Investicija predvideva razširitev poslovne cone Otiški vrh v občini Dravograd, saj obstoječa cona nima vse potrebne infrastrukture, ki bi omogočala njeno normalno delovanje. V okviru investicije je predvidena izgradnja komunalne, informacijske, energetske in prometne infrastrukture na skupni površini 3,44 ha in sicer z namenom vzpostavitve primarnih infrastrukturnih pogojev za razvoj podjetništva in s tem povezan hitrejši gospodarski razvoj. Glavni cilji projekta so predvsem ustvarjanje novih delovnih mest, spodbujanje inovacij, privabljanje investicij ter spodbujanje nastajanja in izboljšanja poslovanja MSP, kar pa se bo odražalo zlasti pri hitrejšem gospodarskem razvoju, večji konkurenčnosti občine kot tudi Koroške razvojne regije in predvsem izboljšanju blagostanja lokalnega prebivalstva. Predvidene so naslednje vrste stroškov: stroški gradnje, stroški storitev zunanjih izvajalcev ter stroški informiranja in komuniciranja. (Slovenian)

The investment foresees the extension of the business zone Otiški vrh in the municipality of Dravograd, as the existing zone does not have all the necessary infrastructure to enable its normal operation. As part of the investment, the construction of municipal, information, energy and transport infrastructure on a total area of 3.44 ha is planned with a view to establishing primary infrastructure conditions for the development of entrepreneurship and the associated faster economic development. The main objectives of the project are primarily the creation of new jobs, the promotion of innovation, attracting investments and the promotion of the creation and improvement of the business of SMEs, which will be reflected in the acceleration of economic development, the increased competitiveness of the municipality as well as the Carinthia development region and, above all, the improvement of the well-being of the local population. The following types of costs are foreseen: construction costs, external service costs and information and communication costs. (English)

L’investissement prévoit l’extension de la zone d’activité Otiški vrh dans la municipalité de Dravograd, étant donné que la zone existante ne dispose pas de toutes les infrastructures nécessaires pour permettre son fonctionnement normal. Dans le cadre de l’investissement, la construction d’infrastructures municipales, d’information, d’énergie et de transport sur une superficie totale de 3,44 ha est prévue en vue d’établir des conditions d’infrastructure primaires pour le développement de l’esprit d’entreprise et le développement économique plus rapide qui en découle. Les principaux objectifs du projet sont principalement la création de nouveaux emplois, la promotion de l’innovation, l’attraction des investissements et la promotion de la création et de l’amélioration de l’activité des PME, ce qui se traduira par l’accélération du développement économique, l’accroissement de la compétitivité de la commune ainsi que de la région de développement de la Carinthie et, surtout, l’amélioration du bien-être de la population locale. Les types de coûts suivants sont prévus: les coûts de construction, les coûts de services externes et les coûts d’information et de communication. (French)

Die Investition sieht die Erweiterung der Geschäftszone Otiški vrh in der Gemeinde Dravograd vor, da die bestehende Zone nicht über die erforderliche Infrastruktur verfügt, um ihren normalen Betrieb zu ermöglichen. Im Rahmen der Investitionen ist der Bau von kommunalen, Informations-, Energie- und Verkehrsinfrastrukturen auf einer Gesamtfläche von 3,44 ha geplant, um primäre Infrastrukturbedingungen für die Entwicklung des Unternehmertums und die damit verbundene schnellere wirtschaftliche Entwicklung zu schaffen. Die Hauptziele des Projekts sind in erster Linie die Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze, die Förderung von Innovationen, die Anziehung von Investitionen und die Förderung der Gründung und Verbesserung der Unternehmen der KMU, was sich in der Beschleunigung der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung, der Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Gemeinde und der Entwicklungsregion Kärnten und vor allem in der Verbesserung des Wohlergehens der lokalen Bevölkerung niederschlägt. Folgende Arten von Kosten sind vorgesehen: Baukosten, externe Servicekosten sowie Informations- und Kommunikationskosten. (German)

De investering voorziet in de uitbreiding van de bedrijfszone Otiški vrh in de gemeente Dravograd, aangezien de bestaande zone niet over alle nodige infrastructuur beschikt om de normale exploitatie ervan mogelijk te maken. In het kader van de investering is de bouw van gemeentelijke, informatie-, energie- en vervoersinfrastructuur op een totale oppervlakte van 3,44 ha gepland met het oog op het scheppen van primaire infrastructuurvoorwaarden voor de ontwikkeling van ondernemerschap en de daarmee gepaard gaande snellere economische ontwikkeling. De belangrijkste doelstellingen van het project zijn in de eerste plaats het scheppen van nieuwe banen, de bevordering van innovatie, het aantrekken van investeringen en de bevordering van de oprichting en verbetering van het bedrijfsleven van het MKB, hetgeen tot uiting zal komen in de versnelling van de economische ontwikkeling, de vergroting van het concurrentievermogen van de gemeente en de regio Karinthië en vooral de verbetering van het welzijn van de lokale bevolking. De volgende soorten kosten zijn voorzien: bouwkosten, externe servicekosten en informatie- en communicatiekosten. (Dutch)

L'investimento prevede l'estensione della zona commerciale Otiški vrh nel comune di Dravograd, in quanto la zona esistente non dispone di tutte le infrastrutture necessarie per consentirne il normale funzionamento. Nell'ambito dell'investimento, è prevista la costruzione di infrastrutture municipali, di informazione, di energia e di trasporto su una superficie totale di 3,44 ha, al fine di creare le condizioni delle infrastrutture primarie per lo sviluppo dell'imprenditorialità e il conseguente più rapido sviluppo economico. Gli obiettivi principali del progetto sono principalmente la creazione di nuovi posti di lavoro, la promozione dell'innovazione, l'attrazione degli investimenti e la promozione della creazione e del miglioramento dell'attività delle PMI, che si rifletterà nell'accelerazione dello sviluppo economico, nell'accresciuta competitività del comune e nella regione di sviluppo della Carinzia e, soprattutto, nel miglioramento del benessere della popolazione locale. La inversión prevé la ampliación de la zona comercial Otiški vrh en el municipio de Dravograd, ya que la zona existente no dispone de toda la infraestructura necesaria para permitir su funcionamiento normal. Como parte de la inversión, se prevé la construcción de infraestructuras municipales, de información, energéticas y de transporte en una superficie total de 3,44 hectáreas, con el fin de establecer las condiciones de infraestructura primaria para el desarrollo del espíritu empresarial y el consiguiente desarrollo económico más rápido. Los principales objetivos del proyecto son principalmente la creación de nuevos puestos de trabajo, la promoción de la innovación, la atracción de inversiones y la promoción de la creación y mejora del negocio de las PYMES, que se reflejarán en la aceleración del desarrollo económico, el aumento de la competitividad del municipio y la región de desarrollo de Carintia y, sobre todo, la mejora del bienestar de la población local.
