Celem głównym projektu jest nabycie przez 108 UP (18K/90M) spośród 120 (24K/96M) słuchaczy placówki kształcenia ustawicznego z terenu woj. łódzkiego, kwalifikacji zawodowych niezbędnych do wykonywania czynności elektryka budowlanego ze specjalnością montera sieci światłowodowych lub systemów fotowoltaicznych do 31.05.2017 r. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na realne zapotrzebowanie zgłaszane na tego typu pracowników przez pracodawców z branży budowlanej w woj. łódzkim i realizowany z nimi we współpracy. W wyniku realizacji kursów umożliwiających uzyskiwanie i uzupełnianie wiedzy, umiejętności i kwalifikacji zawodowych, zgodnych z Rozporządzeniem MEN z dnia 11 stycznia 2012 r. w sprawie kształcenia ustawicznego w formach pozaszkolnych, zniwelowany zostanie problem deficytu wykwalifikowanych elektryków w regionie. 108 uczestników szkoleń nabędzie kwalifikacje zawodowe elektryków budowlanych dla grupy I potwierdzone świadectwami kwalifikacyjnymi wydawanymi przez SEP. Procedura egzaminacyjna będzie przeprowadzona zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem MGPiPS z dnia 28 kwietnia 2003 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad stwierdzania posiadania kwalifikacji przez osoby zajmujące się eksploatacją urządzeń, instalacji i sieci. Projekt adresowany będzie do dwóch kategorii słuchaczy: (1) elektryków budowlanych, kórzy z uwagi na obowiązujące normy prawne co 5 lat muszą odnawiać uprawiać elektryczne i dodatkowo chcą uzyskać nową specjalizację oraz (2) osób wkraczających na rynek pracy, które chcą uzyskać uprawnienia elektryka budowlanego dla grupy I wraz z dodatkową specjalizacją. Dodatkowo 25% UP (6 K/24M), głównie w wieku 18-24 lat, po zakończeniu szkoleń skorzysta ze wsparcia w postaci staży zawodowych 3 lub 6-miesięcznych u pracodawców budowlanych, obejmujących realizację kształcenia zawodowego praktycznego. Pozwoli to młodym elektrykom budowlanym z uprawnieniami dla grupy I nabyć doświadczenie zawodowe w środowisku pracy. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to acquire by 108 UP (18K/90M) out of 120 (24K/96M) students of the continuing education institution from the Łódź Voivodeship, professional qualifications necessary to perform construction electrical activities with a specialty of fiber optic networks or photovoltaic systems by 31.05.2017. The project is a response to the real demand submitted for this type of workers by employers from the construction industry in the Łódź Voivodship and implemented with them in cooperation with them. As a result of courses enabling the acquisition and complementing of professional knowledge, skills and qualifications, in line with the MEN Regulation of 11 January 2012 on lifelong learning in non-school forms, the problem of the deficit of skilled electricians in the region will be addressed. 108 participants of the training will acquire the professional qualifications of construction electricians for Group I attested by the qualification certificates issued by SEP. The examination procedure will be carried out in accordance with the MGPiPS Regulation of 28 April 2003 on detailed rules for the qualification of persons involved in the operation of equipment, installations and networks. The project will be addressed to two categories of listeners: (1) Construction electricians who, in view of the existing legal standards, have to grow electrically every 5 years and additionally wish to obtain a new specialisation, and (2) those entering the labour market who wish to obtain the privileges of the construction electrician for Group I, together with an additional specialisation. In addition, 25 % of UP (6 K/24M), mainly aged 18-24, will benefit from support in the form of 3 or 6-month professional traineeships for construction employers, including practical vocational training. This will allow young construction electricians with group I qualifications to acquire professional experience in the working environment. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’acquérir par 108 UP (18K/90M) sur 120 (24K/96M) étudiants d’un établissement d’enseignement continu de la voïvodie de Łódź, les qualifications professionnelles nécessaires pour exercer les activités des électriciens de la construction avec la spécialisation d’installateur de réseau de fibre optique ou de systèmes photovoltaïques jusqu’au 31.05.2017. Le projet répond à la demande réelle de ces travailleurs par les employeurs de l’industrie de la construction dans la voïvodie de Łódź et mis en œuvre en coopération avec eux. Grâce à des cours permettant l’acquisition et l’achèvement de connaissances, de compétences et de qualifications professionnelles conformément au règlement MEN du 11 janvier 2012 relatif à l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie sous des formes extrascolaires, le problème de la pénurie d’électriciens qualifiés dans la région sera éliminé. 108 participants à la formation acquerront les qualifications professionnelles des électriciens de construction pour le groupe I attestées par les certificats de qualification délivrés par le SEP. La procédure d’examen sera menée conformément au règlement du MGPiPS du 28 avril 2003 relatif aux modalités de qualification des personnes impliquées dans l’exploitation des équipements, des installations et des réseaux. Le projet s’adressera à deux catégories d’auditeurs: (1) les électriciens du bâtiment, qui, en raison des normes légales applicables, doivent renouveler leur électricité tous les cinq ans et souhaitent en outre obtenir une nouvelle spécialisation, et (2) ceux qui entrent sur le marché du travail qui souhaitent obtenir la puissance de l’électricien de construction pour le groupe I ainsi qu’une spécialisation supplémentaire. En outre, 25 % des UP (6 K/24M), principalement âgés de 18 à 24 ans, bénéficieront d’un soutien sous la forme de stages de 3 ou 6 mois auprès d’employeurs de construction, y compris une formation professionnelle pratique. Cela permettra aux jeunes électriciens de construction possédant les qualifications du groupe I d’acquérir une expérience professionnelle dans l’environnement de travail. (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, bis zum 31.5.2017 von 120 (24K/96M) Studenten einer kontinuierlichen Bildungseinrichtung aus der Woiwodschaft Łódź berufliche Qualifikationen zu erwerben, die erforderlich sind, um die Tätigkeiten der Bau Elektriker mit der Spezialisierung von Glasfasernetzinstallateuren oder Photovoltaik-Anlagen durchzuführen. Das Projekt entspricht der tatsächlichen Nachfrage der Arbeitgeber aus der Bauwirtschaft in der Woiwodschaft Łódź und wird in Zusammenarbeit mit ihnen durchgeführt. Als Ergebnis von Kursen, die den Erwerb und den Abschluss von Fachkenntnissen, Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen gemäß der MEN-Verordnung vom 11. Januar 2012 über das lebenslange Lernen in außerschulischen Formen ermöglichen, wird das Problem des Mangels an qualifizierten Elektrikern in der Region beseitigt. 108 Teilnehmer der Ausbildung erwerben die Berufsqualifikationen der Bau Elektriker für Gruppe I, die durch die vom SEP ausgestellten Befähigungsnachweise bescheinigt werden. Das Prüfverfahren wird gemäß der Verordnung des MGPiPS vom 28. April 2003 über die Durchführungsbestimmungen für die Qualifikation von Personen durchgeführt, die am Betrieb von Ausrüstungen, Anlagen und Netzen beteiligt sind. Das Projekt richtet sich an zwei Kategorien von Zuhörern: (1) Bau Elektriker, die aufgrund der geltenden gesetzlichen Normen alle 5 Jahre ihre Elektrik erneuern müssen und zusätzlich eine neue Spezialisierung anstreben, und (2) diejenigen, die in den Arbeitsmarkt eintreten, die die Kraft des Bauelektrikers für Gruppe I zusammen mit einer zusätzlichen Spezialisierung erwerben möchten. Darüber hinaus werden 25 % des UP (6 K/24M), hauptsächlich zwischen 18 und 24 Jahren, in Form von drei oder sechsmonatigen Praktika bei Bauunternehmern, einschließlich praktischer Berufsausbildung, gefördert. Damit können junge Bau-Elektriker mit Qualifikationen der Gruppe I Berufserfahrung im Arbeitsumfeld erwerben. (German)

Het belangrijkste doel van het project is het verwerven door 108 UP (18K/90M) van 120 (24K/96M) studenten van een permanente onderwijsinstelling van het Łódź woiwodeschap, beroepskwalificaties die nodig zijn om de activiteiten van bouwelektriciens uit te voeren met de specialisatie van installateur van glasvezelnetwerken of fotovoltaïsche systemen tot 31.5.2017. Het project beantwoordt aan de reële vraag van werkgevers uit de bouwsector in het Łódź-voivodship naar dergelijke werknemers en wordt in samenwerking met hen uitgevoerd. Als gevolg van cursussen die de verwerving en voltooiing van professionele kennis, vaardigheden en kwalificaties mogelijk maken overeenkomstig de MEN-verordening van 11 januari 2012 betreffende een leven lang leren in buitenschoolse vormen, zal het probleem van het tekort aan gekwalificeerde elektriciens in de regio worden weggenomen. 108 deelnemers aan de opleiding verwerven de beroepskwalificaties van bouwelektriciens voor groep I, die worden bevestigd door de kwalificatiecertificaten die door het SEP zijn afgegeven. De onderzoeksprocedure zal worden uitgevoerd overeenkomstig de verordening van de MGPiPS van 28 april 2003 betreffende de nadere regels voor de vaststelling van de kwalificatie van personen die betrokken zijn bij de exploitatie van apparatuur, installaties en netwerken. Het project zal worden gericht aan twee categorieën luisteraars: (1) bouwelektriciens, die op grond van de geldende wettelijke normen om de vijf jaar hun elektriciteit moeten vernieuwen en daarnaast een nieuwe specialisatie willen verwerven, en (2) degenen die de arbeidsmarkt betreden en die de kracht van bouwelektricien voor groep I willen verwerven, samen met een extra specialisatie. Bovendien zal 25 % van de UP (6 K/24M), voornamelijk tussen 18 en 24 jaar, in aanmerking komen voor steun in de vorm van stages van 3 of 6 maanden bij werkgevers in de bouwsector, met inbegrip van praktische beroepsopleidingen. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è quello di acquisire da 108 UP (18K/90M) su 120 (24K/96M) studenti di un istituto di formazione continua dal Voivodato di Łódź, qualifiche professionali necessarie per svolgere le attività di elettricisti edili con la specializzazione di installatore di reti a fibre ottiche o impianti fotovoltaici fino al 31.5.2017. Il progetto risponde alla reale domanda di tali lavoratori da parte dei datori di lavoro del settore edile nel voivodato di Łódź e attuato in collaborazione con loro. A seguito dei corsi che consentono l'acquisizione e il completamento di conoscenze, competenze e qualifiche professionali ai sensi del regolamento MEN dell'11 gennaio 2012 sull'apprendimento permanente in forme extracurricolari, sarà eliminato il problema della carenza di elettricisti qualificati nella regione. 108 partecipanti alla formazione acquisiranno le qualifiche professionali di elettricisti edili per il Gruppo I attestati dai certificati di qualifica rilasciati dal SEP. La procedura d'esame sarà effettuata conformemente al regolamento del PGPiPS, del 28 aprile 2003, recante le modalità per stabilire la qualifica delle persone coinvolte nella gestione di apparecchiature, impianti e reti. Il progetto sarà rivolto a due categorie di ascoltatori: (1) elettricisti edili, che, a causa delle norme di legge applicabili, devono rinnovare la propria energia elettrica ogni 5 anni e desiderano inoltre ottenere una nuova specializzazione, e (2) coloro che entrano nel mercato del lavoro che desiderano ottenere la potenza dell'elettricista edile per il Gruppo I insieme ad una specializzazione supplementare. Inoltre, il 25 % di UP (6 K/24M), principalmente di età compresa tra i 18 e i 24 anni, beneficerà di un sostegno sotto forma di tirocini di 3 o 6 mesi presso datori di lavoro edili, compresa la formazione professionale pratica. Ciò consentirà ai giovani elettricisti edili con qualifiche del gruppo I di acquisire un'esperienza professionale nell'ambiente di lavoro. (Italian)
