Le CFA de la CCI du Mans et de la Sarthe accueille des apprentis dans des formations de niveaux V à II au sein de divers secteurs d’activités : la réparation automobile, la carrosserie et la peinture, le commerce, la vente et la distribution, le secrétariat, la restauration, la santé et enfin les arts du Music-Hall. Le projet vise à améliorer la réussite aux examens de 84,55 % au 1er septembre 2016 à 87,00 % au 30 août 2019. Le CFA porte trois actions que sont : l’accompagnement et la sécurisation de la relation jeunes/entreprises, l’individualisation des parcours des apprentis et la différenciation pédagogique, ainsi que l’accompagnement socio-éducatif de l’apprenti. The CFA of the CCI du Mans and Sarthe welcomes apprentices in training courses at levels V to II in various sectors of activity: car repair, bodywork and painting, trade, sales and distribution, secretarial, catering, health and finally the arts of the Music Hall. The project aims to improve exam success from 84.55 % on September 1, 2016 to 87.00 % on August 30, 2019. The CFA carries out three actions: supporting and securing the relationship between young people and enterprises, the individualisation of apprentices’ pathways and educational differentiation, as well as the socio-educational support of the apprentice. Die CFA der CCI von Le Mans und Sarthe beherbergt Auszubildende in den Stufen V bis II in verschiedenen Tätigkeitsbereichen: Autoreparatur, Karosserie und Malerei, Handel, Verkauf und Vertrieb, Sekretariat, Catering, Gesundheit und schließlich die Kunst des Music-Hall. Ziel des Projekts ist es, den Prüfungserfolg von 84,55 % am 1. September 2016 auf 87,00 % bis zum 30. August 2019 zu verbessern. Der CFA hat drei Aktionen: Begleitung und Sicherung der Beziehung zwischen Jugendlichen und Unternehmen, Individualisierung der Auszubildendenwege und pädagogische Differenzierung sowie sozialpädagogische Begleitung des Lehrlings.
