Ustawa z o zatrudnieniu socjalnym określa sposób funkcjonowania CIS. Z diagnozy klastra CIS/KIS wynika, że w woj. lubuskim istnieje niewystarczająca ilość CIS-ów, co utrudnia dostęp do kompleksowych usług osobom zagrożonym wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem,a istniejące Centra nie zapewniają w pełni kompleksowej oferty uczestnikom. Jest to możliwe jedynie w warunkach działania wszystkich CIS w jednolitym standardzie. W RPO wskazano także problem wykluczenia społecznego i ubóstwa z tendencją powielania problemów w kolejnych pokoleniach. Dlatego projekt pn. "Wystandaryzowane wsparcie osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem poprzez utworzenie nowego CIS i wsparcie 6 dotychczas istniejących CIS na terenie woj. lubuskiego." zakłada objęcie reintegracją społeczno-zawodową 280 os. zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem z woj. lubuskiego. Lider i partnerzy zrealizują poprzez działania projektowe wskazany cel główny poprzez poprawę dostępu do wystandaryzowanych usług reintegracyjnych w 6 istniejących i 1 utworzonym CIS woj. lubuskiego w czasie trwania projektu. The Social Employment Act specifies how the CIS operates. The diagnosis of the CIS/KIS cluster shows that there is insufficient CIS in the Lubuskie Voivodship, which hampers access to comprehensive services for people at risk of social exclusion and poverty, and existing Centres do not provide a fully comprehensive offer to participants. This is only possible under the operating conditions of all CIS in a uniform standard. The RPO also identified the problem of social exclusion and poverty, with a tendency to duplicate problems in successive generations. That’s why Project Mon. “The standardised support for people at risk of social exclusion and poverty through the creation of a new CIS and supporting the 6 existing CIS in Lubuskie Voivodship” implies that 280 people at risk of social exclusion and poverty from the Lubuskie Voivodship should be reintegrated into social and occupational reintegration. The leader and partners will achieve through the project activities the main objective by improving access to standardised reintegration services in the existing 6 and 1 created CIS of Lubuskie voivodship during the project. La loi sur l’emploi social définit le fonctionnement de la CEI. Le diagnostic du groupe CIS/SIC montre qu’il y a un nombre insuffisant de SIC dans la région de Lubuskie, ce qui rend difficile l’accès à des services complets pour les personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale et de pauvreté, et les centres existants n’offrent pas une offre complète aux participants. Cela n’est possible que dans les conditions d’exploitation de tous les SIC selon une norme uniforme. Le ROP a également identifié le problème de l’exclusion sociale et de la pauvreté avec une tendance à la duplication des problèmes au cours des générations suivantes. C’est pourquoi le projet «Soutien normalisé aux personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale et de pauvreté par la création d’une nouvelle CEI et le soutien à la 6 CEI existante dans la province de Lubuskie» suppose l’inclusion de 280 personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale et de pauvreté de la province de Lubuskie. Le chef de file et les partenaires mettront en œuvre, dans le cadre des activités du projet, l’objectif principal énoncé en améliorant l’accès aux services de réinsertion normalisés dans 6 SIC existants et un SIC créé de la province de Lubuskie pendant la durée du projet. Das Soziale Beschäftigungsgesetz legt dar, wie die GUS funktioniert. Die CIS/KIS-Cluster-Diagnose zeigt, dass es in der Lubuskie-Region unzureichend viele GUS gibt, was den Zugang zu umfassenden Dienstleistungen für von sozialer Ausgrenzung und Armut bedrohte Personen erschwert, und bestehende Zentren bieten den Teilnehmern kein umfassendes Angebot. Dies ist nur unter den Betriebsbedingungen aller CIS in einheitlicher Norm möglich. Die ROP identifizierte auch das Problem der sozialen Ausgrenzung und der Armut mit einer Tendenz, Probleme in den nachfolgenden Generationen zu verdoppeln. Deshalb ist das Projekt „Standardisierte Unterstützung für von sozialer Ausgrenzung und Armut bedrohte Menschen durch die Schaffung eines neuen GUS und die Unterstützung der sechs bestehenden GUS in der Provinz Lubuskie“ geht davon aus, dass 280 Menschen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung und Armut bedroht sind, aus der Provinz Lubuskie aufgenommen werden. Der Leiter und die Partner werden im Rahmen von Projektaktivitäten das erklärte Hauptziel umsetzen, indem der Zugang zu standardisierten Wiedereingliederungsdiensten in 6 bestehenden und 1 geschaffenen CIS der Provinz Lubuskie während der Laufzeit des Projekts verbessert wird. In de Wet op de sociale werkgelegenheid wordt uiteengezet hoe het GOS werkt. Uit de CIS/KIS-clusterdiagnose blijkt dat er in de regio Lubuskie onvoldoende CIS’s zijn, waardoor het moeilijk is om toegang te krijgen tot uitgebreide diensten voor mensen die het risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting en armoede, en dat de bestaande centra geen volledig volledig aanbod aan deelnemers aanbieden. Dit is alleen mogelijk onder de voorwaarden voor de werking van alle DIS in een uniforme norm. In het ROP werd ook gewezen op het probleem van sociale uitsluiting en armoede, met een trend van duplicatie van problemen in de volgende generaties. Daarom is het project „Gestandaardiseerde steun aan mensen die het risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting en armoede door de oprichting van een nieuw GOS en steun voor het 6 bestaande GOS in de provincie Lubuskie” gaat ervan uit dat 280 mensen die het risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting en armoede uit de provincie Lubuskie worden opgenomen. De leider en de partners zullen via projectactiviteiten de genoemde hoofddoelstelling uitvoeren door de toegang tot gestandaardiseerde reïntegratiediensten in 6 bestaande en 1 gecreëerde CIS van de provincie Lubuskie tijdens de looptijd van het project te verbeteren. La legge sull'occupazione sociale stabilisce le modalità di funzionamento della CSI. La diagnosi dei cluster CIS/KIS mostra che nella regione di Lubuskie non vi è un numero sufficiente di SID, il che rende difficile l'accesso a servizi completi per le persone a rischio di esclusione sociale e povertà, e i centri esistenti non offrono un'offerta completa per i partecipanti. Ciò è possibile solo nelle condizioni di funzionamento di tutti i CIS in uno standard uniforme. Il POR ha inoltre individuato il problema dell'esclusione sociale e della povertà con una tendenza alla duplicazione dei problemi nelle generazioni successive. Ecco perché il progetto "Il sostegno standardizzato alle persone a rischio di esclusione sociale e povertà attraverso la creazione di un nuovo CSI e il sostegno ai 6 CSI esistenti nella provincia di Lubuskie" presuppone l'inclusione di 280 persone a rischio di esclusione sociale e povertà dalla provincia di Lubuskie. Il leader e i partner realizzeranno attraverso le attività di progetto l'obiettivo principale dichiarato migliorando l'accesso a servizi di reinserimento standardizzati in 6 CIS esistenti e 1 della provincia di Lubuskie durante la durata del progetto.
