Projekt řeší protipovodňovou ochranu zastavěného území Obce Libchavy (okres Ústí nad Orlicí) před povodňovými průtoky na Libchavském potoce a na jeho bočních přítocích. Délka řešeného úseku Libchavského potoka činí 5,080 km, celkový počet bočních přítoků s kritickými body je 10. V projektu budou posuzovány tyto typy protipovodňových opatření; 1) výstavba retenčních nádrží na přítocích Libchavského potoka, 2) zvýšení průtočné kapacity Libchavského potoka v dílčích úsecích zastavěného území obce. The project deals with flood protection of the built-up area of Libchavy (county Ústí nad Orlicí) from flooding in Libchavský Brook and its lateral tributaries. The length of the Libchavský creek section is 5.080 km, the total number of side tributaries with critical points is 10. These types of flood control measures will be assessed in the project; 1) the construction of retention reservoirs on the tributaries of the Libchavský creek, 2) increasing the flow capacity of the Libchavský Stream in subsections of the built-up area of the municipality. Le projet porte sur la protection contre les inondations de la zone bâtie de la municipalité de Libchava (district d’Ústí nad Orlicí) contre les crues sur la Libchavský potok et ses affluents latéraux. La longueur de la section Libchavský potok est de 5,080 km, le nombre total de affluents latéraux avec des points critiques est de 10. Le projet évaluera ces types de mesures de lutte contre les inondations; 1) construction de réservoirs de rétention sur les affluents de Libchavský potok, 2) augmentation de la capacité d’écoulement du ruisseau Libchavský dans les sous-sections de la zone bâtie de la municipalité. Das Projekt befasst sich mit dem Hochwasserschutz des bebauten Gebiets der Gemeinde Libchava (Bezirk Ústí nad Orlicí) vor Überschwemmungen auf dem Libchavský potok und seinen seitlichen Nebenflüssen. Die Länge des Abschnitts Libchavský potok beträgt 5,080 km, die Gesamtzahl der Nebenflüsse mit kritischen Punkten beträgt 10. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden diese Arten von Hochwasserschutzmaßnahmen bewertet; 1) Bau von Stauseen an Nebenflüssen von Libchavský potok, 2) Erhöhung der Durchflusskapazität des Baches Libchavský in den Unterabschnitten der bebauten Fläche der Gemeinde.
