Předmětem projektu je analýza technologie předúpravy materiálu žadatele a návrh optimalizace této technologie s cílem snížit energetickou náročnost, provozní náklady a celkově zvýšit účinnosti technologie. Technologie předúpravy slouží k dehydrataci vstupního materiálu s vysokým obsahem vody. Požadavkem žadatele je dosáhnout předepsané vlhkosti materiálu efektivním způsobem. Projekt řeší možnosti úpravy stávající technologie použitím odlišných způsobů dehydratace například odstředivkou. a. (Czech)

The subject of the project is analysis of pre-treatment technology of the applicant’s material and the proposal to optimise this technology in order to reduce energy performance, operating costs and overall increase the efficiency of the technology. Pre-treatment technology is used to dehydrate input material with high water content. The applicant’s requirement is to achieve the prescribed moisture of the material in an efficient manner. The project addresses possibilities of modifying existing technology using different methods of dehydration e.g. centrifuge. a. (English)

L’objet du projet est l’analyse de la technologie de prétraitement des matériaux du demandeur et la conception de l’optimisation de cette technologie afin de réduire l’intensité énergétique, les coûts d’exploitation et d’augmenter globalement l’efficacité de la technologie. La technologie de prétraitement est utilisée pour la déshydratation des matières entrantes à haute teneur en eau. L’exigence du demandeur est d’obtenir l’humidité prescrite de la matière de manière efficace. Le projet aborde les possibilités de modifier la technologie existante en appliquant différentes méthodes de déshydratation, par exemple la centrifugeuse. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist eine Analyse der Vorbehandlungstechnik des Materials des Antragstellers und der Gestaltung der Optimierung dieser Technologie, um Energieintensität, Betriebskosten zu reduzieren und die Effizienz der Technologie insgesamt zu steigern. Die Vorbehandlungstechnik wird zur Austrocknung von Eingangsmaterial mit hohem Wassergehalt eingesetzt. Die Anforderung des Antragstellers besteht darin, die vorgeschriebene Feuchtigkeit des Materials effizient zu erreichen. Das Projekt befasst sich mit den Möglichkeiten der Modifikation bestehender Technologie durch Anwendung unterschiedlicher Dehydrationsmethoden, z. B. Zentrifuge. (German)

Het voorwerp van het project is een analyse van de voorbehandelingstechnologie van het materiaal van de aanvrager en het ontwerp van de optimalisering van deze technologie om de energie-intensiteit, de exploitatiekosten en de algehele efficiëntie van de technologie te verlagen. Voorbehandelingstechnologie wordt gebruikt voor uitdroging van inputmateriaal met een hoog watergehalte. De eis van de aanvrager is dat het voorgeschreven vocht van het materiaal op efficiënte wijze wordt bereikt. Het project richt zich op de mogelijkheden om bestaande technologie te wijzigen door verschillende dehydratiemethoden toe te passen, zoals centrifuge. (Dutch)

Oggetto del progetto è l'analisi della tecnologia di pretrattamento del materiale del richiedente e la progettazione dell'ottimizzazione di tale tecnologia al fine di ridurre l'intensità energetica, i costi di esercizio e aumentare complessivamente l'efficienza della tecnologia. La tecnologia di pretrattamento viene utilizzata per la disidratazione del materiale in ingresso ad alto contenuto di acqua. Il richiedente ha l'obbligo di ottenere l'umidità prescritta del materiale in modo efficiente. Il progetto affronta le possibilità di modificare la tecnologia esistente applicando metodi diversi di disidratazione, ad esempio centrifughe. (Italian)

El objeto del proyecto es un análisis de la tecnología de pretratamiento del material del solicitante y el diseño de la optimización de esta tecnología con el fin de reducir la intensidad energética, los costes de funcionamiento y aumentar globalmente la eficiencia de la tecnología. La tecnología de pretratamiento se utiliza para la deshidratación de material de entrada con alto contenido de agua. El requisito del solicitante es lograr la humedad prescrita del material de una manera eficiente. El proyecto aborda las posibilidades de modificar la tecnología existente mediante la aplicación de diferentes métodos de deshidratación, por ejemplo, centrifugadoras. (Spanish)
