**Objectif général** : Proposer et mettre en place, dès le recrutement des salariés en contrats aidés, des parcours de professionnalisation et formation leur permettant d'acquérir des compétences et qualifications professionnelles pour préparer leur retour à l'emploi. **Objectifs opérationnels** : \- Définir et valider son projet professionnel \- Améliorer l'« employabilité » par l'acquisition des savoirs de base et/ou d'une qualification ou certification professionnelle \- Permettre aux candidats de valider les acquis de leur expérience (VAE) **Organisation du dispositif** : Ce dispositif, piloté par le GIP-FCIP de Paris, prend appui sur deux entités : \- Une cellule fonctionnelle au sein du GIP-FCIP en lien avec les services académiques et le GRETA Tertiaire Paris Centre \- Un pôle d'accompagnement au sein du GRETA Tertiaire Paris Centre en lien avec les salariés, les tuteurs et partenaire pour ce projet du GIP-FCIP de Paris Ces deux entités seront coordonnées par un chef de projet, conseiller en formation continue, sous la responsabilité de la directrice du GIP-FCIP. **Types d'actions** : Les actions développées permettront de construire des parcours professionnalisants comprenant, notamment un accompagnement individualisé au Pôle d'accompagnement des salariés en CUI-CAE au GRETA Tertiaire Paris Centre dans leur parcours individualisé de formation. Cet accompagnement comprend 1 action: Action Accompagnement du parcours individualisé de formation, comprenant: 1/ Accueil et information collective afin de recueillir les besoins et attentes des salariés au regard de leur projet professionnel 2/ Entretien, diagnostic et suivi de parcours pour faire émerger un projet professionnel et avoir accès à la formation 3/ Formations internes mises en oeuvre au Pôle d'accompagnement pour donner aux salariés les moyens matériels, méthodologiques, logistiques nécessaires à la réalisation de leur projet professionnel 4/ Mise en place de prestations externes de formation pour les personnels en contrats aidés pour favoriser l'acquisition de connaissances et compétences transverses et/ou professionnelles au service du projet professionnel et éventuellement aller vers la certification.
