Cílem projektu je pořízení vysekávací a balící linky korkových výrobků s potiskem, která bude sestavena ze dvou základních částí, které tvoří výsekové válce a hydraulické sekací lisy, dále pak z pásových dopravníků, úhlové svářečky, automatického paletového ovinovacího stroje, flexotiskového troje a smršťovacího tunelu. Zařízení bude pořízeno nové bez předchozího používání. Pořízením linky dojde k podstatné časové, materiálové a energetické úspoře, a k významnému zefektivnění stávající výroby. a. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to acquire a cutting and packaging line of cork products with printing, which will be composed of two basic parts, which consist of cutting cylinders and hydraulic cutting presses, as well as belt conveyors, angular welding machines, automatic pallet wrapping machine, flexoprint three and a shrink tunnel. The device will be acquired new without prior use. The acquisition of the line will result in substantial time, material and energy savings, and a significant improvement of existing production. a. L’objectif du projet est l’acquisition d’une ligne de découpe et d’emballage de produits en liège avec impression, qui sera composée de deux pièces de base, consistant en des cylindres de coupe et des presses hydrauliques, ainsi que des convoyeurs à bande, machine de soudage angulaire, machine d’emballage automatique de palettes, triple impression flexo et tunnel rétractable. L’appareil sera acquis neuf sans utilisation préalable. L’acquisition de la ligne entraînera d’importantes économies de temps, de matériaux et d’énergie, ainsi qu’une rationalisation importante de la production existante. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist der Erwerb einer Schneid- und Verpackungslinie von Korkprodukten mit Druck, die aus zwei Grundteilen bestehen wird, bestehend aus Schneidzylindern und hydraulischen Schneidpressen sowie Bandförderern, Winkelschweißmaschine, automatische Palettenwickelmaschine, Flexodruck-Dreifach- und Schrumpftunnel. Das Gerät wird ohne vorherige Nutzung neu erworben. Die Übernahme der Anlage wird zu erheblichen Zeit-, Material- und Energieeinsparungen sowie zu einer erheblichen Rationalisierung der bestehenden Produktion führen. (German)

Het doel van het project is de aankoop van een snij- en verpakkingslijn van kurkproducten met bedrukking, die zal bestaan uit twee basisonderdelen, bestaande uit snijcilinders en hydraulische snijpersen, alsmede bandtransporteurs, hoeklasmachine, automatische palletwikkelmachine, flexodruk drievoudig en krimptunnel. Het apparaat zal nieuw worden verworven zonder voorafgaand gebruik. De aankoop van de lijn zal leiden tot aanzienlijke tijds-, materiaal- en energiebesparingen en een aanzienlijke stroomlijning van de bestaande productie. (Dutch)

L'obiettivo del progetto è l'acquisizione di una linea di taglio e confezionamento di prodotti in sughero con stampa, che sarà composta da due parti di base, composte da cilindri da taglio e presse da taglio idrauliche, nonché nastri trasportatori, saldatrici angolari, confezionatrici automatiche di pallet, stampa flessografica tripla e tunnel termoretraibile. Il dispositivo sarà acquisito nuovo senza uso preliminare. L'acquisizione della linea si tradurrà in un notevole risparmio di tempo, materiale ed energia e una significativa razionalizzazione della produzione esistente. (Italian)

El objetivo del proyecto es la adquisición de una línea de corte y embalaje de productos de corcho con impresión, que estará compuesta por dos partes básicas, consistentes en cilindros de corte y prensas hidráulicas de corte, así como cintas transportadoras, soldadoras angulares, máquina automática de envoltura de paletas, triple impresión flexo y túnel de contracción. El dispositivo se adquirirá nuevo sin uso previo. La adquisición de la línea dará lugar a un ahorro sustancial de tiempo, materiales y energía, y a una racionalización significativa de la producción existente. (Spanish)
