Předmětem projektu je rozvoj testovacího VaV (výzkumného a vývojového) centra, které podpoří procesy podporující inovace v oblasti výroby brusiv. V rámci předkládané žádosti budou vyvinuty a pořízeny stroje a zařízení, jejichž cílem je vývoj technologie separace brusných zrn z vyřazených a částečně opotřebovaných brousicích nástrojů s pryskyřičnou vazbou. Navrhovaný vývoj směřuje k ověření produktivní alternativy separace brusiva a rozšíření možností recyklace rovněž na brusivo na podložce. (Czech)

The subject of the project is the development of the R & D testing centre (research and development) centre, which will support processes supporting innovation in the field of abrasive production. As part of the submitted application, machines and equipment will be developed and purchased to develop the technology of separation of abrasive grains from decommissioned and partially worn resin-binding grinding tools. The proposed development is aimed at verifying the productive alternative to abrasive separation and extending recycling options to abrasives on the substrate. (English)

Le projet a pour objet le développement d’un centre expérimental de R & D, qui soutiendra les processus soutenant l’innovation dans le domaine de la production abrasive. Dans le cadre de la présente application, des machines et des équipements seront développés et acquis pour développer la technologie de séparation des grains abrasifs des outils de meulage rejetés et partiellement usés avec fixation de résine. Le développement proposé vise à vérifier l’alternative productive à la séparation abrasive et à étendre les options de recyclage aux abrasifs sur un support. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Entwicklung eines Test-FuE-Zentrums, das Prozesse zur Innovationsförderung im Bereich der Schleifmittelproduktion unterstützt. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Anwendung werden Maschinen und Anlagen entwickelt und erworben, um die Technologie der Trennung von Schleifkorn von entsorgten und teilweise abgenutzten Schleifwerkzeugen mit Harzbindung zu entwickeln. Die vorgeschlagene Entwicklung zielt darauf ab, die produktive Alternative zur abrasiven Trennung zu überprüfen und Recyclingoptionen auch auf Schleifmittel zu erweitern. (German)

Het onderwerp van het project is de ontwikkeling van een test-O & O-centrum, dat processen ondersteunt ter ondersteuning van innovatie op het gebied van schurende productie. In het kader van deze toepassing zullen machines en apparatuur worden ontwikkeld en verworven om de technologie te ontwikkelen om schurende korrels te scheiden van afgedankte en gedeeltelijk versleten slijpgereedschap met harsbinding. De voorgestelde ontwikkeling is erop gericht het productieve alternatief voor schurende scheiding te verifiëren en de recyclingopties ook uit te breiden tot schuurmiddelen op een drager. (Dutch)

Oggetto del progetto è lo sviluppo di un centro di prova di R & S, che sosterrà processi a sostegno dell'innovazione nel campo della produzione abrasiva. Nell'ambito della presente applicazione, verranno sviluppate e acquisite macchine e attrezzature per sviluppare la tecnologia di separazione dei grani abrasivi dagli utensili di macinazione scartati e parzialmente usurati con legatura in resina. Lo sviluppo proposto mira a verificare l'alternativa produttiva alla separazione abrasiva e ad estendere le opzioni di riciclaggio anche agli abrasivi su un supporto. (Italian)

El objeto del proyecto es el desarrollo de un centro de pruebas de I+D, que apoyará procesos de apoyo a la innovación en el campo de la producción abrasiva. Como parte de la presente aplicación, se desarrollarán y adquirirán máquinas y equipos para desarrollar la tecnología de separación de granos abrasivos de herramientas de molienda desechadas y parcialmente desgastadas con encuadernación de resina. El desarrollo propuesto tiene como objetivo verificar la alternativa productiva a la separación abrasiva y extender las opciones de reciclaje también a los abrasivos en un soporte. (Spanish)
