SM D'AMENAGEMENT ET DE GESTION DU PARC NATUREL REGIONAL DU HAUT-LANGUEDOC

L'objectif est de poursuivre la vulgarisation et d'approfondir le travail mené depuis plusieurs années sur les prairies naturelles en le renforçant de données scientifiques, améliorant les connaissances et aboutir à un conseil et un accompagnement plus précis des exploitants. Il se subdivise en deux parties : - une phase de vulgarisation plus large de l'utilité des milieux ouverts herbacés dans les systèmes d'exploitation, comprenant : o l'organisation d'ateliers locaux ouverts à tous les éleveurs permettant une formation continue, un accompagnement collectif... o l'organisation d'une journée annuelle de formation-échange (savoirs fondamentaux et ateliers pratiques) o la réalisation de supports de communication (principalement vidéos et bulletin annuel) - un travail de recherche appliquée sur les caractéristiques écologiques et agronomiques des prairies naturelles en partenariat avec le Conservatoire Botanique National des Pyrénées et de Midi-Pyrénées (CBNPMP) et l'Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA). Ces deux dernières structures ont élaboré un outil permettant de caractériser les prairies d'un point de vue botaniste et d'un point de vue agronomique. Il s'agit maintenant de le tester sur le territoire du Haut-Languedoc. Les apports que permettront ces indices dans la connaissance des prairies naturelles conforteront la dynamique et auront pour vocation à être versés dans les supports de vulgarisation à destination des éleveurs. The aim is to continue extension and deepen the work carried out over several years on natural grasslands by strengthening scientific data, improving knowledge and leading to more precise advice and support for farmers. It is divided into two parts: — a wider extension phase of the utility of open grassy environments in operating systems, including: O the organisation of local workshops open to all breeders allowing continuous training, collective support... o the organisation of an annual training day-exchange (basic knowledge and practical workshops) o the production of communication materials (mainly videos and annual newsletter) — an applied research work on the ecological and agronomic characteristics of natural meadows in partnership with the Conservatoire Botanique National des Pyrénées et de Midi-Pyrénées (CBNPMP) and the Institut National de la Recherche Agronomiques (INRA). The latter two structures have developed a tool to characterise grasslands from a botanistic and agronomic point of view. It is now a question of testing it on the territory of Haut-Languedoc. The contributions that these indices will allow in the knowledge of natural meadows will reinforce the dynamics and will have as their purpose to be poured into the extension media for livestock farmers. Ziel ist es, die Beratung und die seit mehreren Jahren geleistete Arbeit an Naturgrünland fortzusetzen, indem die wissenschaftlichen Daten verbessert, die Kenntnisse verbessert und eine genauere Beratung und Begleitung der Landwirte erreicht werden. Er gliedert sich in zwei Teile: — eine breitere Phase der Verbreitung des Nutzens offener krautiger Umgebungen in Betriebssystemen, einschließlich: O Veranstaltung lokaler Workshops, die allen Züchtern offenstehen, die eine kontinuierliche Ausbildung, eine kollektive Begleitung... o die Organisation eines jährlichen Schulungs- und Austauschtages (Grundkenntnisse und praktische Workshops) oder die Durchführung von Kommunikationsmaterialien (hauptsächlich Videos und Jahresbulletin) – angewandte Forschungsarbeiten zu den ökologischen und agronomischen Merkmalen der Naturwiesen in Partnerschaft mit dem Botanischen Konservatorium für Pyrenäen und Midi-Pyrénées (CBNPMP) und dem Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA). Diese beiden letztgenannten Strukturen haben ein Instrument entwickelt, mit dem die Wiesen aus botanischer und agronomischer Sicht gekennzeichnet werden können. Es geht nun darum, es auf dem Gebiet des Oberen Languedoc zu testen. Der Beitrag, den diese Indizes in die Kenntnis der natürlichen Wiesen ermöglichen, wird die Dynamik stärken und in die für die Züchter bestimmten Beratungsmedien gegossen werden. (German)

Het doel is de uitbreiding en verdieping van het werk dat gedurende meerdere jaren op natuurlijke graslanden is verricht, voort te zetten door de wetenschappelijke gegevens te versterken, de kennis te verbeteren en te leiden tot nauwkeuriger advies en ondersteuning voor landbouwers. Het bestaat uit twee delen: een bredere uitbreidingsfase van het nut van open grasrijke omgevingen in besturingssystemen, met inbegrip van: O de organisatie van lokale workshops die openstaan voor alle fokkers, die permanente opleiding, collectieve ondersteuning mogelijk maken... o de organisatie van een jaarlijkse trainingsdaguitwisseling (basiskennis en praktische workshops) o de productie van communicatiemateriaal (voornamelijk video’s en jaarlijkse nieuwsbrief) — een toegepast onderzoek naar de ecologische en agronomische kenmerken van natuurlijke weiden in samenwerking met het Conservatorium Botanique National des Pyrénées et de Midi-Pyrénées (CBNPMP) en het Institut National de la Recherche Agronomiques (INRA). De laatste twee structuren hebben een instrument ontwikkeld om graslanden te karakteriseren vanuit een botanistisch en agronomisch oogpunt. Het is nu een kwestie van testen op het grondgebied van Haut-Languedoc. De bijdragen die deze indexen in de kennis van natuurlijke weiden mogelijk zullen maken, zullen de dynamiek versterken en als doel hebben om in de extensiemedia voor veehouders te worden gegoten. L'obiettivo è continuare a estendere e approfondire il lavoro svolto nel corso di diversi anni sulle praterie naturali rafforzando i dati scientifici, migliorando le conoscenze e portando a una consulenza e a un sostegno più precisi per gli agricoltori. È diviso in due parti: — una più ampia fase di estensione dell'utilità di ambienti erbosi aperti nei sistemi operativi, tra cui: O l'organizzazione di laboratori locali aperti a tutti gli allevatori che consentano la formazione continua, il sostegno collettivo... o l'organizzazione di uno scambio annuale di giornate di formazione (conoscenze di base e laboratori pratici) o la produzione di materiale di comunicazione (principalmente video e newsletter annuale) — un lavoro di ricerca applicata sulle caratteristiche ecologiche e agronomiche dei prati naturali in collaborazione con il Conservatoire Botanique National des Pyrénées et de Midi-Pyrénées (CBNPMP) e l'Institut National de la Recherche Agronomiques (INRA). Queste ultime due strutture hanno sviluppato uno strumento per caratterizzare le praterie dal punto di vista botanico e agronomico. Si tratta ora di testarlo sul territorio dell'Haut-Languedoc. I contributi che questi indici permetteranno nella conoscenza dei prati naturali rafforzeranno la dinamica e avranno come scopo di essere riversati nei supporti di estensione per gli allevatori. El objetivo es continuar ampliando y profundizando el trabajo realizado a lo largo de varios años en los pastizales naturales reforzando los datos científicos, mejorando los conocimientos y dando lugar a un asesoramiento y apoyo más precisos para los agricultores. Se divide en dos partes: — una fase de ampliación más amplia de la utilidad de los entornos herbáceos abiertos en los sistemas operativos, incluyendo: O la organización de talleres locales abiertos a todos los criadores que permitan la formación continua, el apoyo colectivo... o la organización de un intercambio anual de jornadas de formación (conocimientos básicos y talleres prácticos) o la producción de materiales de comunicación (principalmente vídeos y boletín anual) — un trabajo de investigación aplicada sobre las características ecológicas y agronómicas de los prados naturales en colaboración con el Conservatoire Botanique National des Pyrénées et de Midi-Pyrénées (CBNPMP) y el Institut National de la Recherche Agronomiques (INRA). Las dos últimas estructuras han desarrollado una herramienta para caracterizar los pastizales desde un punto de vista botánico y agronómico. Ahora se trata de probarlo en el territorio de Haut-Languedoc. Las contribuciones que estos índices permitirán en el conocimiento de los prados naturales reforzarán la dinámica y tendrán como objetivo ser vertidos en los medios de extensión para los ganaderos.
