Cílem projektu je zvýšení dostupnosti nájemního sociální bydlení na území města Plzně, které umožní sociálně vyloučeným osobám a osobám ohroženým sociálním vyloučením, vstup do nájemního bydlení v ČR. V rámci projektu bude pořízeno 5 sociálních bytů formou nákupu vhodné nemovitosti a následné rekonstrukce a vestavby bytů včetně nezbytného základního vybavení. Ve spolupráci s azylovým domem MáTa budou zajištěny terénních sociální služby v rodinách dle jejich aktuálních potřeb. a. (Czech)

L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître la disponibilité de logements sociaux locatifs sur le territoire de la ville de Pilsen, ce qui permettra aux personnes socialement exclues et aux personnes exposées à l’exclusion sociale d’accéder à des logements locatifs en République tchèque. Dans le cadre du projet, 5 appartements sociaux seront achetés par l’achat de biens immobiliers appropriés et la reconstruction et la construction d’appartements, y compris l’équipement de base nécessaire. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Verfügbarkeit von Mietwohnungen auf dem Gebiet der Stadt Pilsen zu erhöhen, die es sozial ausgegrenzten Personen und Personen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, ermöglicht, Mietwohnungen in der Tschechischen Republik zu betreten. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden 5 Sozialwohnungen durch den Kauf geeigneter Immobilien und anschließender Umbau und Bau von Wohnungen, einschließlich der notwendigen Grundausstattung erworben. Het doel van het project is de beschikbaarheid van sociale huurwoningen op het grondgebied van de stad Pilsen te vergroten, waardoor sociaal uitgesloten personen en personen die het risico lopen sociale uitsluiting te lopen, in Tsjechië huurwoningen kunnen betreden. In het kader van het project zullen 5 sociale appartementen worden gekocht door de aankoop van geschikt onroerend goed en de daaropvolgende wederopbouw en bouw van appartementen, met inbegrip van de nodige basisuitrusting. In samenwerking met het Munt-asielhuis zullen sociale diensten in het veld in gezinnen worden verleend op basis van hun huidige behoeften. (Dutch)

L'obiettivo del progetto è aumentare la disponibilità di alloggi sociali in affitto sul territorio della città di Pilsen, che consentirà alle persone socialmente escluse e alle persone a rischio di esclusione sociale di accedere a alloggi in affitto nella Repubblica ceca. Nell'ambito del progetto, 5 appartamenti sociali saranno acquistati acquistando beni immobili adeguati e successiva ricostruzione e costruzione di appartamenti, comprese le attrezzature di base necessarie.
