Cílem projektu je vzdělávání a metodická podpora zaměstnanců Vězeňské služby České republiky. Vzdělávání zaměstnanců v oblastech HR, managementu, komunikace, ekologie a didaktiky podpoří efektivní chod organizace. Prezenční a e-learningové vzdělávání v rámci projektu udržitelným způsobem rozšíří stávající strukturu vzdělávání VS ČR. (Czech)

The aim of the project is education and methodical support of employees of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. The training of employees in the areas of HR, management, communication, ecology and didactics will support the effective functioning of the organisation. Het doel van het project is opleiding en methodologische ondersteuning van medewerkers van de gevangenisdienst van de Tsjechische Republiek. Opleiding van medewerkers op het gebied van HR, management, communicatie, ecologie en didactiek zal de effectieve werking van de organisatie ondersteunen.
