Cílem projektu je navázat na tradici komunitního plánování ve městě Ústí nad Labem, která probíhá nepřetržitě od roku 1999 a nově ji rozšířit na celé území SO ORP Ústí nad Labem. Realizací komunitního plánování bude podpořena spolupráce zadavatelů, poskytovatelů sociálních služeb, jejich uživatelů a dalších subjektů v SO ORP Ústí nad Labem při plánování a realizaci efektivního nastavení a zajištění sociálních služeb a služeb sociálním službám blízkým. The aim of the project is to build on the tradition of community planning in the town of Ústí nad Labem, which has been running continuously since 1999 and newly extended to the entire territory of the SO ORP Ústí nad Labem. The implementation of community planning will support the cooperation of contracting entities, social service providers, their users and other entities in the SO ORP Ústí nad Labem in planning and implementing effective set-up and provision of social services and services close to them. L’objectif de ce projet est de s’appuyer sur la tradition d’aménagement communautaire de la ville d’Ústí nad Labem, qui fonctionne sans interruption depuis 1999 et qui l’a récemment étendue à l’ensemble du territoire de SO ORP Ústí nad Labem. La mise en œuvre de la planification communautaire soutiendra la coopération des pouvoirs adjudicateurs, des prestataires de services sociaux, de leurs utilisateurs et d’autres entités au sein de l’OS ORP Ústí nad Labem dans la planification et la mise en œuvre de la mise en place et de la fourniture efficaces de services sociaux et de services sociaux aux proches. Ziel des Projekts ist es, auf der Tradition der Gemeindeplanung in der Stadt Ústí nad Labem aufzubauen, die seit 1999 kontinuierlich läuft und neu auf das gesamte Gebiet von SO ORP Ústí nad Labem erweitert wird. Die Umsetzung der Gemeinschaftsplanung wird die Zusammenarbeit von öffentlichen Auftraggebern, Sozialdienstleistern, ihren Nutzern und anderen Einrichtungen im ORP Ústí nad Labem SO bei der Planung und Umsetzung der wirksamen Einrichtung und Bereitstellung von Sozialdienstleistungen und sozialen Dienstleistungen für Angehörige unterstützen.
