Projekt je zaměřen na podporu procesů plánování soc. služeb v Jihočeském kraji na krajské i místní úrovni včetně zpracování Střednědobého plánu rozvoje soc. služeb, při které budou aktivně participovat obce. Zároveň se vytvoří nový krajský informační systém s názvem Jihočeská aplikace pro SS (JASS) určený k plánování, řízení a financování sítě sociálních služeb. Dalším výstupem bude Krajský plán vyrovnávání příležitostí pro osoby se zdr. postižením a Elektronický katalog soc. služeb v Jč. kraji. (Czech)

The project is aimed at supporting the processes of planning services in the South Bohemian Region at regional and local level, including the preparation of a Medium-term plan for the development of social services in which municipalities will participate actively. At the same time, a new regional information system called South Bohemia Application for SS (Jass) will be created for planning, managing and financing the network of social services. The next output will be the Regional Plan for Equalising Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities and Electronic Catalogue of Soc. Services in the Jč. Region. (English)

Le projet vise à soutenir les processus de planification des services sociaux dans la région de Bohême du Sud aux niveaux régional et local, y compris l’élaboration du Plan à moyen terme pour le développement des services sociaux, auquel ils participeront activement dans les municipalités. Dans le même temps, un nouveau système d’information régional appelé South Bohemian Application for SS (JASS) sera créé pour la planification, la gestion et le financement du réseau de services sociaux. Un autre produit sera le Plan régional d’égalisation des chances des personnes handicapées et le catalogue électronique des services sociaux dans la région du Sud. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Planungsprozesse der sozialen Dienstleistungen in der Region Südböhmen auf regionaler und lokaler Ebene zu unterstützen, einschließlich der Ausarbeitung des mittelfristigen Plans für die Entwicklung der sozialen Dienste, an dem sie aktiv in Gemeinden mitwirken werden. Gleichzeitig wird ein neues regionales Informationssystem mit dem Namen Südböhmische Anwendung für SS (JASS) für die Planung, Verwaltung und Finanzierung des sozialen Dienstleistungsnetzes geschaffen. Ein weiteres Ergebnis ist der Regionalplan für Chancengleichheit für Menschen mit Behinderungen und Elektronischer Katalog von Soc. Services in der Südregion. (German)

Il progetto è volto a sostenere i processi di pianificazione dei servizi sociali nella regione della Boemia meridionale a livello regionale e locale, compresa la preparazione del Piano di medio termine per lo sviluppo dei servizi sociali, al quale parteciperanno attivamente nei comuni. Allo stesso tempo, sarà creato un nuovo sistema informativo regionale denominato South Bohemian Application for SS (JASS) per la pianificazione, la gestione e il finanziamento della rete di servizi sociali.
