Αντικείμενο του έργου είναι η κατασκευή νέου Βρεφονηπιακού Σταθμού Ολοκληρωμένης Φροντίδας στην περιοχή Ρουπάκι (O.T. Ρ17) του Δήμου Ασπροπύργου, σε οικόπεδο του Δήμου με συνολική επιφάνεια 1.400 τ.μ. περίπου. Η κύρια πρόσβαση στον βρεφονηπιακό σταθμό θα γίνεται από την δυτική πλευρά μέσω του αδιάνοικτου πεζόδρομου για την εξασφάλιση μεγαλύτερης ασφάλειας για τους χρήστες. Στην είσοδο αυτή έχουν προβλεφθεί και οι κατάλληλες κλίσεις για την πρόσβαση ατόμων με κινητικές δυσκολίες. Στην ανατολική πλευρά θα δημιουργηθεί μία δευτερεύουσα είσοδος με τη δυνατότητα προσέγγισης οχημάτων τροφοδοσίας καθώς και οχημάτων έκτακτης ανάγκης (ασθενοφόρο, πυροσβεστικό). Τέλος μία μικρή είσοδος θα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της βόρειας πλευράς για την αποκομιδή των ακαθάρτων καθώς και για την ανεξάρτητη πρόσβαση τεχνικού για την συντήρηση των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων. Στη βόρεια πλευρά θα χωροθετηθούν οι απαραίτητες θέσεις στάθμευσης για τη λειτουργία του βρεφονηπιακού σταθμού. Το κτήριο οργανώνεται σε 4 επί μέρους ενότητες. Οι επιμέρους χώροι που απαρτίζουν τις ενότητες είναι:- Ο κεντρικός διάδρομος, ο οποίος θα διαπερνά όλο το κτίριο συνδέοντας τις δύο εισόδους κύρια και βοηθητική, προσφέροντας πρόσβαση στο σύνολο των χώρων του βρεφονηπιακού σταθμού - Οι διδακτικές ενότητες τοποθετούνται νοτίως του διαδρόμου και θα έχουν όλες απ ευθείας πρόσβαση στην νότια αυλή. Αυτές οι ενότητες είναι οι εξής: α. Ενότητα βρεφών: Σε αυτή την ενότητα θα βρίσκονται 2 αίθουσες φιλοξενίας βρεφών (αίθουσα απασχόλησης και αίθουσα ύπνου βρεφών) καθώς και οι βοηθητικοί χώροι λειτουργίας (χώρος παρασκευής γάλακτος και χώρος αλλαγών λουτρού βρεφών). γ. Ενότητες νηπίων: Εδώ θα βρίσκονται δύο μεγάλες αίθουσες απασχόλησης νηπίων με πρόσβαση από κάθετο διάδρομο και δυνατότητα ενοποίησης σε περιπτώσεις κοινών δραστηριοτήτων. δ. Ενότητα νηπίων με αναπηρία: Εδώ θα βρίσκεται μία επιπλέον ενότητα απασχόλησης νηπίων με αναπηρία καθώς και βοηθητικοί χώροι όπως WC προσωπικού και κοινού καθώς και μία μικρή αποθήκη.- Διοικητικές και συμπληρωματικές λειτουργίες βόρεια του κεντρικού διαδρόμου. Συγκεκριμένα εδώ θα κατασκευαστούν το γραφείο διεύθυνσης, η μόνωση (χώρος παραμονής ασθενών παιδιών), χώρος προσωπικού, ένα γραφείο πολλαπλών χρήσεων, πλυντήριο στεγνωτήριο, χώρος ακαθάρτων και ειδών καθαριότητας, η κουζίνα, πρόσβαση στο δώμα, χώρος WC / λουτρού νηπίων, χώρος WC ΑΜΕΑ, αίθουσα ύπνου νηπίων με αναπηρία και αίθουσα ύπνου νηπίων. Μπροστά από τις αίθουσες απασχόλησης θα διαμορφωθεί ο αύλειος χώρος υπαίθριων δραστηριοτήτων των παιδιών, ο οποίος θα είναι σε ένα ενιαίο επίπεδο χωρίς σκαλιά που μπορούν να δυσκολέψουν το παιδικό παιχνίδι και ορίζεται από τις εισόδους ανατολικά και δυτικά του κτιρίου και τη νότια περίφραξη. The object of the project is the construction of a new Integrated Care Baby Station in the rupaki area (O.T. P17) of the Municipality of Aspropyrgos, on a plot of the Municipality with a total surface of about 1,400 sq.m. The main access to the nursery will be from the west side through the unopened pedestrian street to ensure greater safety for users. At this entrance, suitable gradients for the access of people with disabilities have been provided. On the east side there will be a secondary entrance with the possibility of approaching supply vehicles as well as emergency vehicles (ambulance, fire truck). Finally, a small entrance will be located in the centre of the north side for the collection of dirt and for independent technical access for the maintenance of electromechanical installations. On the north side will be seated the necessary parking spaces for the operation of the nursery. The building is organised into 4 sub-sections. The individual spaces that make up the sections are:- The main corridor, which will pass through the entire building connecting the two main and auxiliary entrances, offering access to all the nursery areas – The modules are located south of the corridor and will all have direct access to the south courtyard. These sections are as follows: A. Infants module: In this section there will be 2 nursery rooms (employment room and baby sleeping room) as well as the auxiliary operating areas (milk preparation area and baby bath change area). c. There will be two large nursery rooms with access from a vertical corridor and the possibility of integration in cases of joint activities. d. Disabled infants’ unit: There will be an additional employment module for children with disabilities as well as auxiliary spaces such as staff and public WC as well as a small warehouse.- Administrative and supplementary operations north of the central corridor. L’objet du projet est la construction d’une nouvelle station d’infanterie de soins intégrés dans la zone de Roupaki (O.T. P17) de la municipalité d’Aspropyrgos, sur un terrain de la municipalité d’une superficie totale de 1,400 m². L’accès principal à la crèche se fera du côté ouest par la rue piétonne non ouverte afin d’assurer une plus grande sécurité aux usagers. Des gradients appropriés pour l’accès des personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité ont été prévus à cette entrée. Du côté est, une entrée secondaire sera créée avec la possibilité d’approcher les véhicules de restauration ainsi que les véhicules d’urgence (ambulance, camion d’incendie). Enfin, une petite entrée sera située au centre du côté nord pour la collecte des eaux usées et un accès technique indépendant pour l’entretien des installations électromécaniques. Les places de stationnement nécessaires à l’exploitation de la crèche seront situées du côté nord. Le bâtiment est organisé en 4 sous-modules. Les espaces individuels qui composent les modules sont:- Le couloir principal, qui pénétrera l’ensemble du bâtiment en reliant les deux entrées principales et auxiliaires, donnant accès à tous les locaux de la crèche — Les modules sont situés au sud du hall et auront tous un accès direct à la cour sud. Ces sections sont les suivantes: a. Module nourrisson: Dans cette section, il y aura 2 chambres d’hébergement pour bébés (chambre d’occupation et chambre de couchage pour bébé) ainsi que des zones auxiliaires d’opération (zone de préparation du lait et bain à langer). Vous y trouverez deux grandes crèches avec accès par un couloir vertical et possibilité d’intégration en cas d’activités conjointes. Vous trouverez ici un module supplémentaire sur l’emploi des jeunes handicapés ainsi que des espaces auxiliaires tels que le personnel des WC et le public ainsi qu’un petit entrepôt.- Fonctions administratives et complémentaires au nord du couloir central. Plus précisément ici sera construit le bureau de gestion, l’isolation (résidence d’enfants malades), un espace personnel, un bureau polyvalent, une machine à laver, la blanchisserie et le nettoyage, la cuisine, l’accès au toit, WC/chambre pour tout-petit, WC salle à coucher handicapée, chambre à coucher pour tout-petits handicapés et la chambre à coucher des tout-petits. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau einer neuen Infanteriestation für integrierte Pflege im Gebiet von Roupaki (O.T. P17) der Gemeinde Aspropyrgos auf einem Grundstück der Gemeinde mit einer Gesamtfläche von 1,400 m². Der Hauptzugang zur Kinderkrippe wird von der Westseite über die ungeöffnete Fußgängerzone erfolgen, um eine größere Sicherheit für die Nutzer zu gewährleisten. An diesem Eingang wurden geeignete Steigungen für den Zugang von Personen mit Mobilitätsschwierigkeiten bereitgestellt. Auf der Ostseite wird ein Nebeneingang mit der Möglichkeit geschaffen, sich an Catering-Fahrzeuge sowie Notfahrzeuge (Krankenwagen, Feuerwehrwagen) zu nähern. Schließlich wird ein kleiner Eingang im Zentrum der Nordseite für die Sammlung von Abwasser und unabhängiger technischer Zugang für die Wartung elektromechanischer Anlagen liegen. Die für den Betrieb der Kinderkrippe erforderlichen Parkplätze befinden sich auf der Nordseite. Das Gebäude ist in 4 Teilmodulen organisiert. Die einzelnen Räume, aus denen sich die Module zusammensetzen, sind:- Der Hauptkorridor, der das gesamte Gebäude durch die Verbindung der beiden Eingänge Haupt- und Nebengebäude durchdringt und Zugang zu allen Räumlichkeiten der Kinderkrippe bietet – Die Module befinden sich südlich der Halle und haben alle direkten Zugang zum südlichen Innenhof. Diese Abschnitte sind wie folgt: a. Säuglingsmodul: In diesem Abschnitt gibt es 2 Baby-Unterkunftsräume (Beschäftigungsraum und Babyschlafzimmer) sowie zusätzliche Operationsbereiche (Milchvorbereitungsbereich und Wickelbad). Hier finden Sie zwei große Kinderzimmer mit Zugang von einem vertikalen Korridor und die Möglichkeit der Integration bei gemeinsamen Aktivitäten. Hier finden Sie ein zusätzliches Modul der Jugendbeschäftigung mit Behinderungen sowie Nebenräume wie WC-Personal und Öffentlichkeit sowie ein kleines Lagerhaus.- Verwaltungs- und komplementäre Funktionen nördlich des zentralen Korridors. Het doel van het project is de bouw van een nieuw Infanteriestation van geïntegreerde zorg in het gebied van Roupaki (O.T. P17) van de gemeente Aspropyrgos, op een perceel van de gemeente met een totale oppervlakte van 1,400 m². De belangrijkste toegang tot de crèche zal vanaf de westkant via de ongeopende voetgangersstraat worden gemaakt om de veiligheid voor de gebruikers te vergroten. Aan deze ingang zijn passende gradiënten voor toegang voor personen met mobiliteitsmoeilijkheden verstrekt. Aan de oostkant zal een secundaire ingang worden gecreëerd met de mogelijkheid om zowel cateringvoertuigen als hulpvoertuigen (ambulance, brandweerwagen) te benaderen. Ten slotte bevindt zich in het centrum van de noordkant een kleine ingang voor de opvang van afvalwater en onafhankelijke technische toegang voor het onderhoud van elektromechanische installaties. Oggetto del progetto è la costruzione di una nuova Stazione di Fanteria di Assistenza Integrata nella zona di Roupaki (O.T. P17) del Comune di Aspropyrgos, su un terreno del comune con una superficie totale di 1,400 m². L'accesso principale all'asilo nido avverrà dal lato ovest attraverso la strada pedonale non aperta per garantire maggiore sicurezza agli utenti. A questo ingresso sono stati forniti gradienti adeguati per l'accesso per le persone con difficoltà di mobilità. Sul lato est verrà creato un ingresso secondario con la possibilità di avvicinarsi ai veicoli di ristorazione e ai veicoli di emergenza (ambulanza, camion dei vigili del fuoco).
