dienstleistungen durch neue Formen der Unterstützung; Erhöhung der Zahl der Orte für die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen; Verbesserung der sozialen Inklusion; Unterstützung der nachhaltigen Entwicklung der Gemeinde im wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Bereich durch den Ausbau der Infrastruktur und die soziale Aktivierung der Einwohner. Wichtigste Ergebnisse: 1.Anzahl der neu geschaffenen Arbeitsplätze – sonstige Formen von [FTE] – 3 Personen; 2.Anzahl der an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepassten Einrichtungen – 2 Stück; 3.Potential/Realzahl der Nutzer von sozioökonomischen Aktivierungsdiensten, die in unterstützten Einrichtungen erbracht werden -30 4.Anzahl der Personen, die im Bereich der digitalen Kompetenz ausgebildet/Beratung sind – 60 Personen. Zielgruppe ist die Kommunalverwaltung, DDPS unterstützt Teilnehmer, lokale Unternehmer und Institutionen, die die Umsetzung des Projekts ermöglichen. Projekt in Opole Lubelski bei ul. Eisenbahn 17. Der Geltungsbereich umfasst den Wiederaufbau und die Erweiterung des multifunktionalen Gebäudes auf das Daily Welfare House, den Erholungs- und Sportbereich sowie die Sanitäranlagen des Fitnessbereichs. Die Strukturelemente werden mit einer Änderung des Zwecks der Räumlichkeiten umgebaut und abgerissen. Die Anlage wird horizontal mit dem Zusatz eines Bodens erweitert. Es gibt 2 Treppen, Energie, Wasserversorgung und Kanalisation. Photovoltaik-Panels und Wärmepumpen für Zentralheizung und Warmwasserinstallation werden hergestellt. Im Erdgeschoss des Daily Welfare House gibt es Zimmer: Sanitär-, Reinigungs- und Sozialeinrichtungen, Zimmer: allgemeine und Rehabilitation, Berufstherapie Büro, Garderobe, Trennungsraum und Waschraum, Kommunikation. Der Boden wird beherbergen: Behandlungsraum, Sanitäranlagen, Büro-, Technik- und Kommunikationsräume. Belangrijkste resultaten: 1.Aantal nieuw gecreëerde banen — andere vormen van [VTE] — 3 personen; 2.Aantal faciliteiten aangepast aan de behoeften van personen met een handicap — 2 stuks; 3.Potential/Real aantal gebruikers van sociaal-beroepsactiveringsdiensten die in ondersteunde faciliteiten worden verleend -30 4.aantal mensen dat onder opleiding/advies op het gebied van digitale competentie valt — 60 personen. De doelgroep is gemeentebestuur, DDPS ondersteunen deelnemers, lokale ondernemers en instellingen die de uitvoering van het project mogelijk maken. Project gelegen in Opole Lubelski te ul. Spoorlijn 17. Het toepassingsgebied omvat de wederopbouw en uitbreiding van het multifunctionele gebouw tot het Daily Welfare House, de recreatie- en sportruimte en de sanitaire voorzieningen van de fitnessruimte. Structurele elementen zullen worden herbouwd en gesloopt met een wijziging van het doel van de gebouwen. De faciliteit zal horizontaal worden vergroot met de toevoeging van een vloer. Er zijn 2 trappen, energie, watervoorziening en riolering. Fotovoltaïsche panelen en warmtepompen voor centrale verwarming en warmwaterinstallatie zullen worden gemaakt. Op de begane grond van het Daily Welfare House zijn er kamers: sanitaire, schoonmaak- en sociale voorzieningen, kamers: algemeen en revalidatie, ergotherapie kantoor, garderobe, scheidingsruimte en wasruimte, communicatie. De vloer zal huisvesten: behandelruimte, sanitaire voorzieningen, kantoor, technische en communicatiezalen. Principali risultati: 1.Numero di nuovi posti di lavoro — altre forme di [ETP] — 3 persone; 2.Numero di strutture adattate alle esigenze delle persone con disabilità — 2pcs; 3.Potential/Real numero di utenti di servizi di attivazione socio-professionali forniti in strutture supportate -30 4.numero di persone coperte da formazione/consulenza nel campo della competenza digitale — 60 persone. Il gruppo target è il governo municipale, i partecipanti al DDPS, gli imprenditori locali e le istituzioni che consentono l'attuazione del progetto. Progetto situato a Opole Lubelski a ul. Ferrovia 17. L'ambito di applicazione comprende la ricostruzione e l'estensione dell'edificio multifunzionale al Daily Welfare House, l'area ricreativa e sportiva e le strutture sanitarie dell'area fitness. Gli elementi strutturali saranno ricostruiti e demoliti con una modifica dello scopo dei locali. La struttura sarà ampliata orizzontalmente con l'aggiunta di un pavimento. Ci saranno 2 scale, energia, approvvigionamento idrico e collegamenti fognari. Saranno realizzati pannelli fotovoltaici e pompe di calore per il riscaldamento centrale e l'installazione di acqua calda. Al piano terra del Daily Welfare House ci saranno camere: servizi sanitari, di pulizia e sociali, camere: generale e riabilitazione, ufficio terapia occupazionale, guardaroba, stanza di separazione e stanza di lavaggio, comunicazione. Il piano ospiterà: sala trattamento, servizi igienici, uffici, sale tecniche e di comunicazione.
