Cílem projektu je posílit kapacitu a profesionalizaci Národní rady osob se zdravotním postižením ČR a to prostřednictvím vytvoření systému strategického rozvoje, fundraisingu, vytvoření plánu lidských zdrojů, marketingového plánu a rozvoje služeb. V rámci projektu se budeme věnovat především rozvoji pracovníků prostřednictvím vzdělávání ať již v manažerských dovednostech tak odborných znalostech. V rámci projektu bude pilotně ověřena PR kampaň. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to strengthen the capacity and professionalisation of the National Council of Persons with Disabilities of the Czech Republic through the creation of a system of strategic development, fundraising, the creation of a human resources plan, a marketing plan and the development of services. As part of the project, we will focus mainly on the development of workers through education, whether in managerial skills and professional knowledge. The project will be piloted by a PR campaign. L’objectif de ce projet est de renforcer les capacités et la professionnalisation du Conseil national des personnes handicapées de la République tchèque par la création d’un système de développement stratégique, de collecte de fonds, d’un plan de ressources humaines, d’un plan de commercialisation et de développement des services. Dans le cadre du projet, nous nous concentrerons principalement sur le développement des travailleurs par l’éducation, qu’il s’agisse de compétences managériales et de connaissances professionnelles. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Kapazität und Professionalisierung des Nationalen Rates von Menschen mit Behinderungen der Tschechischen Republik durch die Schaffung eines Systems der strategischen Entwicklung, des Fundraisings, der Erstellung eines Personalplans, eines Marketingplans und der Entwicklung von Dienstleistungen zu stärken. Im Rahmen des Projekts konzentrieren wir uns vor allem auf die Entwicklung von Arbeitskräften durch Bildung, sei es in Führungskompetenzen und beruflichen Kenntnissen. Das Projekt wird die PR-Kampagne testen. (German)

Het doel van het project is de capaciteit en professionalisering van de Nationale Raad van personen met een handicap van de Tsjechische Republiek te versterken door het opzetten van een systeem van strategische ontwikkeling, fondsenwerving, het opstellen van een personeelsplan, een marketingplan en de ontwikkeling van diensten. Als onderdeel van het project zullen we ons vooral richten op de ontwikkeling van werknemers door middel van onderwijs, of het nu gaat om managementvaardigheden en professionele kennis. Nell'ambito del progetto, ci concentreremo principalmente sullo sviluppo dei lavoratori attraverso l'istruzione, sia nelle competenze manageriali e nelle conoscenze professionali.
