Le projet porte sur l'encadrement et l'accompagnement d'un public en difficulté d'insertion par une mise en situation de travail autour de différents supports. Le projet offre d'une part une mise en situation de travail autour d'une exploitation agricole. Le public en difficultés d'insertion est recruté en contrat à durée déterminée d'insertion. Il est formé et encadré par un technicien maraîcher afin d'acquérir rapidement les compétences nécessaires à l'exploitation des terres. Parallèlement, un accompagnement socioprofessionnel permet aux salariés en insertion de travailler sur les difficultés sociales et la recherche d'emploi ou de formation. D'autre part, le projet prévoit des missions d'animation en agroécologie auprès de publics adultes et enfants, permettant ainsi l’acquisition de nouvelles compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles, pédagogiques, d’organisation et d’adaptation à différents publics. Ces actions déjà initiées de manière ponctuelle sur nos fermes et chez nos partenaires (écoles, centres sociaux, hôpitaux, etc) depuis 2015 se développent et mobilisent depuis 2017 un encadrant technique et une équipe de salariés de jardins affectés totalement ou partiellement à ces activités. Enfin, le projet offre une mise en situation de travail autour de la livraison à vélo. Le public en difficultés d'insertion est formé et encadré par un technicien logistique afin d'acquérir les compétences nécessaires à la prise en charge de commande, à la relation client et à la réalisation des livraisons. L'exploitation de Riantec accueille en moyenne 16 salariés en insertion en CDDI, 2 livreurs en CUI-CAE, encadrés par 4 maraichers (3.5 ETP dont 1 pour les animations) et 1 encadrant logistique et accompagnés par 1 chargée d'insertion. Ils produisent des fruits et légumes bio sur 2 hectares et réalisent plus de 180 paniers chaque semaine. L'exploitation de Pont-Scorff accueille en moyenne 16 salariés en insertion, encadrés par 2 maraichers et un 3ème maraîcher intervenant en saison, et accompagnés par 1 chargée d'insertion. The project focuses on the supervision and support of an audience in difficulty of insertion by putting in a working situation around different media. Das Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Betreuung und Begleitung eines Publikums, das sich in Schwierigkeiten mit der Eingliederung befindet, indem es sich um verschiedene Materialien in den Arbeitssituationen einstellt. Das Projekt bietet einerseits einen Arbeitsplatz um einen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb herum. Personen mit Eingliederungsschwierigkeiten werden in einem befristeten Eingliederungsvertrag eingestellt. Er wird von einem Gärtechniker ausgebildet und betreut, um schnell die Fähigkeiten zu erwerben, die für die Landnutzung erforderlich sind. Gleichzeitig ermöglicht eine sozioprofessionelle Begleitung den eingliederungswilligen Arbeitnehmern die Möglichkeit, an sozialen Problemen und der Suche nach Arbeit oder Ausbildung zu arbeiten. Auf der anderen Seite sieht das Projekt Animationsmissionen in der Agrarökologie bei Erwachsenen und Kindern vor, die den Erwerb neuer kommunikativer, pädagogischer, organisatorischer und an verschiedene Zielgruppen angepasster Fähigkeiten ermöglichen. Diese Maßnahmen, die bereits seit 2015 punktuell auf unseren Farmen und bei unseren Partnern (Schulen, Sozialzentren, Krankenhäuser usw.) eingeleitet wurden, entwickeln sich und mobilisieren seit 2017 einen technischen Begleiter und ein Team von Gartenarbeitern, die ganz oder teilweise diesen Tätigkeiten zugewiesen sind. Schließlich bietet das Projekt eine Arbeitssituation rund um die Lieferung mit dem Fahrrad. Het project richt zich op de begeleiding en ondersteuning van een publiek dat moeite heeft met inbrengen door een werkende situatie rond verschillende media te plaatsen. Het project biedt enerzijds een werksituatie rond een landbouwbedrijf. Het publiek met integratiemoeilijkheden wordt aangeworven met een arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd. Hij wordt opgeleid en begeleid door een tuintechnicus om snel de vaardigheden te verwerven die nodig zijn voor de exploitatie van het land. Tegelijkertijd stelt sociaal-professionele ondersteuning werknemers bij integratie in staat om te werken aan sociale problemen en het zoeken naar werk of opleiding. Anderzijds voorziet het project in animatiemissies in de agro-ecologie voor volwassenen en kinderen, waardoor nieuwe interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden kunnen worden verworven, pedagogisch kunnen worden georganiseerd en aangepast aan verschillende doelgroepen. Deze acties zijn al op ad-hocbasis van start gegaan op onze boerderijen en bij onze partners (scholen, sociale centra, ziekenhuizen, enz.) en zijn sinds 2017 bezig met de ontwikkeling en mobilisering van een technisch manager en een team van tuinwerkers die geheel of gedeeltelijk betrokken zijn bij deze activiteiten. Tot slot biedt het project een werksituatie rond de fietsbezorging. Het publiek in integratiemoeilijkheden wordt opgeleid en gecontroleerd door een logistiek technicus om de vaardigheden te verwerven die nodig zijn om de order, de klantrelatie en de uitvoering van leveringen op zich te nemen. De werking van Riantec heeft gemiddeld 16 medewerkers in CDDI, 2 bezorgers in CUI-CAE, onder toezicht van 4 Maraichers (3,5 VTE’s waarvan 1 voor animaties) en 1 logistiek manager en begeleid door 1 invoegingsambtenaar. Ze produceren biologische groenten en fruit op 2 hectare en produceren meer dan 180 manden per week. De boerderij Pont-Scorff heeft een gemiddelde van 16 werknemers in integratie, onder toezicht van 2 moerassers en een derde moestuin tijdens het seizoen, vergezeld door 1 persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor het inbrengen. Il progetto si concentra sulla supervisione e il sostegno di un pubblico in difficoltà di inserimento mettendo in una situazione di lavoro intorno a diversi media. Il progetto offre, da un lato, una situazione di lavoro intorno ad un'azienda agricola. Il pubblico con difficoltà di integrazione viene assunto con un contratto a tempo determinato. È formato e supervisionato da un tecnico del giardino di mercato al fine di acquisire rapidamente le competenze necessarie per lo sfruttamento del terreno. Al tempo stesso, il sostegno socioprofessionale consente ai lavoratori in fase di integrazione di lavorare sulle difficoltà sociali e sulla ricerca di un lavoro o di una formazione. D'altro canto, il progetto prevede missioni di animazione in agroecologia al pubblico adulto e ai bambini, consentendo così l'acquisizione di nuove capacità interpersonali e comunicative, pedagogiche, organizzative e adattabili a un pubblico diverso. Queste azioni già avviate su base ad hoc sulle nostre aziende agricole e presso i nostri partner (scuole, centri sociali, ospedali, ecc.) dal 2015 stanno sviluppando e mobilitando dal 2017 un responsabile tecnico e un team di operatori del giardinaggio che sono stati coinvolti in tutto o in parte in queste attività. Infine, il progetto offre una situazione di lavoro intorno alla consegna di biciclette. Il pubblico in difficoltà di integrazione è formato e supervisionato da un tecnico logistico al fine di acquisire le competenze necessarie per prendere in carico l'ordine, il rapporto con il cliente e l'esecuzione delle consegne. L'attività di Riantec conta in media 16 dipendenti in CDDI, 2 fornitori in CUI-CAE, sotto la supervisione di 4 Maraichers (3,5 ETP di cui 1 per animazioni) e 1 responsabile logistico e accompagnato da 1 responsabile dell'inserimento. Producono frutta e verdura biologica su 2 ettari e producono più di 180 cesti ogni settimana. El proyecto se centra en la supervisión y el apoyo de un público en dificultad de inserción poniendo en una situación de trabajo alrededor de diferentes medios de comunicación. El proyecto ofrece, por un lado, una situación de trabajo en torno a una explotación agrícola. El público con dificultades de integración se contrata con un contrato de duración determinada. Es entrenado y supervisado por un técnico de jardinería de mercado con el fin de adquirir rápidamente las habilidades necesarias para la explotación de la tierra. Al mismo tiempo, el apoyo socioprofesional permite a los trabajadores en integración trabajar en dificultades sociales y en la búsqueda de empleo o formación.
