Le Département conduit une politique de maîtrise et d’optimisation énergétique de son patrimoine bâti. L’actuel siège de l’institution départementale situé à Privas, composé d’un bâtiment construit en 1986 et d’une partie plus ancienne, présente un bilan thermique très en deçà des exigences que s’est fixée la collectivité. Il a donc été décidé de réaliser la rénovation énergétique de l’hôtel du Département (French)

Die Abteilung führt eine Politik zur Kontrolle und energetischen Optimierung ihres bebauten Erbes durch. Der derzeitige Sitz der Departementsinstitution in Privas, bestehend aus einem 1986 errichteten Gebäude und einem älteren Teil, weist eine Wärmebilanz auf, die weit hinter den Anforderungen der Allgemeinheit zurückbleibt.
