Projekt je určen osoby mladší 30 let (tj. do 29 let vč.), které nemohou dostatečně konkurovat na trhu práce ostatním uchazečům o zaměstnání (UoZ) z důvodu chybějící praxe a zkušeností. Za pomocí cílených nástrojů a opatření APZ, zejména odborné praxe a krátkodobé pracovní příležitosti, se zvýší zaměstnatelnost této cílové skupiny. Hlavní aktivity budou dále doplněny dle potřeby jednotlivých UoZ o rekvalifikace a odborná školení, která podpoří připravenost cílové skupiny pro nástup do zaměstnání. (Czech)

The project is intended for persons under the age of 30 (i.e. under the age of 29 incl.), who cannot compete sufficiently in the labour market for other jobseekers (UOZ) due to lack of experience and experience. The employability of this target group will be increased through targeted tools and measures of APZ, in particular professional experience and short-term employment opportunities. The main activities will also be complemented according to the needs of individual UOZs by retraining and professional training, which will support the preparedness of the target group for taking up employment. Le projet s’adresse aux personnes de moins de 30 ans (c’est-à-dire jusqu’à 29 ans, y compris) qui ne peuvent pas concurrencer suffisamment sur le marché du travail d’autres demandeurs d’emploi (UOZ) en raison d’un manque d’expérience et d’expérience. Les instruments ciblés et les mesures de l’APP, en particulier l’expérience professionnelle et les possibilités d’emploi à court terme, permettront d’accroître l’employabilité de ce groupe cible. Les principales activités seront complétées, le cas échéant, par le recyclage et la formation professionnelle, qui contribueront à la préparation du groupe cible à l’insertion professionnelle. Das Projekt richtet sich an Personen unter 30 Jahren (d. h. bis zu 29 Jahre inkl.), die aufgrund mangelnder Erfahrung und Erfahrung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt nicht ausreichend mit anderen Arbeitsuchenden (UOZ) konkurrieren können. Gezielte Instrumente und APP-Maßnahmen, insbesondere Berufserfahrung und kurzfristige Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten, werden die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit dieser Zielgruppe verbessern. Die wichtigsten Aktivitäten werden gegebenenfalls durch Umschulung und Berufsausbildung ergänzt, die die Bereitschaft der Zielgruppe zur Aufnahme einer Beschäftigung unterstützen. (German)

Gerichte instrumenten en APP-maatregelen, met name werkervaring en arbeidskansen op korte termijn, zullen de inzetbaarheid van deze doelgroep vergroten. Il progetto è destinato a persone di età inferiore ai 30 anni (fino a 29 anni incl.) che non possono competere a sufficienza sul mercato del lavoro con altre persone in cerca di lavoro (UOZ) a causa della mancanza di esperienza e di esperienza.
