Předmětem projektu je výstavba 6 nových sociálních bytů v obci Kněžice určených pro dlouhodobý pronájem celkem 9 osobám v bytové nouzi. Momentálně služby sociálního bydlení nejsou v Kněžicích v dostupné. Realizací projektu bude dosaženo vyřešení problému nedostatku sociálních bytů, zvýšení kvality a dostupnosti služeb sociálního bydlení, což povede k sociální inkluzi a prevenci sociálního vyloučení cílových skupin. L’objet du projet est la construction de 6 nouveaux appartements sociaux dans la municipalité de Kněžice conçus pour la location à long terme d’un total de 9 personnes ayant besoin d’un logement. À l’heure actuelle, les services de logement social ne sont pas disponibles à Kněžice. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à résoudre le problème du manque de logements sociaux, à améliorer la qualité et l’accessibilité des services de logement social, ce qui conduira à l’inclusion sociale et à la prévention de l’exclusion sociale des groupes cibles. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau von 6 neuen Sozialwohnungen in der Gemeinde Kněžice, die für die langfristige Vermietung von insgesamt 9 Wohnbedürftigen konzipiert sind. Derzeit sind Sozialwohnungen in Kněžice nicht verfügbar. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird dazu beitragen, das Problem des Mangels an Sozialwohnungen zu lösen, die Qualität und Zugänglichkeit von Sozialwohnungsdienstleistungen zu verbessern, was zu sozialer Inklusion und Prävention der sozialen Ausgrenzung der Zielgruppen führt. Het project heeft betrekking op de bouw van 6 nieuwe sociale appartementen in de gemeente Kněžice die zijn ontworpen voor langetermijnverhuur van in totaal 9 personen die huisvesting nodig hebben. Momenteel zijn sociale huisvestingsdiensten niet beschikbaar in Kněžice. De uitvoering van het project zal helpen het probleem van het gebrek aan sociale huisvesting op te lossen, de kwaliteit en de toegankelijkheid van sociale huisvestingsdiensten te verbeteren, wat leidt tot sociale inclusie en het voorkomen van sociale uitsluiting van doelgroepen. Oggetto del progetto è la costruzione di 6 nuovi appartamenti sociali nel comune di Kněžice, progettati per affittare a lungo termine un totale di 9 persone bisognose di alloggio. Attualmente, i servizi di edilizia sociale non sono disponibili a Kněžice. L'attuazione del progetto contribuirà a risolvere il problema della mancanza di alloggi sociali, ad aumentare la qualità e l'accessibilità dei servizi di edilizia popolare, portando all'inclusione sociale e alla prevenzione dell'esclusione sociale dei gruppi destinatari. El objeto del proyecto es la construcción de 6 nuevos apartamentos sociales en el municipio de Kněžice diseñados para el alquiler a largo plazo de un total de 9 personas necesitadas de vivienda. Actualmente, los servicios de vivienda social no están disponibles en Kněžice. La ejecución del proyecto contribuirá a resolver el problema de la falta de vivienda social, a aumentar la calidad y accesibilidad de los servicios de vivienda social, lo que conducirá a la inclusión social y a la prevención de la exclusión social de los grupos destinatarios.
