Předmětem projektu je inovace výroby centralizérů, což jsou strojírenské dílce používané při provádění geologických vrtů k zabezpečení usazení pažnicové kolony ve vrtu. Centralizéry mají zásadní vliv na vyztužovací funkce pažnicové kolony. Centralizéry původní koncepce se vyznačovaly nižší únosností, tj. odolností vůči tlaku, který na ně ve vrtech působí. Inovace konstrukčního řešení a výrobního postupu centralizéru přispěla ke zvýšení užitně funkčních vlastností těchto prvků. (Czech)

The object of the project is innovation of the production of centralisers, which are the engineering components used in the implementation of geological wells to ensure the establishment of the casing column in the well. Centralisers have a major influence on the reinforcement functions of the casing column. The centralisers of the original concept were characterised by a lower load capacity, i.e. resistance to the pressure applied to them in the wells. The innovation of the design and production process of the centraliser has contributed to increasing the useful functional properties of these elements. (English)

L’objet du projet est l’innovation de la production de centralisateurs, qui sont des composants d’ingénierie utilisés dans la mise en œuvre de puits géologiques pour sécuriser l’installation de la colonne de caisson dans le puits. Les centralisateurs ont une influence majeure sur les fonctions de renforcement de la colonne de caisson. Les centralisateurs du concept original ont été caractérisés par une capacité de charge inférieure, c’est-à-dire une résistance à la pression exercée sur eux dans les puits. L’innovation du processus de conception et de fabrication du centralisateur a contribué à accroître la performance fonctionnelle de ces éléments. (French)

Gegenstand des Projektes ist die Innovation der Herstellung von Zentralisierern, bei denen es sich um technische Komponenten handelt, die bei der Umsetzung von geologischen Brunnen eingesetzt werden, um die Installation der Gehäusesäule im Brunnen zu sichern. Zentralisierer haben einen großen Einfluss auf die Verstärkungsfunktionen der Gehäusesäule. Die Zentralisierer des ursprünglichen Konzepts zeichneten sich durch eine geringere Belastbarkeit aus, d. h. durch Widerstand gegen den Druck, den sie in den Bohrlöchern ausübten. Die Innovation des Konstruktions- und Herstellungsprozesses des Zentralisiers hat dazu beigetragen, die funktionale Leistungsfähigkeit dieser Elemente zu erhöhen. (German)

Het onderwerp van het project is de innovatie van de productie van centralisatoren, die technische componenten zijn die worden gebruikt bij de implementatie van geologische putten om de installatie van de Casing Column in de put te beveiligen. Centralisatoren hebben een grote invloed op de versterkingsfuncties van de Casing Column. De centralisatoren van het oorspronkelijke concept werden gekenmerkt door een lagere belastingscapaciteit, d.w.z. weerstand tegen de druk op hen in de putten. De innovatie van het ontwerp- en productieproces van de centralisator heeft bijgedragen tot het verhogen van de functionele prestaties van deze elementen. (Dutch)

Oggetto del progetto è l'innovazione nella produzione di centralizzatori, che sono componenti ingegneristici utilizzati nella realizzazione di pozzi geologici per garantire l'installazione della Colonna Casing nel pozzo. I centralizzatori hanno una grande influenza sulle funzioni di rinforzo della Colonna Casing. I centralizzatori del concetto originale erano caratterizzati da una minore capacità di carico, cioè resistenza alla pressione esercitata su di essi nei pozzi. L'innovazione del processo di progettazione e produzione del centralizzatore ha contribuito ad aumentare le prestazioni funzionali di questi elementi. (Italian)

El objeto del proyecto es la innovación de la producción de centralizadores, que son componentes de ingeniería utilizados en la implementación de pozos geológicos para asegurar la instalación de la Columna de Carcasa en el pozo. Los centralizadores tienen una gran influencia en las funciones de refuerzo de la Columna de Casing. Los centralizadores del concepto original se caracterizaron por una menor capacidad de carga, es decir, resistencia a la presión ejercida sobre ellos en los pozos. La innovación del proceso de diseño y fabricación del centralizador ha contribuido a aumentar el rendimiento funcional de estos elementos. (Spanish)
