Projekt je zaměřen na řešení problematiky biokompatibility, biodegradace a fyzikálních změn unikátních materiálů - tenkých filmů na bázi modifikovaného hyaluronanu v savčím organismu. Budou sledovány vlastnosti těchto filmů po jejich implantaci a budou stanovovány parametry jejich biokompatibility a degradace definovaných na základě požadovaných vlastností zdravotních prostředků pro jejich uplatnění v chirurgii. a. The project is focused on solving the problems of biocompatibility, biodegradation and physical changes of unique materials – thin films based on modified hyaluronan in mammalian organism. The properties of these films after implantation will be monitored and the parameters of their biocompatibility and degradation defined on the basis of the required properties of medical devices for their application in surgery will be determined. a. Le projet vise à résoudre les problèmes de biocompatibilité, de biodégradation et de changements physiques de matériaux uniques — films minces basés sur l’hyaluronane modifié dans l’organisme mammifère. Les caractéristiques de ces films seront surveillées après l’implantation et les paramètres de leur biocompatibilité et de leur dégradation définis sur la base des propriétés requises des dispositifs médicaux pour leur application en chirurgie doivent être déterminés. Das Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Lösung von Fragen der Biokompatibilität, des biologischen Abbaus und physikalischer Veränderungen einzigartiger Materialien – Dünnschichten auf Basis modifizierter Hyaluronan im Säugetierorganismus. Die Eigenschaften dieser Folien werden nach der Implantation überwacht, und die Parameter ihrer Biokompatibilität und des Abbaus, die auf der Grundlage der für ihre Anwendung in der Operation erforderlichen Eigenschaften von Medizinprodukten festgelegt werden, sind zu bestimmen. Het project is gericht op het oplossen van problemen als biocompatibiliteit, biologische afbraak en fysieke veranderingen van unieke materialen — dunne films op basis van gemodificeerd hyaluronan in zoogdieren. De kenmerken van deze films zullen na implantatie worden gecontroleerd en de parameters van hun biocompatibiliteit en afbraak worden bepaald op basis van de vereiste eigenschappen van medische hulpmiddelen voor de toepassing ervan in de chirurgie. Il progetto è incentrato sulla risoluzione di questioni di biocompatibilità, biodegradazione e cambiamenti fisici di materiali unici — film sottili basati su ialuronan modificato nell'organismo dei mammiferi. Le caratteristiche di tali pellicole saranno monitorate dopo l'impianto e devono essere determinati i parametri della loro biocompatibilità e degradazione definiti sulla base delle proprietà richieste dei dispositivi medici per la loro applicazione in chirurgia.
