Pour s’adapter aux spécificités de son marché Antillo-guyanais, le groupe GOTHLAND à travers sa société informatique SCOPIE souhaite mettre en place un ERP (Enterprise Ressource Planning : progiciel de gestion intégré) SAGE X 3, couplé à un site internet d’e-commerce par site de distribution. Cet ERP donnera la possibilité à SCOPIE de fluidifier la logistique de la commande jusqu’à la livraison du client. Ce programme d’investissement permettra de lancer le réseau sur le e-commerce mais également d’augmenter sa visibilité avec une communication digitale et numérique. Avec cet outil, SCOPIE pourra recueillir des informations plus complètes sur sa clientèle afin de créer une véritable base de données qui offrira des services personnalisés. Le porteur de projet a présenté un montant total de dépenses de 437 631,58 €. Après déduction de la TVA NPR d’un montant total de 1 873,28 €, le coût total est de 435 758,30 €. Les 5 sites de distribution sont localisés de la façon suivante : 2 sites en Guadeloupe,1 un à Saint-Martin, 1 en Martinique et 1 un en Guyane. Le porteur de projet a précisé que le développement des applications, la partie back office, le réseau et la sauvegarde se feront à Jarry au sein de la société SCOPIE. (French)

To adapt to the specificities of its Antillo-Guyanese market, the Gothland Group through its computer company scopy wishes to set up an ERP (Enterprise Ressource Planning: enterprise resource planning) SAGE X 3, coupled with an e-commerce website per distribution site. This ERP will give the possibility to scopy to fluidise the logistics of the order until delivery of the customer. This investment programme will allow the network to be launched on e-commerce but will also increase its visibility with digital and digital communication. With this tool, scopy will be able to collect more comprehensive information about its customers in order to create a real database that will offer personalised services. The project leader submitted a total expenditure of EUR 437,631.58. After deduction of NPR VAT for a total amount of EUR 1 873.28, the total cost is EUR 435 758.30. The 5 distribution sites are located as follows: 2 sites in Guadeloupe, 1 in Saint-Martin, 1 in Martinique and 1 in Guyana. The project promoter has specified that the development of applications, the back office, the network and the backup will be done in Jarry within the company scopy. (English)

Dit investeringsprogramma zal het mogelijk maken het netwerk op het gebied van e-handel te lanceren, maar zal ook de zichtbaarheid ervan vergroten door middel van digitale en digitale communicatie.
