Cílem projektu je rozšíření výrobní kapacity stávající výroby pružin, včetně zvýšení výkonnosti výroby a jejího řízení. Jako klíčová aktivita budou zavedeny 2 produktové inovace (2 typy pružin, které se nyní v ČR nevyrábí, výsledek našeho VaV), dále 1 produktová inovace (pořízení strojů umožňujících splnění produktových inovací = linka ze strojů vyrobených dle výsledků našeho VaV, doplněných o účelové obslužné technologie) a 1 organizační inovace (nový řídící a IS v celém středisku pérovna). a. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître la capacité de production de la production printanière existante, y compris l’augmentation de la performance de production et de sa gestion. En tant qu’activité clé, deux innovations de produits seront introduites (2 types de ressorts qui ne sont pas produits en République tchèque, résultat de notre R & D), 1 innovation produit (acquisition de machines permettant de répondre aux innovations de produits = une ligne de machines fabriquées selon les résultats de notre R & D, complétée par des technologies de service dédiées) et 1 innovation organisationnelle (nouveau contrôle et IS dans tout le centre du printemps). a. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Produktionskapazität der bestehenden Frühjahrsproduktion zu erweitern, einschließlich der Steigerung der Produktionsleistung und des Managements. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di ampliare la capacità produttiva della produzione primaverile esistente, anche aumentando le prestazioni di produzione e la sua gestione. Come attività chiave, verranno introdotte due innovazioni di prodotto (2 tipi di molle non prodotte nella Repubblica ceca, frutto della nostra R & S), 1 innovazione di prodotto (acquisizione di macchine che consentono di soddisfare le innovazioni di prodotto = una linea di macchine fabbricate secondo i risultati della nostra R & S, integrate da tecnologie di servizio dedicate) e 1 innovazione organizzativa (nuovo controllo e IS in tutto il centro della primavera). a.
