Náplní projektu je realizace vzdělávacích aktivit dle komplexního vzdělávacího plánu, jehož cílem je zvýšení úrovně potřebných odborných znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků, napříč společností FLORSTYL, s.r.o. a jeho dlouholetých partnerů, společnosti STAVBY VANTO, s.r.o. a společnosti VANTO NATURAL STONES, s.r.o. Dvouletý vzdělávací plán je sestaven s ohledem na aktuální vývoj požadavků společnosti, s cílem zajištění dlouhodobého a udržitelného rozvoje účastníků projektu. (Czech)

L’objectif du projet est la mise en œuvre d’activités éducatives selon un plan éducatif global, dont l’objectif est d’augmenter le niveau des connaissances professionnelles nécessaires, des aptitudes et des compétences des travailleurs, dans l’ensemble de l’entreprise FLORSTYL, s.r.o. et de ses partenaires à long terme, la société STAVBY Vanto, s.r.o. et la société Vanto NATURAL STONES, s.r.o. Le plan éducatif de deux ans est élaboré en tenant compte de l’évolution actuelle des besoins de l’entreprise, dans le but d’assurer le développement durable et à long terme des participants au projet. Ziel des Projekts ist die Durchführung von Bildungsaktivitäten nach einem umfassenden Bildungsplan, mit dem das Niveau der erforderlichen Fachkenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen der Arbeitnehmer über das Unternehmen FLORSTYL, s.r.o. und seine langjährigen Partner, das Unternehmen STAVBY Vanto, s.r.o. und die Firma Vanto NATURAL STONES, s.r.o. erhöht werden soll. Der zweijährige Bildungsplan wird unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Entwicklung der Anforderungen des Unternehmens erstellt, um die langfristige und nachhaltige Entwicklung der Projektteilnehmer zu gewährleisten.
