Przedmiotem projektu „Przebudowa i adaptacja zdegradowanego budynku byłej szkoły w miejscowości Kocierzowy na mieszkania socjalne oraz aktywizacja zawodowa osób objętych wsparciem” jest przebudowa i zmiana sposobu użytkowania obiektu z przeznaczeniem na budynek mieszkalny, w którym udostępnionych zostanie 8 mieszkań socjalnych dla 13 użytkowników, w tym co najmniej jedno mieszkanie dostosowane do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Obecnie obiekt jest niszczejącym nienadającym się do użytkowania pustostanem. Integralną częścią inwestycji jest przeprowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu aktywizacji zawodowej dla 8 dorosłych osób objętych korzystających z powstałej infrastruktury. Projekt jest zatem realizowany w ścisłym powiązaniu z działaniami podejmowanymi w ramach wsparcia EFS. Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost poziomu dostępności i jakości usług społecznych ograniczających ubóstwo i wykluczenie społeczne w postaci stworzenia mieszkań socjalnych w miejscowości Kocierzowy na terenie Gminy Gomunice. W ramach inwestycji zrealizowanych zostanie 7 zadań, które przyczynią się do realizacji celu głównego. Przeprowadzone zostaną prace związane z przebudową i zmianą użytkowania zdegradowanego budynku (prace rozbiórkowe, prace stanu surowego, instalacje elektryczne i teleinformatyczne, instalacja odgromowa, na dachu ogniwa fotowoltaiczne, instalacja wodno-kanalizacyjna i biały montaż). Mieszkania przygotowane zostaną do zamieszkania przez odbiorców projektu: m.in. ogrzewanie podłogowe, podgrzewacz ciepłej wody użytkowej z zastosowaniem pompy ciepła. Każde mieszkanie zostanie wyposażone w elementy ruchome tj. szafka wraz z zlewozmywakiem i szafka z kuchenką elektryczną czteropalnikową. Na zewnętrz budynku wykonane zostaną prace ziemne. Przedsięwzięcie stanowi odpowiedź na problemy wynikające z przeprowadzonej analizy popytu i analizy otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego, z jakimi boryka się Gmina Gomunice. The subject of the project “Reconstruction and adaptation of the degraded building of the former school in Kocierzowy to social housing and professional activation of persons covered by the support” is the conversion and use of the facility for a residential building, in which 8 social housing for 13 users will be made available, including at least one apartment adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. Today, the object is a devastating, unusable emptiness. An integral part of the investment is the provision of activation training for 8 adults benefiting from the infrastructure. The project is therefore implemented in close conjunction with the activities undertaken in support of the ESF. The main objective of the project is to increase the level of accessibility and quality of social services limiting poverty and social exclusion in the form of social housing in Kocierzowy in the municipality of Gomunice. The investment will carry out 7 tasks that will contribute to the achievement of the main objective. Work will be carried out related to reconstruction and change of use of degraded building (development work, raw state works, electrical and ICT installations, lightning installation, photovoltaic cell roof, water and sewage installation and white assembly). Apartments will be prepared for residence by project recipients: among others, underfloor heating, water heater using heat pump. Each apartment will be equipped with movable elements, i.e. a cabinet with a sink and a cabinet with an electric stove. Earthworks will be done on the outside of the building. The project is a response to the problems arising from the analysis of demand and analysis of the socio-economic environment faced by Gomunice Municipality. L’objet du projet «Reconstruction et adaptation du bâtiment dégradé de l’ancienne école de Kocierzowy au logement social et à l’activation professionnelle des personnes soutenues» est la conversion et le changement de l’utilisation du bâtiment en un bâtiment résidentiel, dans lequel 8 logements sociaux seront mis à la disposition de 13 utilisateurs, dont au moins un appartement adapté aux besoins des personnes handicapées. À l’heure actuelle, l’objet est un vide dévastateur inutilisable. L’investissement fait partie intégrante de la formation à l’activation professionnelle pour 8 adultes couverts par l’infrastructure en place. Le projet est donc mis en œuvre en lien étroit avec les activités entreprises dans le cadre du soutien du FSE. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître la disponibilité et la qualité des services sociaux de réduction de la pauvreté et de l’exclusion sociale sous la forme de la création de logements sociaux à Kocierzowy dans la municipalité de Gomunice. L’investissement s’acquittera de sept tâches qui contribueront à la réalisation de l’objectif global. Les travaux seront réalisés dans le cadre de la reconstruction et du changement d’utilisation du bâtiment dégradé (déconstruction, travaux bruts, installations électriques et TIC, système de protection contre la foudre, cellules photovoltaïques sur le toit, plomberie et installation blanche). Les appartements seront préparés pour la résidence par les bénéficiaires du projet: entre autres, chauffage par le sol, chauffe-eau utilisant une pompe à chaleur. Chaque appartement sera équipé d’éléments mobiles, c’est-à-dire d’une armoire avec évier et d’une armoire avec une cuisinière électrique à quatre feux. Des travaux d’excavation seront effectués à l’extérieur du bâtiment. Le projet répond aux problèmes découlant de l’analyse de la demande et de l’analyse de l’environnement socio-économique de la municipalité de Gomunice. Ziel des Projekts „Rekonstruktion und Anpassung des degradierten Gebäudes der ehemaligen Schule in Kocierzowy an Sozialwohnungen und berufliche Aktivierung unterstützter Menschen“ ist die Umwandlung und Änderung der Nutzung des Gebäudes in ein Wohngebäude, in dem 8 Sozialwohnungen für 13 Nutzer zur Verfügung gestellt werden, darunter mindestens eine Wohnung, die an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepasst ist. Derzeit ist das Objekt eine verheerende Leere, die unbrauchbar ist. Ein integraler Bestandteil der Investition ist die Bereitstellung einer beruflichen Aktivierungsausbildung für 8 Erwachsene, die unter die etablierte Infrastruktur fallen. Das Projekt wird daher in engem Zusammenhang mit den im Rahmen der ESF-Unterstützung durchgeführten Maßnahmen durchgeführt. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung der Verfügbarkeit und Qualität sozialer Dienstleistungen zur Verringerung von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung durch die Schaffung von Sozialwohnungen in Kocierzowy in der Gemeinde Gomunice. Mit der Investition werden sieben Aufgaben durchgeführt, die zur Erreichung des Kernziels beitragen werden. Die Arbeiten werden im Zusammenhang mit der Rekonstruktion und Änderung der Nutzung des degradierten Gebäudes (Dekonstruktion, Rohbau, Elektro- und IKT-Anlagen, Blitzschutzsystem, Photovoltaikzellen auf dem Dach, Sanitäranlagen und weißer Installation) durchgeführt. Die Wohnungen werden von den Projektempfängern für die Residenz vorbereitet: unter anderem Fußbodenheizung, Warmwasserbereiter mit Wärmepumpe. Jede Wohnung wird mit beweglichen Elementen ausgestattet, d. h. mit einem Schrank mit Waschbecken und einem Schrank mit einem elektrischen Vierbrenner-Herd. Ausgrabungen werden an der Außenseite des Gebäudes durchgeführt. Das Projekt reagiert auf die Probleme, die sich aus der Analyse der Nachfrage und der Analyse des sozioökonomischen Umfelds der Gemeinde Gomunice ergeben. Het doel van het project „Reconstructie en aanpassing van het gedegradeerde gebouw van de voormalige school in Kocierzowy aan sociale huisvesting en professionele activering van ondersteunde mensen” is de verbouwing en wijziging van het gebruik van het gebouw naar een woongebouw, waarin 8 sociale woningen beschikbaar zullen worden gesteld voor 13 gebruikers, waaronder ten minste één appartement dat is aangepast aan de behoeften van mensen met een handicap. Op dit moment is het object een verwoestende leegte onbruikbaar. Een integraal onderdeel van de investering is het aanbieden van een beroepsopleiding voor 8 volwassenen die onder de bestaande infrastructuur vallen. Het project wordt daarom uitgevoerd in nauwe samenhang met de activiteiten die in het kader van de ESF-steun worden ondernomen. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is de beschikbaarheid en kwaliteit van sociale diensten te verbeteren ter vermindering van armoede en sociale uitsluiting in de vorm van de oprichting van sociale woningen in Kocierzowy in de gemeente Gomunice. De investering zal 7 taken uitvoeren die zullen bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van de hoofddoelstelling. De werkzaamheden zullen worden uitgevoerd in het kader van de wederopbouw en wijziging van het gebruik van het aangetaste gebouw (deconstructie, ruwbouw, elektrische en ICT-installaties, bliksembeveiliging, fotovoltaïsche cellen op het dak, sanitair en witte installatie). De appartementen worden voorbereid op verblijf door de projectontvangers: onder andere vloerverwarming, boiler met behulp van een warmtepomp. Elk appartement zal worden uitgerust met beweegbare elementen, d.w.z. een kast met een wastafel en een kast met een elektrische vierpits fornuis. Aan de buitenkant van het gebouw worden graafwerkzaamheden uitgevoerd. Het project is een antwoord op de problemen die voortvloeien uit de analyse van de vraag en de analyse van het sociaal-economische klimaat waarmee de gemeente Gomunice wordt geconfronteerd. L'oggetto del progetto "Ristrutturazione e adattamento dell'edificio degradato dell'ex scuola di Kocierzowy all'edilizia sociale e all'attivazione professionale delle persone sostenute" è la conversione e il cambiamento dell'uso dell'edificio in un edificio residenziale, in cui saranno messe a disposizione 8 unità abitative sociali per 13 utenti, tra cui almeno un appartamento adattato alle esigenze delle persone con disabilità. Al momento, l'oggetto è un vuoto devastante inutilizzabile. Parte integrante dell'investimento è l'offerta di formazione all'attivazione professionale per 8 adulti coperti dall'infrastruttura prestabilita. Il progetto è pertanto attuato in stretta connessione con le attività intraprese nell'ambito del sostegno del FSE. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è aumentare la disponibilità e la qualità dei servizi sociali che riducono la povertà e l'esclusione sociale sotto forma di creazione di alloggi sociali a Kocierzowy nel comune di Gomunice. L'investimento svolgerà 7 compiti che contribuiranno al conseguimento dell'obiettivo principale. I lavori saranno realizzati nell'ambito della ricostruzione e del cambiamento di utilizzo dell'edificio degradato (decostruzione, lavori grezzi, impianti elettrici e TIC, impianto di protezione contro i fulmini, celle fotovoltaiche sul tetto, impianti idraulici e impianti bianchi). Gli appartamenti saranno preparati per la residenza dai destinatari del progetto: tra gli altri, riscaldamento a pavimento, scaldabagno utilizzando una pompa di calore. Ogni appartamento sarà dotato di elementi mobili, vale a dire un armadio con lavandino e un armadio con una stufa elettrica a quattro fuochi. I lavori di scavo saranno effettuati all'esterno dell'edificio. Il progetto risponde ai problemi derivanti dall'analisi della domanda e dall'analisi dell'ambiente socioeconomico cui deve far fronte il Comune di Gomunice.
