Předmětem projektu je rekonstrukce, oprava a přístavba vybraných objektů v rámci areálu společnosti VARIEL, a.s. ve Zruči nad Sázavou. Areál vznikl v 30tých letech minulého století jako cihelna firmy Baťa. Od roku 1964 funguje areál jako odštěpný závod Montážního podniku spojů Praha. Po privatizaci v 90tých letech minulého století vznikla samostatná společnost VARIEL, a.s. Některé objekty v rámci areálu vyžadují kompletní rekonstrukci, a to vzhledem k jejich stáří. a. (Czech)

The object of the project is the reconstruction, repair and extension of selected buildings within the premises of the company VARIEL, a.s. in Zruč nad Sázavou. The complex was founded in the 30s as a brickwork of the Baťa company. Since 1964, the complex has been operating as a part of the assembly plant of Prague connections. After privatisation in the 90s, a separate company VARIEL, a.s. was established. Some buildings within the complex require complete reconstruction, due to their age. a. (English)

L’objet du projet est la reconstruction, la réparation et l’extension de bâtiments sélectionnés dans les locaux de la société Variel, a.s. à Zruč nad Sázavou. Le complexe a été créé dans les années 30 du siècle dernier comme une brique de la compagnie Bat’a. Depuis 1964, le complexe fonctionne comme une filiale de la Prague Interconnection Assembly Company. Après la privatisation dans les années 1990, l’entreprise indépendante Variel, a.s. a été créée. Certains bâtiments dans le complexe nécessitent une reconstruction complète en raison de leur âge. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Rekonstruktion, Reparatur und Erweiterung ausgewählter Gebäude in den Räumlichkeiten der Firma Variel, a.s. in Zruč nad Sázavou. Der Komplex wurde in den 30er Jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts als Ziegelwerk der Firma Bat’a gegründet. Seit 1964 ist der Komplex als Zweigwerk der Prager Interconnection Assembly Company tätig. Nach der Privatisierung in den 1990er Jahren wurde das unabhängige Unternehmen Variel, a.s. gegründet. Einige Gebäude innerhalb des Komplexes erfordern einen kompletten Umbau aufgrund ihres Alters. Het onderwerp van het project is de wederopbouw, reparatie en uitbreiding van geselecteerde gebouwen in het pand van het bedrijf Variel, a.s. in Zruč nad Sázavou. Het complex werd opgericht in de jaren ’30 van de vorige eeuw als een baksteenwerk van het Bat’a bedrijf. Sinds 1964 is het complex actief als filiaal van de Praagse Interconnection Assembly Company. Na privatisering in de jaren negentig werd het onafhankelijke bedrijf Variel, a.s. opgericht. Sommige gebouwen binnen het complex vereisen volledige wederopbouw vanwege hun leeftijd. (Dutch)

Oggetto del progetto è la ricostruzione, la riparazione e l'ampliamento di edifici selezionati all'interno dei locali della società Variel, a.s. a Zruč nad Sázavou. Il complesso è stato creato negli anni'30 del secolo scorso come una fabbrica di mattoni della compagnia Bat'a. Dal 1964, il complesso è operativo come filiale della Prague Interconnection Assembly Company. Dopo la privatizzazione negli anni'90, la società indipendente Variel, a.s. è stata fondata.
