Celem projektu jest podniesienie kwalifikacji/kompetencji oraz zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego w okresie do 31.12.2018r. w celu uzyskania zatrudnienia przez minimum 97 osób bezrobotnych spośród 213 objętych projektem w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowanych w PUP Krasnystaw znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej (uwzględniającej zatrudnienie na podstawie umowy o pracę oraz samozatrudnienie) na poziomie 42% dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji, w tym osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami , osoby w wieku powyżej 50 r.ż., osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach do poziomu ISCED 3. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 213 osób powyżej 30 r. ż. zarejestrowanych w PUP Krasnystaw kwalifikujących się do I lub II profilu pomocy. Projekt zakłada objęcie wszystkich uczestników IPD oraz pośrednictwem lub poradnictwem zawodowym. Określona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji, problemów zawodowych będzie podstawą do realizacji odpowiednio dobranych usług, instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. W ramach projektu uczestnicy będą mogli skorzystać ze szkoleń, staży zawodowych oraz zatrudnienia w ramach refundacji kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy. Projekt przewiduje kompleksowość wsparcia, w przypadkach wynikających z IPD. Możliwe będzie łączenie poszczególnych form wsparcia (np. szkolenie+staż, szkolenie+doposażenie) w sposób zapewniający efektywną aktywizację prowadzącą do trwałego zatrudnienia. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to raise qualifications/competence and gain professional experience in the period to 31.12.2018 in order to obtain employment by at least 97 unemployed people out of the 213 persons covered by the project aged 30 years and more registered with the PUP Krasnystaw who are in a special situation on the labour market. The project aims to achieve employment efficiency (including employment on the basis of a contract of employment and self-employment) at the level of 42 % for the most vulnerable, including the long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, people over the age of 50, low-skilled people up to ISCED 3. The project will support 213 persons above 30 registered in the PUP Krasnystaw qualifying for the I or II aid profile. The project involves covering all IPD participants and through or providing professional guidance. A specific analysis of skills, predispositions and occupational problems will be the basis for the performance of properly selected services, labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. As part of the project, participants will be able to benefit from training, traineeships and employment as part of the reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workplace. The project envisages a comprehensiveness of support, in cases resulting from IPD. It will be possible to combine different forms of support (e.g. training+training, training + retrofit) in a way that ensures effective activation leading to sustainable employment. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer les qualifications/compétences et d’acquérir une expérience professionnelle au cours de la période allant jusqu’au 31.12.2018 afin d’obtenir un emploi pour un minimum de 97 chômeurs sur 213 couverts par le projet âgés de 30 ans et plus inscrits au PUP de Krasnystaw qui se trouvent dans une situation particulière sur le marché du travail. Le projet vise à atteindre l’efficacité de l’emploi (y compris l’emploi sous contrat de travail et le travail indépendant) de 42 % pour les plus vulnérables, y compris les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes handicapées, les personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, les personnes peu qualifiées jusqu’à la CITE 3. Le projet soutiendra 213 personnes de plus de 30 personnes inscrites à l’OLP de Krasnystaw admissibles au profil d’aide I ou II. Le projet associe tous les participants à la DPI ainsi que l’orientation ou l’orientation professionnelle. Une analyse spécifique des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels servira de base à la mise en œuvre de services sélectionnés de manière appropriée, d’instruments du marché du travail visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et d’institutions du marché du travail. Dans le cadre du projet, les participants pourront bénéficier d’une formation, d’un stage et d’un emploi dans le cadre du remboursement des frais d’équipement ou d’aménagement du poste. Le projet prévoit l’exhaustivité de l’aide dans les cas résultant de la DPI. Il sera possible de combiner différentes formes de soutien (par exemple formation+formation, formation + aménagement) de manière à garantir une activation efficace conduisant à un emploi durable. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Qualifikationen/Kompetenzen zu verbessern und Berufserfahrung bis zum 31.12.2018 zu sammeln, um mindestens 97 von 213 Arbeitslosen, die im Rahmen des Projekts im Alter von 30 Jahren und darüber in der Krasnystaw PUP registriert sind und sich in einer besonderen Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt befinden, eine Beschäftigung zu erhalten. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Beschäftigungseffizienz (einschließlich einer Beschäftigung im Rahmen eines Arbeitsvertrags und einer selbständigen Erwerbstätigkeit) von 42 % für die am stärksten gefährdeten Personen zu erreichen, darunter Langzeitarbeitslose, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Menschen über 50 Jahre, Geringqualifizierte bis ISCED 3. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden 213 Personen unterstützt, die mehr als 30 Personen, die im Krasnystaw-PLO registriert sind, für das I- oder II-Hilfeprofil in Frage kommen. An dem Projekt sind alle IPD-Teilnehmer und Berufsberatung beteiligt. Eine spezifische Analyse der Kompetenzen, der Prädisposition und der beruflichen Probleme wird die Grundlage für die Umsetzung der entsprechend ausgewählten Dienstleistungen, der Arbeitsmarktinstrumente, auf die im Gesetz über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen Bezug genommen wird, bilden. Im Rahmen des Projekts können die Teilnehmer von Schulungen, Praktika und Beschäftigung im Rahmen der Kostenerstattung für Ausrüstung oder Arbeitsplatznachrüstung profitieren. Das Projekt sieht die Vollständigkeit der Unterstützung in Fällen vor, die sich aus dem IPD ergeben. Es wird möglich sein, verschiedene Formen der Unterstützung (z. B. Training+Training, Training+Fitting) so zu kombinieren, dass eine wirksame Aktivierung gewährleistet wird, die zu nachhaltiger Beschäftigung führt. (German)

Het doel van het project is de kwalificaties/competenties te verbeteren en beroepservaring op te doen in de periode tot 31.12.2018, teneinde werk te vinden voor ten minste 97 van de 213 werklozen die onder het project van 30 jaar en ouder vallen en geregistreerd zijn in de Krasnystaw PUP, die zich in een bijzondere situatie op de arbeidsmarkt bevinden. Het project heeft tot doel de arbeidsefficiëntie (met inbegrip van werkgelegenheid in het kader van een arbeidsovereenkomst en zelfstandige arbeid) van 42 % te bereiken voor de meest kwetsbaren, waaronder langdurig werklozen, mensen met een handicap, mensen ouder dan 50 jaar, laaggeschoolden tot ISCED 3. Het project ondersteunt 213 personen boven de 30 ingeschreven in de Krasnystaw PLO die in aanmerking komen voor het I- of II-hulpprofiel. Het project omvat alle IPD-deelnemers en beroepskeuzevoorlichting of -begeleiding. Een specifieke analyse van vaardigheden, aanleg en beroepsproblemen zal de basis vormen voor de uitvoering van naar behoren geselecteerde diensten, arbeidsmarktinstrumenten waarnaar wordt verwezen in de Wet ter bevordering van werkgelegenheids- en arbeidsmarktinstellingen. In het kader van het project zullen deelnemers kunnen profiteren van opleiding, stages en werkgelegenheid in het kader van de vergoeding van de kosten van uitrusting of aanpassing van de baan. Het project voorziet in de volledigheid van de steun in gevallen die voortvloeien uit de IPD. Het zal mogelijk zijn om verschillende vormen van ondersteuning (bv. opleiding+training, training+fitting) te combineren op een manier die een doeltreffende activering garandeert die leidt tot duurzame werkgelegenheid. L'obiettivo del progetto è migliorare le qualifiche/competenze e acquisire esperienza professionale nel periodo fino al 31.12.2018 al fine di ottenere un impiego per un minimo di 97 disoccupati su 213 coperti dal progetto di età pari o superiore a 30 anni iscritti al PUP di Krasnystaw che si trovano in una situazione particolare sul mercato del lavoro. Il progetto mira a conseguire un'efficienza dell'occupazione (compresa l'occupazione con contratto di lavoro e lavoro autonomo) del 42 % per i più vulnerabili, compresi i disoccupati di lungo periodo, le persone con disabilità, le persone di età superiore ai 50 anni, le persone poco qualificate fino a ISCED 3. Il progetto sosterrà 213 persone oltre 30 registrate nell'OLP di Krasnystaw ammissibili al profilo di aiuto I o II. Il progetto coinvolge tutti i partecipanti IPD e l'orientamento o l'orientamento professionale. Un'analisi specifica delle competenze, della predisposizione e dei problemi professionali costituirà la base per l'attuazione di servizi adeguatamente selezionati, strumenti del mercato del lavoro di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. Nell'ambito del progetto, i partecipanti potranno beneficiare della formazione, dei tirocini e dell'occupazione nell'ambito del rimborso delle attrezzature o dei costi di adeguamento del lavoro. Il progetto prevede la completezza del sostegno nei casi derivanti dalla DPI. Sarà possibile combinare diverse forme di sostegno (ad esempio formazione+formazione, formazione+adattamento) in modo da garantire un'attivazione efficace che porti a un'occupazione sostenibile.
