La communauté urbaine Grand Paris Seine et Oise (CU GPSEO) propose de développer un projet de mise en réseau des bibliothèques de son territoire. Cette mise en réseau comprend un axe numérique fort, qui permettra d'une part une mutualisation des collections existantes à l'échelle de chaque commune et d'autre part un accès élargi des habitants à des ressources de savoir et d'apprentissage. Cette Bibliothèque Numérique viendra compléter un dispositif plus large de formation et d'autoformation en bibliothèque pour les habitants des quartiers de la politique de la ville dans deux domaines précis : la maîtrise des TIC et celle des langues (incluant le Français Langue Étrangère). De plus, en ouvrant ses collections de la façon la plus large possible via la plateforme numérique et en en facilitant la circulation sur le territoire, elle renforcera l'égalité d'accès des habitants aux connaissances et savoirs de base. This networking includes a strong digital axis, which will allow, on the one hand, the pooling of existing collections at the level of each municipality and, on the other hand, greater access by the inhabitants to knowledge and learning resources. This Digital Library will complement a wider library training and self-training system for residents of city policy neighbourhoods in two specific areas: knowledge of ICTs and languages (including French as a foreign language). In addition, by opening its collections in the widest possible way via the digital platform and by facilitating movement within the territory, it will enhance the equal access of inhabitants to basic knowledge and knowledge. Die Stadtgemeinde Grand Paris Seine und Oise (CU GPSEO) schlägt vor, ein Projekt zur Vernetzung der Bibliotheken seines Gebiets zu entwickeln. Diese Vernetzung umfasst eine starke digitale Achse, die einerseits eine Bündelung bestehender Sammlungen auf Gemeindeebene und andererseits einen breiteren Zugang der Einwohner zu Wissens- und Lernressourcen ermöglicht. Diese Digitale Bibliothek wird ein breiteres Instrument der Ausbildung und Selbstausbildung in Bibliotheken für die Bewohner der Stadtpolitik in zwei spezifischen Bereichen ergänzen: Beherrschung der IKT und der Sprachen (einschließlich Französisch Fremdsprache). Darüber hinaus wird sie durch die möglichst breite Öffnung ihrer Sammlungen über die digitale Plattform und durch die Erleichterung des Verkehrs innerhalb des Gebiets den gleichberechtigten Zugang der Einwohner zu grundlegenden Kenntnissen und Kenntnissen verbessern. Door haar collecties via het digitale platform zo ruim mogelijk te openen en het verkeer binnen het grondgebied te vergemakkelijken, zal het bovendien de gelijke toegang van de inwoners tot basiskennis en -kennis verbeteren. Tale rete comprende un forte asse digitale, che consentirà, da un lato, la messa in comune delle collezioni esistenti a livello di ciascun comune e, dall'altro, un maggiore accesso degli abitanti alle risorse di conoscenza e apprendimento. La biblioteca digitale integrerà un più ampio sistema di formazione e di autoformazione delle biblioteche per i residenti dei quartieri della politica urbana in due settori specifici: conoscenza delle TIC e delle lingue (compreso il francese come lingua straniera). Inoltre, aprendo le proprie collezioni nel modo più ampio possibile attraverso la piattaforma digitale e facilitando la circolazione all'interno del territorio, rafforzerà la parità di accesso degli abitanti alle conoscenze e alle conoscenze di base. La comunidad urbana Grand Paris Seine et Oise (CU GPSEO) propone desarrollar un proyecto de red de bibliotecas en su territorio. Esta red incluye un eje digital fuerte, que permitirá, por un lado, la puesta en común de las colecciones existentes a nivel de cada municipio y, por otra, un mayor acceso de los habitantes al conocimiento y a los recursos de aprendizaje. Esta Biblioteca Digital complementará un sistema más amplio de formación y autoformación de bibliotecas para los residentes de los barrios políticos de las ciudades en dos ámbitos específicos: conocimiento de las TIC y las lenguas (incluido el francés como lengua extranjera). Además, al abrir sus colecciones de la manera más amplia posible a través de la plataforma digital y al facilitar el movimiento dentro del territorio, mejorará la igualdad de acceso de los habitantes a los conocimientos y conocimientos básicos.
