Проектното предложение включва извършване на ремонтни дейности за разширяване на съществуващият към момента Център за социална рехабилитация и интеграция в с. Рудник, община Долни чифлик с оглед включване на дейности за Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства и подобряване достъпа до качествена грижа и услуги в общността според индивидуалните потребности на всяко дете, което ще бъде постигнато чрез изпълнението на следните цели:Обща цел: Създаване на подходяща инфраструктура за услуги в общността за деца за осигуряване на достъп до качествена грижа и услуги според индивидуалните им потребности.Специфична цел 1: Осигуряване на социално включване и равен достъп до услуги на деца с увреждания и деца с потребност от постоянна грижа.Специфична цел 2: Осигуряване на подходяща инфраструктура, която допринася за местното развитие, намаляване на неравнопоставеността по отношение на здравния статус, насърчаването на по-добро социално приобщаване, чрез подобряване на достъпа до социални, културни и развлекателни услуги. The project proposal includes carrying out repair works to expand the existing Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration in the village of Rudnik, Dolni Chiflik Municipality, with a view to including activities for Day Care Center for support of children with disabilities and their families and improving access to quality care and services in the community according to the individual needs of each child, which will be achieved through the implementation of the following objectives: General objective: Creation of appropriate community service infrastructure for children to provide access to quality care and services according to their individual needs.Specific objective 1: Ensuring social inclusion and equal access to services for children with disabilities and children with a need for constant care.Specific objective 2: Providing adequate infrastructure that contributes to local development, reducing inequalities in terms of health status, promoting better social inclusion, by improving access to social, cultural and recreational services. La proposition de projet comprend la réalisation de travaux de réparation visant à agrandir le Centre de réadaptation sociale et d’intégration sociale existant dans le village de Rudnik, dans la municipalité de Dolni Chiflik, en vue d’inclure des activités de garderie pour aider les enfants handicapés et leurs familles et d’améliorer l’accès à des soins et à des services de qualité dans la communauté en fonction des besoins individuels de chaque enfant, qui seront réalisés grâce à la réalisation des objectifs suivants: Création d’infrastructures de services communautaires appropriées pour permettre aux enfants d’accéder à des soins et à des services de qualité en fonction de leurs besoins individuels.Objectif spécifique 1: Garantir l’inclusion sociale et l’égalité d’accès aux services pour les enfants handicapés et les enfants ayant besoin d’une prise en charge constante.Objectif spécifique 2: Fournir des infrastructures adéquates qui contribuent au développement local, réduire les inégalités en termes d’état de santé, promouvoir une meilleure inclusion sociale, en améliorant l’accès aux services sociaux, culturels et récréatifs. Der Projektvorschlag umfasst die Durchführung von Reparaturarbeiten zur Erweiterung des bestehenden Zentrums für soziale Rehabilitation und Integration im Dorf Rudnik, Gemeinde Dolni Chiflik, um Aktivitäten für das Tagespflegezentrum zur Unterstützung von Kindern mit Behinderungen und ihrer Familien einzubeziehen und den Zugang zu qualitativ hochwertiger Betreuung und Dienstleistungen in der Gemeinschaft entsprechend den individuellen Bedürfnissen jedes Kindes zu verbessern, was durch die Verwirklichung folgender Ziele erreicht wird: Schaffung einer geeigneten Gemeinschaftsdienstinfrastruktur für Kinder, um Zugang zu hochwertigen Betreuungs- und Dienstleistungen entsprechend ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen zu bieten.Spezifisches Ziel 1: Gewährleistung der sozialen Inklusion und des gleichberechtigten Zugangs zu Dienstleistungen für Kinder mit Behinderungen und Kinder mit ständigem Pflegebedarf. Het projectvoorstel omvat het uitvoeren van reparatiewerkzaamheden ter uitbreiding van het bestaande Centrum voor Sociale Revalidatie en Integratie in het dorp Rudnik, gemeente Dolni Chiflik, met het oog op het opnemen van activiteiten voor het Day Care Center ter ondersteuning van kinderen met een handicap en hun gezinnen en het verbeteren van de toegang tot hoogwaardige zorg en dienstverlening in de gemeenschap naargelang de individuele behoeften van elk kind, hetgeen zal worden bereikt door de uitvoering van de volgende doelstellingen: Algemene doelstelling: Totstandbrenging van een passende infrastructuur voor gemeenschapsdiensten voor kinderen om toegang te bieden tot hoogwaardige zorg en diensten naar gelang van hun individuele behoeften.Specifieke doelstelling 1: Zorgen voor sociale inclusie en gelijke toegang tot diensten voor kinderen met een handicap en kinderen met constante zorg.Specifieke doelstelling 2: Zorgen voor adequate infrastructuur die bijdraagt tot lokale ontwikkeling, ongelijkheden op het gebied van gezondheidstoestand verminderen, betere sociale inclusie bevorderen door de toegang tot sociale, culturele en recreatieve diensten te verbeteren. La propuesta de proyecto incluye la realización de obras de reparación para ampliar el Centro de Rehabilitación e Integración Social existente en la aldea de Rudnik, municipio de Dolni Chiflik, con el fin de incluir actividades de guardería para apoyar a los niños con discapacidad y sus familias y mejorar el acceso a cuidados y servicios de calidad en la comunidad de acuerdo con las necesidades individuales de cada niño, lo que se logrará mediante la aplicación de los siguientes objetivos: Creación de una infraestructura de servicios comunitarios adecuada para que los niños puedan acceder a cuidados y servicios de calidad de acuerdo con sus necesidades individuales.
