Fabryka Okien "SPECTRUM" Sp. z o.o. jest producentem stolarki budowlanej PVC oraz ślusarki z aluminium. Celem ogólnym podejmowanego projektu jest wdrożenie wyników przeprowadzonych dla przedsiębiorstwa przez jednostkę naukową prac badawczo-rozwojowych prowadzących do wdrożenia innowacji, a przez to zdobycia przez Wnioskodawcę przewagi konkurencyjnej. Przesłanką dla podjęcia prac badawczo-rozwojowych były problemy związane z deficytami w sferze jakości produkcji (np. wysoki wskaźnik reklamacji), estetyki wykonania wyrobów oraz potrzeby związane z rozwojem oferty produktów, w tym kierowanych na rynek zagraniczny. Zadania podejmowane w projekcie mają charakter inwestycyjny i polegają na nabyciu maszyn i urządzeń (5 szt.) do produkcji stolarki budowalnej z PVC oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych (3 szt.), co doprowadzi do wdrożenia innowacji procesowej i organizacyjnej, a także umożliwi skierowanie na rynek udoskonalonych produktów oraz 1 nowego produktu (stolarka wielkogabarytowa). Korzyści z przeprowadzenia projektu odniesie Wnioskodawca, gdyż jego wdrożenie wpłynie znacząco na poprawę jego pozycji konkurencyjnej oraz klienci, którzy otrzymają ofertę produktową spełniającą ich oczekiwania. Jednym z rezultatów projektu będzie utworzenie 3 nowych miejsc pracy, w tym 2 na stanowiskach wymagających wysokich kwalifikacji. Najważniejsze rezultaty przeprowadzenia projektu to: wdrożenie innowacji procesowej, innowacji nie technologicznej, zastosowanie rozwiązań TIK, wprowadzenie do oferty nowego produktu oraz produktów udoskonalonych, zwiększenie poziomu przychodów ze sprzedaży oraz rozwój działalności eksportowej. Window factory “SPECTRUM” Sp. z o.o. is a manufacturer of PVC construction carpentry and aluminium locksmiths. The overall objective of the project is to implement the results carried out for the enterprise by the research and development unit leading to the implementation of innovation, thus gaining a competitive advantage by the Applicant. The reason for research and development were problems related to the quality of production deficits (e.g. high rate of complaints), product aesthetics and needs related to the development of the offer of products, including those directed to the foreign market. The tasks undertaken in the project are of an investment nature and consist of the acquisition of machinery and equipment (5 pieces) for the production of PVC construction carpentry and intangible assets (3 pieces), which will lead to the implementation of process and organizational innovation, as well as to direct improved products to the market and 1 new product (large-size carpentry). The Applicant will benefit from the project, as its implementation will significantly improve its competitive position and customers who will receive a product offer meeting their expectations. One of the results of the project will be the creation of 3 new jobs, including 2 in highly skilled jobs. The main results of the project are: implementation of process innovation, non-technological innovation, use of ICT solutions, introduction to the offer of a new product and improved products, increase the level of sales revenues and development of export activity. Window Factory «SPECTRUM» Sp. z o.o. est un fabricant de menuiserie PVC et serrurier en aluminium. L’objectif général du projet entrepris est de mettre en œuvre les résultats obtenus pour l’entreprise par l’unité de recherche conduisant à la mise en œuvre de l’innovation et, partant, à l’obtention d’un avantage concurrentiel par la requérante. La condition préalable pour entreprendre des travaux de R & D était des problèmes liés aux déficits dans le domaine de la qualité de la production (taux élevé de plaintes, par exemple), à l’esthétique de l’exécution des produits et aux besoins liés au développement de l’offre de produits, y compris ceux destinés au marché étranger. Les tâches entreprises dans le cadre du projet ont un caractère d’investissement et consistent à acquérir des machines et des équipements (5 pièces) pour la production de menuiseries de bâtiment en PVC et d’actifs incorporels (3 pièces), ce qui conduira à la mise en œuvre d’innovations de processus et d’organisation, ainsi qu’à l’acheminement de produits améliorés et d’un nouveau produit sur le marché (cylindre de grande taille). La requérante bénéficiera du projet, car sa mise en œuvre améliorera considérablement sa position concurrentielle et les clients qui recevront une offre de produits répondant à leurs attentes. L’un des résultats du projet sera la création de 3 nouveaux emplois, dont 2 dans des emplois hautement qualifiés. Les principaux résultats du projet sont les suivants: mise en œuvre de l’innovation de processus, innovation non technologique, application de solutions TIC, introduction de nouveaux produits et produits améliorés à offrir, augmenter le niveau des recettes de vente et le développement de l’activité d’exportation. Fensterfabrik „SPECTRUM“ Sp. z o.o. ist ein Hersteller von PVC Tischler und Aluminium Schlosser. Allgemeines Ziel des Projekts ist die Umsetzung der Ergebnisse, die von der Forschungseinheit für das Unternehmen durchgeführt werden, die zur Umsetzung der Innovation führen und dadurch einen Wettbewerbsvorteil durch den Antragsteller erzielen. Voraussetzung für die Durchführung von FuE-Arbeiten waren Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Defiziten im Bereich der Produktionsqualität (z. B. hohe Reklamationsraten), Ästhetik der Produktausführung und Bedürfnisse im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung des Produktangebots, einschließlich derjenigen, die sich auf den ausländischen Markt beziehen. Die im Rahmen des Projekts durchgeführten Aufgaben sind Investitionscharakter und umfassen den Erwerb von Maschinen und Anlagen (5 Stück) für die Herstellung von PVC-Bautischarbeiten und immateriellen Vermögenswerten (3 Stück), was zur Umsetzung von Prozess- und Organisationsinnovationen führen wird, sowie in der Direktleitung verbesserter Produkte und eines neuen Produkts auf den Markt (großer Zylinder). Der Antragsteller wird von dem Projekt profitieren, da seine Umsetzung seine Wettbewerbsposition deutlich verbessern wird und Kunden, die ein Produktangebot erhalten, das ihren Erwartungen entspricht. Eines der Ergebnisse des Projekts wird die Schaffung von 3 neuen Arbeitsplätzen sein, darunter 2 in hochqualifizierten Arbeitsplätzen. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse des Projekts sind: Umsetzung von Prozessinnovationen, nichttechnologischer Innovation, Anwendung von IKT-Lösungen, Einführung neuer Produkte und verbesserter Produkte, Steigerung des Umsatzniveaus und Entwicklung der Exporttätigkeit. Window Factory „SPECTRUM” Sp. z o.o. is een fabrikant van PVC schrijnwerk en aluminium slotenmaker. De algemene doelstelling van het uitgevoerde project is de uitvoering van de resultaten die door de onderzoekseenheid voor de onderneming zijn uitgevoerd en die leiden tot de uitvoering van innovatie en aldus een concurrentievoordeel van de aanvrager verkrijgen. De eerste voorwaarde voor het verrichten van O & O-werkzaamheden waren problemen in verband met tekorten op het gebied van productiekwaliteit (bv. hoge klachten), esthetiek van de uitvoering van producten en behoeften in verband met de ontwikkeling van het aanbod van producten, met inbegrip van die welke gericht zijn op de buitenlandse markt. De taken die in het kader van het project worden uitgevoerd, zijn van investeringskarakter en bestaan uit de aankoop van machines en uitrusting (5 stuks) voor de productie van schrijnwerk en immateriële activa van PVC-gebouwen (3 stuks), wat zal leiden tot de implementatie van proces- en organisatorische innovaties, alsmede tot het rechtstreeks op de markt brengen van verbeterde producten en 1 nieuw product (grootcilinder). De aanvrager zal profiteren van het project, aangezien de uitvoering ervan haar concurrentiepositie aanzienlijk zal verbeteren en klanten die een productaanbod zullen ontvangen dat aan hun verwachtingen voldoet. Een van de resultaten van het project is het scheppen van 3 nieuwe banen, waaronder 2 in hooggekwalificeerde banen. De belangrijkste resultaten van het project zijn: implementatie van procesinnovatie, niet-technologische innovatie, toepassing van ICT-oplossingen, introductie van nieuwe producten en verbeterde producten, verhoging van de verkoopopbrengsten en ontwikkeling van exportactiviteiten. Finestra Factory "SPECTRUM" Sp. z o.o. è un produttore di falegnameria in PVC e fabbro in alluminio. L'obiettivo generale del progetto intrapreso è quello di attuare i risultati realizzati per l'impresa dall'unità di ricerca che portino all'attuazione dell'innovazione e acquisiscano così un vantaggio competitivo da parte del richiedente. Il prerequisito per l'esecuzione dei lavori di R & S sono stati i problemi legati ai deficit di qualità della produzione (ad esempio, l'elevato tasso di reclami), l'estetica dell'esecuzione dei prodotti e le esigenze connesse allo sviluppo dell'offerta di prodotti, compresi quelli destinati al mercato estero. I compiti intrapresi nell'ambito del progetto sono di natura di investimento e consistono nell'acquisto di macchine e attrezzature (5 pezzi) per la produzione di falegnamerie edili in PVC e beni immateriali (3 pezzi), che porteranno alla realizzazione di innovazioni di processo e organizzative, nonché di indirizzare prodotti migliorati e 1 nuovo prodotto sul mercato (cilindro di grandi dimensioni). Il richiedente beneficerà del progetto, poiché la sua attuazione migliorerà significativamente la sua posizione competitiva e i clienti che riceveranno un'offerta di prodotti che soddisfi le loro aspettative. Uno dei risultati del progetto sarà la creazione di 3 nuovi posti di lavoro, di cui 2 in posti di lavoro altamente qualificati. I principali risultati del progetto sono: attuazione dell'innovazione di processo, innovazione non tecnologica, applicazione di soluzioni TIC, introduzione di nuovi prodotti e prodotti migliorati da offrire, aumento del livello delle entrate di vendita e sviluppo dell'attività di esportazione.
