Celem głównym projektu jest przywrócenie zdolności do zatrudnienia 40 osób (24K, 16M) -niepracujących, niepełnosprawnych mieszkańców woj. łódzkiego zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym w terminie VII.2017-VI.2019 Grupa docelowa: Mieszkańcy woj. łódzkiego pozostający bez zatrudnienia, w wieku 18-67 l., posiadający orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności. Każdy z uczestników zostanie objęty następującymi działaniami: 1. Opracowanie ścieżki reintegracji i IPD – 5h/UP Cel: diagnoza sytuacji problemowej z punktu widzenia sytuacji zdrowotnej ON, społecznej i zawodowej, zasobów, potencjału, predyspozycji i możliwości. Wynikiem sesji jest opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania dla każdego UP oraz podpisanie kontraktu socjalnego lub równoważnego. 2. Doradztwo zawodowe i pośrednictwo pracy – 6h/UP Cel: podniesienie aktywności zawodowej UP, ułatwienie kontaktu z pracodawcami, zwiększenie możliwości podjęcia zatrudnienia 3. WACHLARZ MOŻLIWOŚCI – szkolenia Cel: podniesienie umiejętności zawodowych uczestników w odniesieniu do zbadanych luk kompetencyjnych i adekwatnie do zdiagnozowanych potrzeb i planów zawodowych uczestników oraz potrzeb lokalnych pracodawców. 4. NIE JESTEŚ SAM - wsparcie coachingowe-12h konsultacji/UP Cel: wsparcie mentalne uczestników oraz zminimalizowanie negatywnych skutków związanych z wykluczeniem społecznym i bezrobociem. 5. PRAKTYKA CZYNI MISTRZA - staże zawodowe-do 12 miesięcy/ UP Cel: nabycie umiejętności praktycznych i doświadczenia zawodowo-społecznego UP Dzięki ww.wsparciu znacznie wzrosną szanse UP na aktywiz.zawod. i społ. i na zdobycie zatrudn.,a to przyczyni się do osiągn.celu szcz.PI 9i RPO WŁ-czyli do przywróc.zdolności do zatrudni.os.zagroż.ubóstwem lub wyklucz społ. The main objective of the project is to restore the employability of 40 people (24K, 16M) – non-employed, disabled residents of the Łódź Voivodeship at risk of poverty or social exclusion within the period VII.2017-VI.2019 Target group: Residents of the Łódź Voivodeship who remain unemployed, aged 18-67 years, holding a judgment on disability. Each participant will be covered by the following activities: 1. Development of reintegration path and IPD – 5h/UP Goal: diagnosis of the problem situation from the point of view of ON’s health, social and professional situations, resources, potential, predispositions and opportunities. The result of the session is the development of an Individual Action Plan for each UP and the signing of a social or equivalent contract. 2. Professional counselling and intermediation – 6h/UP Purpose: increase professional activity of UP, facilitate contact with employers, increase employment opportunities 3. Range of possibilities – training Objectives: improving the professional skills of participants in relation to the gaps examined and appropriate to the identified needs and professional plans of the participants and the needs of local employers. 4. There Are You – Coaching Support 12h Consultation/UP Goal: mental support for participants and minimising the negative impacts of social exclusion and unemployment. 5. Internship – internships – up to 12 months/UP Objective: acquisition of practical skills and professional and social experience UP Thanks to the above support, the chances of UP to activate.professional and social skills and to gain employment will significantly increase, and this will contribute to the achievement of the goal of the PI 9i RPO W³-wow to restore the ability to employ.person. L’objectif principal du projet est de rétablir l’employabilité de 40 personnes (24K, 16M) — non-travailleurs, handicapés de la voïvodie de Łódź exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale d’ici 7.2017-VI.2019 Groupe cible: Résidents de la voïvodie de Łódzkie sans emploi, âgés de 18 à 67 ans, titulaires d’un certificat d’invalidité. Chaque participant sera couvert par les activités suivantes: 1. Développement du parcours de réinsertion et de la DPI — 5h/UP Objectif: diagnostic de la situation problématique du point de vue de la situation sanitaire de l’AS, situation sociale et professionnelle, ressources, potentiel, prédisposition et opportunités. Orientation professionnelle et placement — 6h/UP Objectif: accroître l’activité d’emploi de UP, faciliter les contacts avec les employeurs, accroître les possibilités d’emploi 3. Gamme de possibilités — Formation Objectif: améliorer les compétences professionnelles des participants par rapport aux lacunes de compétences examinées et sont adaptés aux besoins des participants et aux plans professionnels diagnostiqués ainsi qu’aux besoins des employeurs locaux. 4. Vous n’êtes pas seul — coaching support-12h consultation/UP Objectif: soutien mental aux participants et minimisation des effets négatifs de l’exclusion sociale et du chômage. 5. Stage CZYNI mistrza — stages — jusqu’à 12 mois/UP Objectif: L’acquisition de compétences pratiques et d’expérience professionnelle et sociale de l’UP Grâce au soutien susmentionné augmentera considérablement les chances de l’UP pour l’activisme. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Wiederherstellung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von 40 Menschen (24K, 16M) – Nichterwerbstätige, behinderte Einwohner der Woiwodschaft Łódź, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, bis 7.2017-VI.2019 Zielgruppe: Einwohner der Woiwodschaft Łódzkie, die arbeitslos sind, im Alter von 18-67 Jahren, mit einer Behinderungsbescheinigung. Jeder Teilnehmer wird durch folgende Aktivitäten abgedeckt: 1. Entwicklung des Wiedereingliederungspfads und des IPD – Ziel 5h/UP: Diagnose der Problemsituation unter dem Gesichtspunkt der gesundheitlichen Situation der SA, der sozialen und beruflichen Situation, der Ressourcen, des Potenzials, der Prädisposition und der Möglichkeiten. Das Ergebnis der Sitzung ist die Ausarbeitung eines individuellen Aktionsplans für jede PU und die Unterzeichnung eines sozialen Vertrags oder eines gleichwertigen Vertrags. 2. Berufsberatung und -vermittlung – 6h/UP Ziel: Steigerung der Beschäftigungstätigkeit von UP, Erleichterung des Kontakts mit den Arbeitgebern, Steigerung der Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten 3. Spektrum der Möglichkeiten – Ausbildungsziel: Verbesserung der beruflichen Fähigkeiten der Teilnehmer in Bezug auf die untersuchten Qualifikationslücken und sind den Bedürfnissen der Teilnehmer und den festgestellten beruflichen Plänen und den Bedürfnissen der lokalen Arbeitgeber angemessen. 4. Sie sind nicht allein – Coaching-Unterstützung-12h Beratung/UP Ziel: mentale Unterstützung der Teilnehmer und Minimierung der negativen Auswirkungen von sozialer Ausgrenzung und Arbeitslosigkeit. 5. Praktikum CZYNI mistrza – Praktika – bis zu 12 Monate/UP Ziel: der Erwerb von praktischen Fähigkeiten und beruflichen und sozialen Erfahrungen der UP Dank der oben genannten Unterstützung wird die Chancen von UP für Aktivismus deutlich erhöhen. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het herstel van de inzetbaarheid van 40 mensen (24K, 16 miljoen) — niet-werkende, gehandicapte inwoners van het woiwodschap Łódź die risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluiting tegen 7.2017-VI.2019 Doelgroep: Inwoners van het woiwodschap Łódzkie die werkloos zijn, tussen 18 en 67 jaar, met een getuigschrift van invaliditeit. Elke deelnemer valt onder de volgende activiteiten: 1. Ontwikkeling van reïntegratietraject en IPD — 5h/UP Doelstelling: diagnose van de probleemsituatie vanuit het oogpunt van de gezondheidssituatie van de SA, sociale en professionele situatie, middelen, potentieel, aanleg en kansen. Het resultaat van de sessie is de voorbereiding van een individueel actieplan voor elke PU en de ondertekening van een sociaal contract of gelijkwaardig contract. 2. Loopbaanbegeleiding en -stage — 6u/UP Doelstelling: vergroting van de werkgelegenheidsactiviteit van UP, vergemakkelijking van het contact met werkgevers en vergroting van de arbeidskansen 3. Aanbod van kansen — Opleidingsdoelstelling: verbeteren van de professionele vaardigheden van de deelnemers met betrekking tot de onderzochte vaardigheidslacunes en zijn afgestemd op de behoeften van de deelnemers en de gediagnosticeerde professionele plannen en de behoeften van lokale werkgevers. 4. Je bent niet alleen — coaching ondersteuning-12h consult/UP Doelstelling: geestelijke steun voor deelnemers en het minimaliseren van de negatieve gevolgen van sociale uitsluiting en werkloosheid. 5. Stage CZYNI mistrza — stages — tot 12 maanden/UP Doelstelling: de verwerving van praktische vaardigheden en professionele en sociale ervaring van de UP Dankzij de bovengenoemde steun zal de kans op UP op activisme aanzienlijk toenemen. Sviluppo del percorso di reinserimento e IPD — 5h/UP Obiettivo: diagnosi della situazione del problema dal punto di vista della situazione sanitaria dell'AS, situazione sociale e professionale, risorse, potenziale, predisposizione e opportunità. Il risultato della sessione è la preparazione di un piano d'azione individuale per ogni PU e la firma di un contratto sociale o equivalente. 2. Consulenza professionale e collocamento — 6 ore/UP Obiettivo: aumentare l'attività occupazionale di UP, facilitare i contatti con i datori di lavoro, aumentare le opportunità di lavoro 3. Gamma di opportunità — Obiettivo di formazione: migliorare le competenze professionali dei partecipanti in relazione alle carenze di competenze esaminate e sono adeguate alle esigenze dei partecipanti e ai piani professionali diagnosticati e alle esigenze dei datori di lavoro locali. 4. Non sei solo — coaching supporto-12h consultazione/UP Obiettivo: sostegno mentale ai partecipanti e riduzione al minimo degli effetti negativi dell'esclusione sociale e della disoccupazione. 5. Stage CZYNI mistrza — stage — fino a 12 mesi/UP Obiettivo: L'acquisizione di competenze pratiche e di esperienza professionale e sociale dell'UP Grazie al suddetto sostegno aumenterà significativamente le possibilità di UP per l'attivismo.
