Si l'opération se décompose en actions distinctes, citez leur intitulé et expliquez l'articulation entre ces actions pour la mise en œuvre de votre projet (le contenu des actions fera l'objet d'une fiche par action) Les travaux réalisés par le chantier peuvent être de deux types: des aménagements et entretiens de petits patrimoines bâtis remarquables ou de zones naturelles sensibles. Le choix des travaux fait l'objet de discussion avec les élus locaux. Chaque réalisation est ensuite mise en valeur auprès de la population locale (innauguration, description dans la presse locale, animation de quartier, etc.) La mise en situation de travail des participants au sein des chantiers d'insertion a pour objectifs : \- d'évaluer les aptitudes et capacités en milieu de travail, \- de repérer les freins à l'emploi et rechercher, en lien avec le référent de parcours, les solutions adaptées pour leur résolution. Cette étape de parcours s'adresse aux publics les plus éloignés de l'emploi, nécessitant une réadaptation aux règles du monde du travail, préalable à l'emploi classique : intégration d'une équipe de salariés, respect des consignes, des heures d'embauche... Elle doit permettre notamment de recueillir les éléments d'appréciation suffisants pour définir les étapes suivantes à mobiliser à l'issue du chantier d'insertion : le référent de parcours poursuivra l'accompagnement de la personne à l'issue du chantier d'insertion, et devra disposer d'éléments de diagnostic probants pour engranger les autres actions. Jedes Projekt wird dann bei der örtlichen Bevölkerung hervorgehoben (Einweihung, Beschreibung in der lokalen Presse, Nachbarschaftsanimation usw.). Die Verwirklichung der Arbeitssituation der Teilnehmer an den Eingliederungsprojekten hat folgende Ziele: \- Bewertung der Fähigkeiten und Fähigkeiten am Arbeitsplatz, \- Ermittlung von Beschäftigungshemmnissen und Suche nach geeigneten Lösungen für ihre Lösung in Verbindung mit dem Bezugspunkt. Als de actie is opgesplitst in afzonderlijke acties, geef de titel ervan en leg uit hoe deze acties zich verhouden tot de uitvoering van uw project (de inhoud van de acties zal het onderwerp zijn van één actieblad) Het werk dat door de site wordt uitgevoerd, kan van twee soorten zijn: ontwikkeling en onderhoud van opmerkelijk klein gebouwd erfgoed of gevoelige natuurgebieden. De keuze van de werkzaamheden wordt besproken met lokale gekozen vertegenwoordigers. Elk project wordt vervolgens gepromoot naar de lokale bevolking (inhuldiging, beschrijving in de lokale pers, animatie van de buurt, enz.) De doelstellingen van de werksituatie van de deelnemers aan de integratiesites zijn: \- de vaardigheden en vaardigheden op de werkplek beoordelen, banenbelemmeringen in kaart brengen en, in combinatie met het referentietraject, passende oplossingen zoeken voor de oplossing ervan. La scelta dei lavori è discussa con i rappresentanti eletti locali. Ogni progetto viene poi promosso alla popolazione locale (innaugurazione, descrizione nella stampa locale, animazione del quartiere, ecc.) Gli obiettivi della situazione di lavoro dei partecipanti ai siti di integrazione sono: \- valutare le competenze e le capacità sul posto di lavoro, individuare le barriere professionali e cercare, in combinazione con il riferimento del percorso, soluzioni appropriate per la loro risoluzione. Questa fase del viaggio è rivolta a coloro che sono più lontani dal lavoro, che richiedono il ripristino delle regole del mondo del lavoro, prima dell'occupazione convenzionale: integrazione di un team di dipendenti, rispetto delle istruzioni, orari di assunzione... La elección del trabajo se discute con los representantes electos locales. Cada proyecto es promovido a la población local (inauguración, descripción en la prensa local, animación del barrio, etc.) Los objetivos de la situación de trabajo de los participantes en los sitios de integración son: \- evaluar las capacidades y competencias en el lugar de trabajo, identificar las barreras laborales y buscar, junto con la referencia de la trayectoria, soluciones adecuadas para su resolución. Esta etapa del viaje está dirigida a los que están más alejados del empleo, que requieren la rehabilitación de las normas del mundo laboral, antes del empleo convencional: integración de un equipo de empleados, cumplimiento de instrucciones, horas de contratación... Deberá permitir, en particular, reunir pruebas suficientes para definir las siguientes medidas al final del proyecto de integración: la referencia de ruta seguirá acompañando a la persona al final del sitio de integración, y tendrá que tener evidencia de diagnóstico para obtener las otras acciones.
