Instalace výrobní linky s inovačním procesem zaměřeným na zkombinování několika technologických procesů pro odvíjení textilíí, distribuci a rovnoměrné nanášení krátkých PET a PES vláken, kompresi a zapečení (laminaci) všech vrstev do kompaktního sendviče, resp.netkané textilie. Tento mat. slouží následně k výrobě tvarových dílů pro pohlcování hluku do Automotive. Inovační je nutnost spřažení několika technologií od různých dodavatelů do jednoho celku a rovněž fakt, že proces je bezodpadový ! (Czech)

This mat. is then used for the production of shaped parts for noise absorption into Automotive. Installation d’une ligne de production avec un procédé innovant visant à combiner plusieurs procédés technologiques pour le dénouement des textiles, la distribution et l’application uniforme des fibres courtes PET et PES, la compression et l’étanchéité de toutes les couches dans un tissu sandwich compact ou non-tissé. Ce tapis est ensuite utilisé pour la production de pièces de forme pour absorber le bruit dans l’automobile. Installation einer Produktionslinie mit einem innovativen Verfahren zur Kombination mehrerer technologischer Prozesse zum Abwickeln von Textilien, Vertrieb und einheitlichem Einsatz von kurzen PET- und PES-Fasern, Kompression und Versiegelung aller Schichten zu einem kompakten Sandwich oder Vliesstoff. Diese Matte wird dann für die Herstellung von Formteilen verwendet, um Geräusche in die Automobilindustrie aufzunehmen. Innovativ ist die Notwendigkeit, mehrere Technologien von verschiedenen Lieferanten zu einem Ganzen zu kombinieren und die Tatsache, dass der Prozess verschwenderisch ist! (German)

Installazione di una linea di produzione con un processo innovativo volto a combinare diversi processi tecnologici per lo svolgimento dei tessuti, la distribuzione e l'applicazione uniforme di fibre corte di PET e PES, la compressione e la sigillatura di tutti gli strati in un sandwich compatto o tessuto non tessuto. Questo tappetino viene quindi utilizzato per la produzione di parti di forma per assorbire il rumore nel settore automobilistico.
