Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in promovarea antreprenoriatului social si a integrarii vocationale in intreprinderile sociale si economia sociala, in scopul facilitarii accesul la ocuparea fortei de munca prin infiintarea unui numar de 25 intreprinderi sociale pe parcursul a 36 de luni. Va avea loc astfel asigurarea contributiei la promovarea unei societati incluzive si coezive in regiunea Nord-Est prin dezvoltarea si mentinerea intreprinderile sociale in vederea facilitarii integrarii sociale si profesionale a persoanelor nou angajate in structurile create, precum si prin oferirea catre beneficiarii proiectului a unui suport integrat cuprinzand servicii de consiliere, formare profesionala, consultanta si asistenta. Urmarim diminuarea efectelor incertitudinilor create de o legislatie nationala insuficient dezvoltata in domeniul economiei sociale printr-un exemplu de impementare efectiva a principiilor acesteia asa cum au fost si sunt de multi ani promovate si implementate cu succes la nivelul altor state din UE. La nivel practic, proiectul, in parteneriatul sau de ansamblu, va genera 25 intreprinderi sociale care vor avea propria identitate si un sediu propriu si in total minim 100 locuri de munca. Deasemenea, prin proiect se va asigura suportul necesar pentru dezvoltarea competentelor membrilor in toate domeniile necesare initierii dar mai ales mentinerii unei activitati independte. Toate acestea vor genera efecte pe termen lung avand in vedere ca inca de la inceput se asigura premisele si cadrul necesar functionarii intreprinderilor ceea ce conduce la stabilitatea mijloacelor de sustinere a activititatilor, si mai ales prin actiunile desfasurate de catre acestea, deoarece vom urmari ca toate planurile de afaceri finantate prin intermediul schemei de minimis sa propuna activitati ce vor promova concret sprijinirea tranzitiei catre o economie cu emisii scazute de dioxid de carbon si eficienta din punctul de vedere al utilizarii resurselor si sa propuna masuri ce vor promova concret inovarea sociala si nediscriminarea. De asemenea, ne dorim ca odata create, intreprinderile sa furnizeze pe piata, bunuri si servicii in varianta antreprenoriala inovatoare, utilizandu-se cu predilectie excedentele in scopuri sociale si pentru autosustinere conducand la o gestionare responsabila si transparenta, ducand pana la asocieri intre angajati, clienti sau a altor parti interesate. Implementarea acestui proiect, coroborata cu alte politici la nivel regional, cu investitiile realizate prin accesarea fondurilor structurale, vor duce la dezvoltarea de noi locuri de munca. The general objective of the project is to promote social entrepreneurship and vocational integration in social enterprises and social economy, in order to facilitate access to employment by establishing 25 social enterprises over 36 months. This will ensure the contribution to the promotion of an inclusive and cohesive society in the North-East region by developing and maintaining social enterprises in order to facilitate the social and professional integration of the newly employed persons in the created structures, as well as by providing the project beneficiaries with integrated support including counselling, training, consulting and assistance services. We aim to mitigate the effects of uncertainties created by an insufficiently developed national legislation in the field of social economy through an example of effective implementation of its principles as they have been and have been successfully promoted and implemented in other EU countries for many years. On a practical level, the project, in its overall partnership, will generate 25 social enterprises that will have their own identity and headquarters and in total 100 jobs. Also, the project will provide the necessary support for the development of the competences of the members in all areas necessary to initiate but especially to maintain an independent activity. All these will generate long-term effects, considering that from the beginning the necessary premises and framework for the operation of enterprises are ensured, which leads to the stability of the means of supporting the activities, and especially through the actions carried out by them, because we will aim for all business plans financed through the de minimis scheme to propose activities that will effectively promote the support of the transition towards a low-carbon economy and resource efficiency and propose measures that will effectively promote social innovation and non-discrimination. We also want companies to provide on the market, goods and services in the innovative entrepreneurial version, using surpluses for social and self-sustaining purposes, leading to responsible and transparent management, leading to associations between employees, customers or other interested parties. The implementation of this project, combined with other policies at regional level, with investments made by accessing structural funds, will lead to the development of new jobs. L’objectif général du projet est de promouvoir l’entrepreneuriat social et l’intégration professionnelle dans les entreprises sociales et l’économie sociale, afin de faciliter l’accès à l’emploi en créant 25 entreprises sociales sur 36 mois. Allgemeines Ziel des Projekts ist die Förderung des sozialen Unternehmertums und der beruflichen Integration in Sozialunternehmen und der Sozialwirtschaft, um den Zugang zur Beschäftigung durch die Gründung von 25 Sozialunternehmen über 36 Monate zu erleichtern. Dadurch wird der Beitrag zur Förderung einer inklusiven und solidarischen Gesellschaft im Nordosten durch die Entwicklung und Erhaltung von Sozialunternehmen sichergestellt, um die soziale und berufliche Integration der neu Beschäftigten in die geschaffenen Strukturen zu erleichtern und den Projektbegünstigten eine integrierte Unterstützung, einschließlich Beratung, Ausbildung, Beratung und Unterstützung, zu bieten. Wir zielen darauf ab, die Auswirkungen von Unsicherheiten, die durch eine unzureichend entwickelte nationale Gesetzgebung im Bereich der Sozialwirtschaft entstehen, durch ein Beispiel für die wirksame Umsetzung ihrer Grundsätze abzumildern, da sie seit vielen Jahren in anderen EU-Ländern erfolgreich gefördert und umgesetzt wurden. Auf praktischer Ebene wird das Projekt in seiner Gesamtpartnerschaft 25 Sozialunternehmen schaffen, die über eine eigene Identität und ihren Sitz sowie insgesamt 100 Arbeitsplätze verfügen. Darüber hinaus wird das Projekt die notwendige Unterstützung für die Entwicklung der Kompetenzen der Mitglieder in allen Bereichen bieten, die erforderlich sind, um eine unabhängige Tätigkeit zu initiieren, vor allem aber zu erhalten. All diese werden langfristige Auswirkungen haben, da von Anfang an die notwendigen Räumlichkeiten und Rahmenbedingungen für den Betrieb der Unternehmen gewährleistet sind, was zur Stabilität der Mittel zur Unterstützung der Tätigkeiten führt, insbesondere durch die von ihnen durchgeführten Maßnahmen, da wir darauf abzielen werden, dass alle im Rahmen der De-minimis-Regelung finanzierten Geschäftspläne Maßnahmen vorschlagen, die die Unterstützung des Übergangs zu einer CO2-armen Wirtschaft und Ressourceneffizienz wirksam fördern und Maßnahmen vorschlagen, die soziale Innovation und Nichtdiskriminierung wirksam fördern. Wir wollen auch, dass Unternehmen auf dem Markt, Waren und Dienstleistungen in der innovativen unternehmerischen Version bereitstellen und Überschüsse für soziale und selbsttragende Zwecke verwenden, was zu verantwortungsvollem und transparentem Management führt, was zu Verbänden zwischen Mitarbeitern, Kunden oder anderen Interessenten führt. De algemene doelstelling van het project is het bevorderen van sociaal ondernemerschap en de integratie in het beroepsleven in sociale ondernemingen en de sociale economie, teneinde de toegang tot werkgelegenheid te vergemakkelijken door 25 sociale ondernemingen op te richten over een periode van 36 maanden. Dit zal de bijdrage tot de bevordering van een inclusieve en samenhangende samenleving in het noordoosten van de regio waarborgen door sociale ondernemingen te ontwikkelen en in stand te houden om de sociale en professionele integratie van nieuw werkzame personen in de gecreëerde structuren te vergemakkelijken, en door de begunstigden van het project geïntegreerde ondersteuning te bieden, met inbegrip van advies, opleiding, advies en bijstand. Wij streven ernaar de gevolgen van onzekerheden als gevolg van onvoldoende ontwikkelde nationale wetgeving op het gebied van de sociale economie te verzachten door een voorbeeld te geven van een doeltreffende tenuitvoerlegging van de beginselen ervan, zoals die al vele jaren met succes in andere EU-landen zijn gepromoot en uitgevoerd. Op praktisch niveau zal het project, in het kader van het algemene partnerschap, 25 sociale ondernemingen met een eigen identiteit en hoofdkantoor en in totaal 100 banen genereren. Ook zal het project de nodige ondersteuning bieden voor de ontwikkeling van de competenties van de leden op alle gebieden die nodig zijn om een aanvang te maken, maar vooral om een onafhankelijke activiteit in stand te houden. Al deze effecten zullen op lange termijn effect sorteren, aangezien vanaf het begin het noodzakelijke kader voor de bedrijfsvoering van ondernemingen gewaarborgd is, wat leidt tot de stabiliteit van de middelen om de activiteiten te ondersteunen, en met name door de acties die door hen worden uitgevoerd, omdat we ernaar zullen streven dat alle bedrijfsplannen die via de de minimis-regeling worden gefinancierd, activiteiten voorstellen die de overgang naar een koolstofarme economie en een efficiënt gebruik van hulpbronnen effectief bevorderen en maatregelen voorstellen die sociale innovatie en non-discriminatie daadwerkelijk zullen bevorderen. We willen ook dat bedrijven op de markt, goederen en diensten leveren in de innovatieve ondernemersversie, waarbij overschotten worden gebruikt voor sociale en zelfvoorzienende doeleinden, wat leidt tot verantwoord en transparant beheer, wat leidt tot associaties tussen werknemers, klanten of andere belanghebbende partijen. L'obiettivo generale del progetto è promuovere l'imprenditoria sociale e l'integrazione professionale nelle imprese sociali e nell'economia sociale, al fine di facilitare l'accesso all'occupazione istituendo 25 imprese sociali nell'arco di 36 mesi. Ciò garantirà il contributo alla promozione di una società inclusiva e coesa nella regione nordorientale attraverso lo sviluppo e il mantenimento delle imprese sociali al fine di facilitare l'integrazione sociale e professionale dei neoassunti nelle strutture create, nonché fornendo ai beneficiari del progetto un sostegno integrato, compresi servizi di consulenza, formazione, consulenza e assistenza. Il nostro obiettivo è mitigare gli effetti delle incertezze create da una legislazione nazionale insufficientemente sviluppata nel settore dell'economia sociale attraverso un esempio di efficace attuazione dei suoi principi, come sono stati e sono stati promossi e attuati con successo in altri paesi dell'UE da molti anni. El objetivo general del proyecto es promover el emprendimiento social y la integración profesional en las empresas sociales y la economía social, a fin de facilitar el acceso al empleo mediante la creación de 25 empresas sociales durante 36 meses. Esto garantizará la contribución a la promoción de una sociedad inclusiva y cohesionada en la región nororiental mediante el desarrollo y el mantenimiento de empresas sociales a fin de facilitar la integración social y profesional de las personas recién empleadas en las estructuras creadas, así como proporcionando a los beneficiarios del proyecto un apoyo integrado que incluya servicios de asesoramiento, formación, consultoría y asistencia. Nuestro objetivo es mitigar los efectos de las incertidumbres creadas por una legislación nacional insuficientemente desarrollada en el ámbito de la economía social mediante un ejemplo de aplicación efectiva de sus principios tal como han sido y han sido promovidos y aplicados con éxito en otros países de la UE durante muchos años. También queremos que las empresas ofrezcan en el mercado, bienes y servicios en la versión empresarial innovadora, utilizando excedentes con fines sociales y autosuficientes, dando lugar a una gestión responsable y transparente, dando lugar a asociaciones entre empleados, clientes u otras partes interesadas.
