Настоящото проектно предложение предвижда въвеждане на иновативна практика - разкриване на детски кът към Община Смядово, в който ще се предоставят почасови грижи за 15 деца на възраст до 12 години. Социална придобивка от подобен род, ще осигури възможност за пълноценно съвмествяване на професионалния с личния живот на 16 служители на общината и структурните звена към нея: Общинско предприятие "Чистота, озеленяване, благоустрояване и охрана"; Защитени жилища за пълнолетни лица с психични разстройства и Център за настаняване от семеен тип за пълнолетни лица с психични разстройства. За обезпечаване реализацията на предвидените дейности Община Смядово ще предостави самостоятелна сграда, общинска собственост. Помещенията в нея ще бъдат адаптирани за почасова грижа за деца, посредством оборудване и обзавеждане. За работа с децата, посещаващи новоразкрития детски кът, се предвижда извършване на подбор, обучение и осигуряване на 12 месечна субсидирана заетост на 3 безработни лица, регистрирани в Дирекция "Бюро по труда". Посредством реализацията на настоящото проектно предложение ще се осъществи адекватна подкрепа на работещите служители. Изпълнението на планираните дейности ще осигури адекватна подкрепа на служителите, работещи в Община Смядово и структурните звена към нея, като им осигури условия за съвместяване на семейния и професионалния живот и ще повиши равнището на икономическата им активност. В цялост проектът ще окаже преки ползи върху Община Смядово, като социална придобивка от този род, значително ще повиши мотивацията за работа на служителите и ще завиши качеството и количеството на производителността на труда им. The present project proposal provides for the introduction of an innovative practice — the opening of a children’s playground at the Municipality of Smyadovo, which will provide part-time care for 15 children up to 12 years old. A social benefit of this kind will provide the opportunity to fully reconcile the professional life with the private life of 16 employees of the municipality and its structural units: Municipal enterprise “Purity, landscaping, development and security”; Protected homes for adults with mental disorders and a Family-type Accommodation Center for adults with mental disorders. To ensure the realisation of the planned activities, the Municipality of Smyadovo will provide a separate building, municipal property. Its premises will be adapted for part-time care of children, by means of equipment and furnishings. To work with children visiting the newly opened children’s playground, it is envisaged to carry out selection, training and provision of 12 months of subsidised employment for 3 unemployed persons registered with the Labour Office Directorate. The implementation of this project proposal will provide adequate support to the working staff. The implementation of the planned activities will provide adequate support to the employees working in the Municipality of Smyadovo and its structural units, providing them with conditions for reconciling family and professional life and increasing their level of economic activity. In its entirety, the project will have direct benefits for the Municipality of Smyadovo, as a social benefit of this kind, will significantly increase the motivation for employees’ work and will increase the quality and quantity of their labor productivity. La présente proposition de projet prévoit l’introduction d’une pratique novatrice — l’ouverture d’une aire de jeux pour enfants dans la municipalité de Smyadovo, qui assurera la prise en charge à temps partiel de 15 enfants jusqu’à 12 ans. Une telle prestation sociale permettra de concilier pleinement la vie professionnelle et la vie privée de 16 employés de la municipalité et de ses unités structurelles: Entreprise municipale «Pureté, aménagement paysager, développement et sécurité»; Des foyers protégés pour adultes souffrant de troubles mentaux et un centre d’hébergement de type familial pour adultes atteints de troubles mentaux. Pour assurer la réalisation des activités prévues, la municipalité de Smyadovo fournira un bâtiment séparé, propriété municipale. Ses locaux seront adaptés à l’accueil des enfants à temps partiel, au moyen d’équipements et d’ameublements. Pour travailler avec les enfants qui visitent l’aire de jeux pour enfants nouvellement ouverte, il est prévu de sélectionner, de former et de fournir 12 mois d’emploi subventionné à 3 chômeurs inscrits à la Direction du Bureau du travail. La mise en œuvre de cette proposition de projet fournira un soutien adéquat au personnel de travail. La mise en œuvre des activités prévues apportera un soutien adéquat aux employés travaillant dans la municipalité de Smyadovo et ses unités structurelles, en leur fournissant les conditions nécessaires à la conciliation de la vie familiale et professionnelle et à l’augmentation de leur niveau d’activité économique. Dans son ensemble, le projet aura des avantages directs pour la municipalité de Smyadovo, en tant qu’avantage social de ce type, augmentera considérablement la motivation du travail des employés et augmentera la qualité et la quantité de leur productivité du travail. Der vorliegende Projektvorschlag sieht die Einführung einer innovativen Praxis vor – die Eröffnung eines Kinderspielplatzes in der Gemeinde Smyadovo, die 15 Kinder bis 12 Jahre in Teilzeit betreut. Ein solcher sozialer Nutzen wird die Möglichkeit bieten, das Berufsleben mit dem Privatleben von 16 Beschäftigten der Gemeinde und ihren strukturellen Einheiten vollständig in Einklang zu bringen: Kommunales Unternehmen „Purity, Landschaftsgestaltung, Entwicklung und Sicherheit“; Geschützte Häuser für Erwachsene mit psychischen Störungen und ein Familienunterkunftszentrum für Erwachsene mit psychischen Störungen. Um die Durchführung der geplanten Aktivitäten sicherzustellen, wird die Gemeinde Smyadovo ein separates Gebäude, kommunales Eigentum zur Verfügung stellen. Die Räumlichkeiten werden für die Teilzeitbetreuung von Kindern durch Ausstattung und Einrichtung angepasst. Um mit Kindern zusammenzuarbeiten, die den neu eröffneten Kinderspielplatz besuchen, ist vorgesehen, die Auswahl, Ausbildung und Bereitstellung von 12 Monaten subventionierter Beschäftigung für drei Arbeitslose durchzuführen, die bei der Direktion Arbeitsamt registriert sind. Die Umsetzung dieses Projektvorschlags wird das Arbeitspersonal angemessen unterstützen. Die Durchführung der geplanten Tätigkeiten wird den Beschäftigten, die in der Gemeinde Smyadovo und ihren strukturellen Einheiten arbeiten, eine angemessene Unterstützung bieten, um ihnen die Voraussetzungen für die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf und die Steigerung ihrer wirtschaftlichen Tätigkeit zu bieten. In seiner Gesamtheit wird das Projekt direkte Vorteile für die Gemeinde Smyadovo haben, als sozialer Nutzen dieser Art, wird die Motivation für die Arbeit der Mitarbeiter deutlich erhöhen und die Qualität und Quantität ihrer Arbeitsproduktivität erhöhen. Het huidige projectvoorstel voorziet in de invoering van een innovatieve praktijk — de opening van een kinderspeelplaats in de gemeente Smyadovo, die voorziet in deeltijdzorg voor 15 kinderen tot 12 jaar. Een dergelijk sociaal voordeel biedt de mogelijkheid om het beroepsleven volledig te verzoenen met het privéleven van 16 werknemers van de gemeente en haar structurele eenheden: Gemeentelijk bedrijf „Purity, landscaping, development and security”; Beschermde huizen voor volwassenen met psychische stoornissen en een Familie-type Accommodatiecentrum voor volwassenen met psychische stoornissen. Om de uitvoering van de geplande activiteiten te garanderen, zal de gemeente Smyadovo een apart gebouw, gemeentelijk eigendom, ter beschikking stellen. Het gebouw zal worden aangepast voor de deeltijdse verzorging van kinderen door middel van apparatuur en meubilair. Om samen te werken met kinderen die een bezoek brengen aan de nieuw geopende kinderspeelplaats, is het de bedoeling om selectie, opleiding en verstrekking van 12 maanden gesubsidieerde arbeid te verrichten voor drie werklozen die bij het directoraat Arbeidsbureau zijn ingeschreven. De uitvoering van dit projectvoorstel zal voldoende ondersteuning bieden aan het werkpersoneel. De uitvoering van de geplande activiteiten zal voldoende ondersteuning bieden aan de werknemers die in de gemeente Smyadovo en haar structurele eenheden werken, waardoor zij voorwaarden krijgen om gezin en beroep te combineren en hun economische activiteit te verhogen. In zijn geheel zal het project directe voordelen hebben voor de gemeente Smyadovo, als een dergelijk sociaal voordeel, zal de motivatie voor het werk van werknemers aanzienlijk toenemen en zal de kwaliteit en kwantiteit van hun arbeidsproductiviteit toenemen. La presente proposta di progetto prevede l'introduzione di una pratica innovativa — l'apertura di un parco giochi per bambini presso il Comune di Smyadovo, che fornirà assistenza part-time per 15 bambini fino a 12 anni. Un beneficio sociale di questo tipo offrirà l'opportunità di conciliare pienamente la vita professionale con la vita privata di 16 dipendenti del comune e delle sue unità strutturali: Impresa comunale "Purità, paesaggistica, sviluppo e sicurezza"; Case protette per adulti con disturbi mentali e un Centro Alloggio di tipo Famiglia per adulti con disturbi mentali. Per garantire la realizzazione delle attività previste, il Comune di Smyadovo fornirà un edificio separato, proprietà comunale. I suoi locali saranno adattati per la cura a tempo parziale dei bambini, mediante attrezzature e arredi. Per lavorare con i bambini che visitano il parco giochi per bambini di recente apertura, si prevede di effettuare la selezione, la formazione e l'offerta di 12 mesi di lavoro sovvenzionato per 3 disoccupati iscritti presso la Direzione dell'Ufficio del lavoro. L'attuazione della presente proposta di progetto fornirà un sostegno adeguato al personale di lavoro. L'attuazione delle attività previste fornirà un sostegno adeguato ai dipendenti che lavorano nel comune di Smyadovo e nelle sue unità strutturali, fornendo loro le condizioni per conciliare vita familiare e professionale e aumentare il loro livello di attività economica. La presente propuesta de proyecto prevé la introducción de una práctica innovadora: la apertura de un parque infantil en el municipio de Smyadovo, que prestará atención a tiempo parcial a 15 niños de hasta 12 años de edad. Un beneficio social de este tipo brindará la oportunidad de conciliar plenamente la vida profesional con la vida privada de 16 empleados del municipio y sus unidades estructurales: Empresa municipal «Pureza, paisajismo, desarrollo y seguridad»; Hogares protegidos para adultos con trastornos mentales y un Centro de Alojamiento de tipo Familiar para adultos con trastornos mentales. Para asegurar la realización de las actividades previstas, el Municipio de Smyadovo proporcionará un edificio separado, propiedad municipal. Sus locales se adaptarán para el cuidado a tiempo parcial de los niños, mediante equipo y mobiliario. Para trabajar con los niños que visitan el parque infantil recién abierto, está previsto llevar a cabo la selección, la capacitación y el suministro de 12 meses de empleo subvencionado a 3 desempleados inscritos en la Dirección de la Oficina del Trabajo. La aplicación de esta propuesta de proyecto proporcionará un apoyo adecuado al personal de trabajo. La ejecución de las actividades previstas proporcionará un apoyo adecuado a los empleados que trabajan en el municipio de Smyadovo y sus unidades estructurales, proporcionándoles condiciones para conciliar la vida familiar y profesional y aumentar su nivel de actividad económica. En su totalidad, el proyecto tendrá beneficios directos para el Municipio de Smyadovo, como beneficio social de este tipo, aumentará significativamente la motivación para el trabajo de los empleados y aumentará la calidad y cantidad de su productividad laboral.
