Poldr je navržen pro zachycení dešťových vod z přilehlých lokalit (polí), které v minulosti často zaplavovaly objekty položené níže v obci. Stavba má tedy účel protipovodňového opatření, které ochrání zdraví, životy a majetek vlastníků níže ležících nemovitosti. Stavba bude mít i pozitivní vliv na ŽP. Významně se zvýší retenční schopnost území, zpomalí se povrchový odtok vody. Hladina stálého nadržení zvýší ekologickou stabilitu území, celkově dojde ke zvýšení biodiverzity v okolí poldru. (Czech)

Le Poldr est conçu pour capter l’eau de pluie de sites adjacents (champs), qui, dans le passé, ont souvent inondé des objets posés ci-dessous dans le village. La construction a donc pour objet une mesure de lutte contre les inondations qui protège la santé, la vie et les biens des propriétaires de la propriété sous-jacente. La construction aura également un effet positif sur l’EF. La capacité de rétention de la zone sera considérablement augmentée, le ruissellement à la surface de l’eau sera ralenti. Der Bau hat daher den Zweck einer Hochwasserschutzmaßnahme, die die Gesundheit, das Leben und das Eigentum der Eigentümer des unterlegenen Grundstücks schützt. Der Bau wird sich auch positiv auf das EVU auswirken. Die Retentionskapazität des Gebiets wird deutlich erhöht, der Oberflächenabfluss des Wassers wird verlangsamt.
