Předkl. projekt výzkumu a vývoje řeší průmyslový výzkum a experimentální vývoj v oblasti flexotiskových technologií.Cílem projektu je posunout problematiku flexotisku na kvalitativně novou úroveň prostřednictvím dosažení v projektu stanovených cílů.Cíle jsou zaměřeny především na oblast eliminace vibrací tiskových strojů prostřednictvím zcela nového systému vedení, nové nastavení registrů a přítlaků vedoucí k eliminaci materiálových ztrát a systém sušení umožňující výrazně vyšší rychlost tisku. a. Le projet de recherche et développement résout la recherche industrielle et le développement expérimental dans le domaine des technologies d’impression flexo. L’objectif du projet est de déplacer la flexoprinting à un nouveau niveau en atteignant les objectifs fixés dans le projet. Les objectifs sont principalement axés sur l’élimination des vibrations des machines d’impression grâce à un système de gestion complètement nouveau, un nouveau réglage des registres et des pressions conduisant à l’élimination des pertes de matériaux et du système de séchage permettant des vitesses d’impression nettement plus élevées. Das Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekt löst industrielle Forschung und experimentelle Entwicklung auf dem Gebiet der Flexodrucktechnologien. Ziel des Projekts ist es, Flexoprinting auf ein neues Niveau zu bringen, indem die im Projekt festgelegten Ziele erreicht werden. Die Ziele sind in erster Linie die Beseitigung von Vibrationen von Druckmaschinen durch ein völlig neues Managementsystem, eine neue Einstellung von Registern und Drucken, die zur Beseitigung von Materialverlusten und Trocknungssystem führen, was deutlich höhere Druckgeschwindigkeiten ermöglicht. Het onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingsproject lost industrieel onderzoek en experimentele ontwikkeling op het gebied van flexodruktechnologieën op. Het doel van het project is om flexoprinting naar een nieuw niveau te tillen door de in het project gestelde doelen te bereiken. De doelstellingen zijn voornamelijk gericht op het elimineren van trillingen van drukmachines door middel van een volledig nieuw beheersysteem, een nieuwe instelling van registers en druk die leidt tot de eliminatie van materiaalverlies en droogsysteem waardoor aanzienlijk hogere afdruksnelheden mogelijk zijn. Il progetto di ricerca e sviluppo risolve la ricerca industriale e lo sviluppo sperimentale nel campo delle tecnologie di stampa flessografica. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di spostare la flessostampa ad un nuovo livello raggiungendo gli obiettivi stabiliti nel progetto. Gli obiettivi sono focalizzati principalmente sull'eliminazione delle vibrazioni delle macchine da stampa attraverso un sistema di gestione completamente nuovo, una nuova impostazione di registri e pressioni che portano all'eliminazione delle perdite di materiale e del sistema di essiccazione consentendo velocità di stampa significativamente più elevate.
