Analyse et conception complexe et optimisation du système énergétique intégré de la municipalité, en utilisant des copeaux de bois produits localement et d’autres biomasses de bois pour fournir à la maison municipale de chaleur et d’électricité, ou son utilisation en fonctionnement normal pour fournir l’éclairage dans la municipalité. L’une des caractéristiques essentielles du nouveau système sera la fourniture d’électricité dans les situations de crise où le réseau de distribution ne fonctionne pas, c’est-à-dire un système résilient entièrement autonome. Analyse und komplexe Gestaltung und Optimierung des integrierten Energiesystems der Gemeinde unter Verwendung lokal erzeugter Holzspäne und anderer Holzbiomasse, um das Gemeindehaus mit Wärme und Strom zu versorgen, oder deren Nutzung im normalen Betrieb zur Beleuchtung in der Gemeinde. Ein wesentliches Merkmal des neuen Systems wird die Bereitstellung von Strom in Krisensituationen sein, in denen das Verteilernetz nicht funktioniert, d. h. ein vollständig autonomes widerstandsfähiges System. Analyse en complex ontwerp en optimalisatie van het geïntegreerde energiesysteem van de gemeente, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van lokaal geproduceerde houtsnippers en andere houtbiomassa om het gemeentehuis te voorzien van warmte en elektriciteit, of het gebruik ervan in normale bedrijfsomstandigheden om verlichting in de gemeente te bieden. Een belangrijk kenmerk van het nieuwe systeem is de levering van elektriciteit in crisissituaties waarin het distributiesysteem niet functioneert, d.w.z. een volledig autonoom veerkrachtig systeem. Analisi e progettazione complessa e ottimizzazione del sistema energetico integrato del comune, utilizzando trucioli di legno prodotti localmente e altre biomasse legnose per fornire calore ed elettricità alla Casa Comunale, o il suo utilizzo nel normale funzionamento per fornire illuminazione nel comune. Una caratteristica fondamentale del nuovo sistema sarà la fornitura di energia elettrica in situazioni di crisi in cui il sistema di distribuzione non funziona, vale a dire un sistema resiliente completamente autonomo. Análisis y diseño complejo y optimización del sistema energético integrado del municipio, utilizando astillas de madera producidas localmente y otra biomasa de madera para suministrar calor y electricidad a la Casa Municipal, o su uso en funcionamiento normal para proporcionar iluminación en el municipio. Una característica clave del nuevo sistema será el suministro de electricidad en situaciones de crisis en las que la red de distribución no funcione, es decir, un sistema totalmente autónomo y resiliente.
