Mestna občina Nova Gorica namerava graditi poslovno-ekonomsko cono Nova Gorica-Kromberk. Nameravani poseg, katerega investitor bo MONG, obsega ureditev cestnih povezav in komunalne infrastrukture za novo PEC, ki se bo razprostirala na površini 4,43 ha. Poseg vključuje gradnjo: dostopnih cest v skupni dolžini 747 m (cesta D dolžine 345 m; cesta E dolžine 300 m, cesta F dolžine 102 m), vodovoda različnih dimenzij (DN 125 mm, DN 150 mm in DN 250 mm) v skupni dolžini 1.622,3 m, fekalne kanalizacije (DN 250 mm in DN 400 mm) v skupni dolžini 360,2 m, padavinske kanalizacije različnih dimenzij (DN 250-800 mm) v skupni dolžini 1.078,1 m, gradbenih del za elektro kabelsko kanalizacijo v skupni dolžini 488 m ter NN elektroenergetskega omrežja v skupni dolžini 530 m ter gradbenih del za novo transformatorsko postajo Surovina (2 x 1000 kVA), ki bo nadomestila obstoječo TP Surovina, javne razsvetljave v skupni dolžini dolžini 842 m, gradbenih del za telekomunikacijski vod v skupni dolžini 580 m, 112m3 požarne vode. The municipality of Nova Gorica intends to build the business and economic zone Nova Gorica-Kromberk. The proposed intervention, of which MONG will be an investor, consists of the regulation of road connections and utilities infrastructure for the new SEZ, which will extend over an area of 4.43 ha. The intervention involves the construction of: accessible roads with a total length of 747 m (road D 345 m long; road E 300 m long, road F 102 m long), plumbing of various dimensions (DN 125 mm, DN 150 mm and DN 250 mm) in a total length of 1 622.3 m, faecal sewage (DN 250 mm and DN 400 mm) in total length of 360.2 m, precipitation sewers of various dimensions (DN 250-800 mm) in a total length of 1 078.1 m, construction works for electrical cable sewers of a total length of 488 m and NN of the power grid of a total length of 530 m and construction works for the new Surovina transformer station (2 x 1000 kVA), which will replace the existing TP Surovina, public lighting with a total length of 842 m, construction works for a telecommunications line of a total length of 580 m, 112 m³ of fire water.
