PRZEDMIOTEM PROJEKTU jest otrzymanie nowego (innowacja produktowa) wyrobu o dodatkowych cechach funkcjonalnych tzn. wytłoczyny w postaci folii z PP z charakterystycznymi zagłębieniami, w różnych obszarach wytłoczyny. Produkt ten będzie wytwarzany nowym sposobem (innowacja procesowa) polegająca na tym, że wytłoczyna jest dodatkowo formowana z wykorzystaniem elementów kształtujących zasilanych elementami piezoelektrycznymi podczas procesu technologicznego z jednoczesnym sterowaniem z wykorzystaniem komputera.Głównym celem projektu jest komercjalizacja wyników prac B+R. Efektem tego będzie wdrożenie innowacji. ODBIORCY NOWYCH PRODUKTÓW: Klienci instytucjonalni prowadzący działalność gospodarczą w Polsce oraz poza granicami kraju. ZADANIE: zakup środków trwałych i WNiP niezbędnych do wdrożenia wyników prac B+R. Projekt będzie miał pozytywny wpływ na ochronę środowiska. Wprowadzenie innowacji procesowych spowoduje zmniejszenie zużycia materiałów i energii w procesie produkcji. W ramach realizacji projektu zostaną stworzone nowe miejsca pracy - 3 etaty. The purpose of the project is to obtain a new (product innovation) product with additional functional features, i.e. pomace in the form of PP film with characteristic hollows, in various marc areas. This product will be produced by a new method (processing innovation) in the fact that the pomace is additionally formed with the use of shape elements powered by piezoelectric elements during the technological process with simultaneous control using a computer.The main aim of the project is to commercialise the results of R & D works. RECIPIENTS OF NEW PRODUCTS: Institutional clients conducting business activity in Poland and abroad. THE TASK: purchase of fixed assets and MNiP necessary to implement the results of R & D works. The project will have a positive impact on environmental protection. The introduction of process innovations will reduce the use of materials and energy in the production process. As part of the project, new jobs – 3 jobs will be created. AS A RESULT OF THE PROJECT, THE FOLLOWING INDICATORS WILL BE ACHIEVED: —at product level- Private investment complementing public support to enterprises (grants) (CI6); — Number of companies supported to introduce new products for the company (CI29); — Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products to the market (CI28); — Number of enterprises receiving grants (CI2); — Number of enterprises supported by investment; — Number of enterprises supported in implementing R & D results; — Number of enterprises receiving support (CI1). — at result level – Increasing employment in supported enterprises (CI8); — Number of product innovations introduced; — Number of process innovations introduced; — Revenue from the sale of new or improved products/processes; — Number of R & D results implemented. L’objet du PROJECT est d’obtenir un nouveau produit (innovation de produit) avec des caractéristiques fonctionnelles supplémentaires, c’est-à-dire le grignon sous forme de film PP avec des cavités caractéristiques, dans différentes zones du grignon. Ce produit sera produit par une nouvelle méthode (innovation de processus) consistant en le fait que le gaufrage est en outre formé avec l’utilisation d’éléments de façonnage alimentés par des éléments piézoélectriques pendant le processus technologique avec contrôle simultané à l’aide d’un ordinateur. L’objectif principal du projet est de commercialiser les résultats des travaux de R & D. Le résultat de ce projet sera la mise en œuvre de l’innovation. DESTINATAIRES DE NOUVEAUX PRODUITS: Clients institutionnels exerçant des activités commerciales en Pologne et à l’étranger. TÂCHE: achat d’immobilisations et d’INS nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des résultats des travaux de R & D. Le projet aura un impact positif sur la protection de l’environnement. L’introduction d’innovations de procédés réduira la consommation de matériaux et d’énergie dans le processus de production. Dans le cadre du projet, de nouveaux emplois seront créés — 3 emplois. Gegenstand des PROJECT ist es, ein neues Produkt (Produktinnovation) mit zusätzlichen funktionalen Eigenschaften, d. h. Trester in Form von PP-Folie mit charakteristischen Hohlräumen, in verschiedenen Bereichen des Tresters zu erhalten. Dieses Produkt wird durch eine neue Methode (Prozessinnovation) hergestellt, die darin besteht, dass die Präge zusätzlich mit der Verwendung von Formelementen gebildet wird, die durch piezoelektrische Elemente während des technologischen Prozesses mit gleichzeitiger Kontrolle mit einem Computer angetrieben werden. Das Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Vermarktung der Ergebnisse von F & E-Arbeiten. EMPFÄNGER NEUER PRODUKTE: Institutionelle Kunden, die ihre Geschäftstätigkeit in Polen und im Ausland ausüben. AUFGABE: Erwerb von Anlagegütern und NSÄ, die zur Umsetzung der Ergebnisse der FuE-Arbeiten erforderlich sind. Das Projekt wird sich positiv auf den Umweltschutz auswirken. Die Einführung von Prozessinnovationen reduziert den Verbrauch von Materialien und Energie im Produktionsprozess. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden neue Arbeitsplätze geschaffen – 3 Arbeitsplätze. Het PROJECT heeft tot doel een nieuw product (productinnovatie) te verkrijgen met aanvullende functionele kenmerken, d.w.z. pomace in de vorm van PP-folie met karakteristieke holtes, op verschillende gebieden van de pomace. Dit product wordt geproduceerd door een nieuwe methode (procesinnovatie) die bestaat uit het feit dat de emboss bovendien wordt gevormd met het gebruik van vormelementen aangedreven door piëzo-elektrische elementen tijdens het technologische proces met gelijktijdige controle met behulp van een computer. Het hoofddoel van het project is het commercialiseren van de resultaten van O & O-werk. Het resultaat hiervan is de implementatie van innovatie. ONTVANGERS VAN NIEUWE PRODUCTEN: Institutionele cliënten die zakelijke activiteiten uitoefenen in Polen en in het buitenland. TAAK: aankoop van vaste activa en NSI die nodig zijn om de resultaten van O & O-werkzaamheden uit te voeren. Het project zal een positief effect hebben op de bescherming van het milieu. De invoering van procesinnovaties zal het verbruik van materialen en energie in het productieproces verminderen. In het kader van het project zullen nieuwe banen worden gecreëerd — 3 banen. Oggetto del PROGETTO è quello di ottenere un nuovo prodotto (innovazione del prodotto) con caratteristiche funzionali aggiuntive, vale a dire vinacce sotto forma di pellicola PP con cavità caratteristiche, in varie aree della vinaccia. Questo prodotto sarà prodotto con un nuovo metodo (innovazione di processo) consistente nel fatto che la goffra è formata anche con l'uso di elementi di formatura alimentati da elementi piezoelettrici durante il processo tecnologico con controllo simultaneo utilizzando un computer. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è quello di commercializzare i risultati del lavoro di R & S. Il risultato di questo sarà l'implementazione dell'innovazione.
