Předmětem projektu je realizace plošného monitorovacího telematického systému, který bude poskytovat NDIC v reálném čase aktuální přehled o dopravní situaci na strategické síti komunikací TEN-T, přirozených možných náhradních trasách a městských regionech. Plošný monitorovací telematický systém zpracovává data z plovoucích vozidel. Integrací do NDIC bude zajištěna distribuce informací účastníkům provozu všemi dostupnými distribučními kanály NDIC. The purpose of the project is to implement a telematic monitoring system that will provide NDIC with an up-to-date overview of the traffic situation on the TEN-T strategic network, natural alternative routes and urban regions. The surface monitoring telematics system processes data from floating vehicles. Integration into NDIC will ensure the distribution of information to traffic participants by all available NDIC distribution channels. (English)

Le projet a pour objet la mise en œuvre d’un système télématique de surveillance par zone, qui fournira au NDIC en temps réel une vue d’ensemble actualisée de la situation du trafic sur le réseau stratégique de communications RTE-T, d’itinéraires naturels alternatifs et de régions urbaines. Le système de surveillance télématique par zone traite les données provenant de véhicules flottants. L’intégration dans la NDIC assurera la distribution de l’information aux participants au trafic par l’intermédiaire de tous les canaux de distribution disponibles. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Einführung eines flächengestützten Telematiksystems, das dem NDIC in Echtzeit einen aktuellen Überblick über die Verkehrslage im strategischen Netz von TEN-V-Kommunikation, natürlichen alternativen Strecken und städtischen Regionen bietet. Das flächenbasierte Telematiküberwachungssystem verarbeitet Daten von schwimmenden Fahrzeugen. Durch die Integration in das NDIC wird die Weitergabe von Informationen an die Verkehrsteilnehmer über alle verfügbaren NDIC-Vertriebskanäle sichergestellt. (German)

Het gebiedsgebonden telematicasysteem verwerkt gegevens van drijvende voertuigen. El objeto del proyecto es la aplicación de un sistema telemático de seguimiento basado en zonas, que proporcionará al NDIC en tiempo real una visión actualizada de la situación del tráfico en la red estratégica de comunicaciones RTE-T, rutas alternativas naturales y regiones urbanas. El sistema de monitoreo telemático basado en el área procesa los datos de los vehículos flotantes.
