Die Klägerin KVS EKODIVISE a.s. ist ein Hersteller von Festbrennstoffkochgeräten, die zur Wärmebehandlung von Geschirr und zur Beheizung des Raumes bestimmt sind, in dem sie sich befinden. Der Antragsteller ist ein wichtiger Lieferant dieser Produkte für den tschechischen und ausländischen Markt. Um die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und die Marktfähigkeit der Produkte zu erhalten, ist der Antragsteller gezwungen, seine Produkte sowohl im Hinblick auf die Gestaltung als auch vor allem in Bezug auf Rechtsvorschriften, die bald in der Europäischen Union in Kraft treten werden (Verordnung 2015/1185 der Kommission) a, zu erneuern. De indiener van het verzoek is een belangrijke leverancier van deze producten op de Tsjechische en buitenlandse markten.
