С проектно предложение "Изграждане и обновяване на площи за широко обществено ползване - площад в с. Кобиляк и Благоустройство на площадните пространства на три от населените места в община Бойчиновци - II-ри етап, с. Мърчево, с. Мадан и с. Громшин" Предвидините работи, които са предвидени при изпълнението на проекта СМР/СРР са следните: Село Мадан – част „Архитектура“, Детски площадки, Детски съоръжения и част „Електро“;Село Кобиляк - част „Архитектура и озеленяване“ и част „Електро“;Село Мърчево - част „Архитектура“ и част „Електро“;Село Громшин - част „Архитектура“ и част „Електро“.В проектно предложение "Изграждане и обновяване на площи за широко обществено ползване - площад в с. Кобиляк и Благоустройство на площадните пространства на три от населените места в община Бойчиновци - II-ри етап, с. Мърчево, с. Мадан и с. Громшин" е предвидено реконструкция на озеленената площ, организиране на места за сядане и отдих и ремонт на съществуващите площадки за игра. Предвижда се изграждане на подходящо парково и улично осветление.Чрез реализирането на дейностите по проекта ще се подобрят условията за живот на жителите на община Бойчиновци, пряко засегнати от проблемите не само на четирите населени места, но и на общината т. к. най-засегнати от проблемите на всяка община са именно селата в нея. Изпълнението на цели на проекта ще доведе до подобряване средата за живот на населението, привличане на инвеститорски интерес, ще се създадат предпоставки за преодоляване на тенденцията за напускане на младите, добре образовани и предприемчиви хора на общината. La mise en œuvre des activités du projet permettra d’améliorer les conditions de vie des habitants de la municipalité de Boychinovtsi, directement touchées par les problèmes non seulement des quatre colonies, mais aussi de la municipalité car les plus touchées par les problèmes de chaque municipalité sont les villages qui y vivent. La mise en œuvre des objectifs du projet améliorera le cadre de vie de la population, attirera l’intérêt des investisseurs, créera les conditions permettant de surmonter la tendance à laisser des jeunes, des gens instruits et entreprenants de la municipalité. Mit Projektvorschlag „Bau und Renovierung von Flächen für breite öffentliche Nutzung – Platz im Dorf Kobileak und Blago Entwicklung der Quadratflächen von drei der Siedlungen in der Gemeinde Boychinovtsi – Phase II, die Dörfer Murchevo, Madan und Gromshin“ Die bei der Durchführung des Projekts geplanten Arbeiten sind wie folgt: Madan Dorf – Teil "Architectura", Kinderspielplätze, Kindereinrichtungen und Teil "Electro"; Dorf Kobiljak – Teil "Architektur und Landschaftsgestaltung" und "Electro"; Dorf Murchevo – Teil "Architektur" und Teil "Electro"; Dorf Gromshin – Teil "Architektur" und "Electro".Im Projektvorschlag "Bau und Renovierung von Flächen für breite öffentliche Nutzung – Platz im Dorf Kobileak und BlagoEntwicklung der quadratischen Räume von drei der Siedlungen in der Gemeinde Boychinovtsi – Bühne – II, II, das Dorf Murchevo, die Dörfer Madan und Gromshin sind geplant Wiederaufbau des Landschaftsgebiets, Organisation von Sitzen und Erholung und Reparatur bestehender Spielplätze. Durch die Durchführung der Projektaktivitäten werden die Lebensbedingungen der Bewohner der Gemeinde Boychinovtsi verbessern, die direkt von den Problemen der vier Siedlungen betroffen sind, sondern auch der Gemeinde als die am stärksten von den Problemen jeder Gemeinde betroffen sind die Dörfer in ihr.
