Projekti "Emotsionaalse intelligentsuse väljaõpe Haapsalu Linna Algkoolis“ raames läbiviidava koolituse " Emotsionaalne intelligentsus kui vaimse tervise võti" eesmärgiks on anda õpetajatele teadmised ja oskused kuidas emotsioonidega toime tulla ning kuidas luua ja säilitada vaimselt tervet ja turvalist töökeskkonda. Projekti raames läbiviidava väljaõppe tulemusel paranevad tööalased suhted läbi ühise oskuste kujundamise märgata ja teadlikult tegeleda oma emotsioonide ja vaimse tervisega. (Estonian)
