Celem projektu jest ochrona środowiska naturalnego poprzez zwiększenie wykorzystania energii z odnawialnych źródeł energii. W ramach projektu zostaną zamontowane zestawy kolektorów słonecznych (2 i 3 panelowe) na budynkach mieszkańców gminy Potok Wielki (związane z budynkiem oraz wolnostojące):łącznie 351 zestawy (849 paneli) o mocy 1,39 MW.Kosztem niekwalifikowanym będzie montaż drugiej wężownicy w instalacjach solarnych. Z zainstalowanych kolektorów słonecznych będzie korzystać ok. 1312 os. Ponadto w ramach projektu zostaną zainstalowane 3 kotły opalane biomasą (drewno,pellet,brykiety drzewne,zrębki,odpady drzewne,słoma) o łącznej mocy 70 kW. Zostanie utworzona strona internetowa promująca odnawialne źródła energii-portal ten będzie wdrażał i promował rozwiązania, usługi i produkty czystej energii a także promował gminę jako ośrodek czystej energii na obszarze peryferyjnym.W ramach projektu zostanie także wykonany System TIK, który w swoich założeniach będzie m.in. zbierać i przechowywać w centralnej bazie danych informacje o instalacjach OZE, produkcji energii w poszczególnych instalacjach, monitorować pracę instalacji OZE i w razie konieczności powiadamiać określonych użytkowników systemu o nienormalnych stanach czy przerwach w pracy instalacji, zarządzać instalacjami (wprowadzanie do systemu nowych urządzeń, wprowadzania zmian ich właściwości itp.), generować raporty dotyczące ilości wyprodukowanej przez określone grupy instalacji (np. wg rodzaju instalacji, lokalizacji) energii w określonych okresach czasu, wizualizować rozmieszczenie instalacji na mapie, z możliwością symbolizacji wg rodzaju, mocy itp. Przedmiotowy projekt jest spójny zgodny z "Programem ochrony powietrza dla strefy lubelskiej", który celem jest poprawa jakości powietrza do poziomów dopuszczalnych i docelowych, mi.in. poprzez ograniczenie emisji z indywidualnych systemów grzewczych poprzez stworzenie i realizację systemu zachęt do ich likwidacji lub wymiany na niskoemisyjne. The installed solar collectors will use approx. 1312 wasps. In addition, 3 biomass-fired boilers (wood, pellet, wood chips, wood chips, woodwaste, straw) with a total capacity of 70 kW will be installed within the project. L’objectif du projet est de protéger l’environnement en augmentant l’utilisation de l’énergie produite à partir de sources d’énergie renouvelables. Dans le cadre du projet, des ensembles de capteurs solaires (2 et 3 panneaux) seront installés sur les bâtiments des habitants de la commune de Potok Wielki (liés au bâtiment et autoportants): un total de 351 jeux (849 panneaux) d’une capacité de 1,39 MW.Le coût inéligible sera l’installation d’une deuxième bobine dans des installations solaires. Les capteurs solaires installés utiliseront env. 1312 personnes En outre, le projet installera 3 chaudières alimentées à la biomasse (bois, granulés, granulés de bois, copeaux de bois, déchets de bois, paille) d’une capacité totale de 70 kW. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Umwelt durch eine verstärkte Nutzung von Energie aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen zu schützen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Solarkollektoren (2 und 3 Paneele) auf den Gebäuden der Einwohner der Gemeinde Potok Wielki (verbunden mit dem Gebäude und freistehend) installiert: insgesamt 351 Sätze (849 Paneele) mit einer Kapazität von 1,39 MW.Die nicht zuschussfähigen Kosten sind die Installation einer zweiten Spule in Solaranlagen. Die installierten Solarkollektoren werden ca. 1312 Personen Darüber hinaus werden im Rahmen des Projekts 3 Biomasseheizkessel (Holz, Pellets, Holzpellets, Holzspäne, Holzabfälle, Stroh) mit einer Gesamtleistung von 70 kW installiert. Es wird eine Website eingerichtet, um erneuerbare Energiequellen zu fördern – dieses Portal wird Lösungen, Dienstleistungen und Produkte im Bereich der sauberen Energie umsetzen und fördern und die Gemeinde als Zentrum für saubere Energie im Randgebiet fördern. Het doel van het project is het milieu te beschermen door het gebruik van energie uit hernieuwbare energiebronnen te vergroten. De geïnstalleerde zonnecollectoren gebruiken ca. 1312 personen Daarnaast zal het project 3 op biomassa gestookte ketels (hout, pellets, houtpellets, houtsnippers, houtafval, stro) met een totale capaciteit van 70 kW installeren. Er zal een website worden opgezet om hernieuwbare energiebronnen te bevorderen — dit portaal zal schone energieoplossingen, -diensten en -producten implementeren en bevorderen en de gemeente promoten als centrum van schone energie in het perifere gebied. Het project zal ook het ICT-systeem implementeren, dat onder meer informatie verzamelt en opslaat over RES-installaties, energieproductie in individuele installaties, toezicht houdt op de werking van RES-installaties en, indien nodig, bepaalde systeemgebruikers op de hoogte brengt van abnormale toestanden of onderbrekingen in de exploitatie van de installatie, installaties beheert (invoering van nieuwe apparatuur in het systeem, veranderingen in hun eigenschappen, enz.); rapporten genereren over de hoeveelheid energie die door specifieke groepen installaties wordt geproduceerd (bv. per type installatie, locatie) gedurende bepaalde perioden, visualiseren van de locatie van de installatie op de kaart, met de mogelijkheid van symbolisering per type, vermogen, enz. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di proteggere l'ambiente aumentando l'uso di energia da fonti energetiche rinnovabili. Nell'ambito del progetto saranno installati set di collettori solari (2 e 3 pannelli) sugli edifici dei residenti del comune di Potok Wielki (collegati all'edificio e freestanding): un totale di 351 set (849 pannelli) con una capacità di 1,39 MW.Il costo non ammissibile sarà l'installazione di una seconda bobina in impianti solari. I collettori solari installati utilizzeranno ca. 1312 persone Inoltre, il progetto prevede l'installazione di 3 caldaie a biomassa (legno, pellet, pellet, trucioli di legno, scarti di legno, paglia) per una capacità totale di 70 kW. Sarà istituito un sito web per la promozione delle fonti energetiche rinnovabili: questo portale metterà in atto e promuoverà soluzioni, servizi e prodotti per l'energia pulita e promuoverà il comune come centro di energia pulita nell'area periferica. Il progetto implementerà anche il sistema ICT, che, tra l'altro, raccoglierà e conserverà informazioni sugli impianti FER, la produzione di energia nei singoli impianti, monitorerà il funzionamento degli impianti FER e, se necessario, informerà alcuni utenti del sistema in merito a stati anomali o interruzioni nel funzionamento dell'impianto, gestirà gli impianti (introduzione di nuove apparecchiature nel sistema, modifiche delle loro proprietà, ecc.), generare rapporti sulla quantità di energia prodotta da gruppi specifici di impianti (ad esempio per tipo di installazione, posizione) durante determinati periodi di tempo, visualizzare la posizione dell'impianto sulla mappa, con la possibilità di simbolizzazione per tipo, potenza, ecc. Il progetto è coerente con il "Programma per la qualità dell'aria per la zona di Lublino", che mira a migliorare la qualità dell'aria al fine di limitare e raggiungere livelli-obiettivo, anche riducendo le emissioni dei singoli sistemi di riscaldamento attraverso la creazione e l'attuazione di un sistema di incentivi per la loro disattivazione o la loro sostituzione a basse emissioni.
